- Using weights is a great way to build strength and increase the intensity of your workouts. Try this full body dumbbell HIIT with me and let me know how you did.
I'm using a pair of 12kg dumbbells working for 35 seconds and resting for 25 seconds
3 rounds
DB Squat leg raises
DB Shoulder press
Mountain climbers
DB Curtsey lunges
Bicep curls
DB side lunges
High plank shoulder and knee taps
DB Squat hold
Push ups
High knee sprint

Well Joe that’s the first time I’ve done a 30 minuter! - I must have done 100’s of the 10’s and 20’s so thought I’d give it ago - Well thoroughly enjoyed it, sweating loads and feeling great, thank you x
I thought this would be a little easier for a Saturday morning, with 35 seconds on and 25 seconds rest, but it was tough for me and I was a sweaty heap at the end! Fab!!!

I'm back. I found it really tough today. It was going pretty nicely until the 2nd set of thrusters then I kept pushing it. Urggh, 10 mins later I've got my breath back... Just!
After 2 days of doing your hard-core hiits, this was a doddle @ 12kg. Maybe need to go for 14 next time I think, bearing in mind I did 2 killer workouts the days previous.
