    Loved that Joe. Thought I'd do a shorter but harder workout today because of the heat so did this paired with your recent 10 minutes extreme abs video. Thanks for continuing to share free content Joe - you will probably never know how many people you have helped by doing this.

    Great dumb bell session after the 20 min hiit, if you could do a 30min combining cardio, and dumb bell and abs that would be amazing

    Not very friendly on the lower back for us 65+ ‘oldies’. We still workout with you 5 days a week since graduating 2 years ago, but won’t be trying this one. Sorry Joe.
