Thank you Joe, I turned 62 a couple of days ago and kept up with you 😅 so thank you for being there and being you, you are now a regular with, I am so grateful to you 😊❤
This is just what I need as someone close to me is in hospital so I’ve eaten rubbish all weekend (numerous takeaways) but want to get back into it on a Monday and this was perfect as I’m short on time.
I found it so encouraging that you were also finding it really hard haha!! I get sooo discouraged when the person on screen is barely even out of breath and they're chatting away like it's nothing meanwhile my life is flashing before my eyes. I always end up not finishing the work out when it's like that! But seeing you put all that effort in and really work made me so much more determined to stick to it and get to the end :')
That was just what I needed today. It’s just tough enough. Joe, you made me feel a bit better at a time when my life is full of sadness and stress, thank you x
first at home workout I've completed in a long time (with a decent amount of walking around completely winded before getting back to it) Thank you for being the only channel I've found without music. I like that there is the personal element of the trainer working alongside with you without being forced to listen to music that you may or may not like and that gets repetitive over time.
Joe. Thanks so much for this. Really motivated me and helped me to get back to exercise.... you'll never fully know how many peoples lives you have impacted. 🙏
I have just watched two of your videos with my wife. I learned so much I can immediately apply. I am a writer pushing 70 who tries to defeat the malaise of sitting by standing up every ten to fifteen minutes. I now have a much better understanding of the spine, and harmful things you can do to it, and now know some great preventative exercises. Thank you very much for getting us very focused on the disk and how to care for it.
Didn't do it in it's entirety, did some simpler versions of some of these, especially the dynamic movement due to vertigo. But I made it to the end, everything is shaking, my heartrate is actually over 100 for a change. Worth it
I absolutely love this guy, I’m trying my best to get fit. Iv been doing this video for the last 4 months everyday and seen a big difference in myself. Keep it up legend 💪💪💪❤️
This is amazing free work outs for people who maybe can’t afford to commit to the membership. Slightly brutal and wonder if it’ll ever get slightly easier 😄 thanks joe! 🤩
It gets easier if you mix things up. Weights, high intensity, loads of stretching, stretching and more stretching. Sometimes do shorter workouts, long walks. Keep it up and you'll get great results.
I’ve followed advice and not gone full pelt with exercise post injury for 6 weeks. Today I did this one without toning down any of them (except lunge jumps which I couldn’t do pre injury 😂). Thank you Joe, with your help I’m getting back to fitness x
6 months since I last did this one. I thought it was quite easy at 1st, but no this proper finished me off at the end. I definitely hit max at the end. I couldn't go for a second longer.
Inspiring! Not often you see the instructor working that hard - last time I can remember seeing the instructors that exhausted is doing the beach body insanity workout!
Appreciate if you could add the number of calories you burned by wearing a HRM so that gives us and help to identify the intensity of the workout ..This will be beneficial for many
Like a while ago, my heart rate was well over 160 after crossover mountain climbers. I gave it everything. I rested until heart rate dropped below 140 and caned the last exercises. Just managed to fit in 11 burpees before the bell. 🥵🥵🥵🥵💪🏽
My previous comments say it all. Completely doable, but the last 3 exercises took me over the edge. I did 12 burpees at the end because my arms felt strong, but I struggled to catch my breath at the end. I'm giving this 3 out of 4 for cardio/ anaerobic and 1 for strength. 🥵🥵🥵💪🏽
I appreciate that you grunt and wheeze like a normal person while working out! Makes me feel less alone 😂🙌🏻
I swear 😂😅
@@DJFrizzieYeah 😂😂
Well done Joe. Perfect 20 minutes with a couple of new variations to keep it fresh. Know that you are appreciated!
Thank you Joe, I turned 62 a couple of days ago and kept up with you 😅 so thank you for being there and being you, you are now a regular with, I am so grateful to you 😊❤
Pulling out them burpees out at the end was torture. Loved every minute.
I burned myself out bodybuilding and took almost 2 months off doing nothing. This is the first workout I've done in 2 months. It was intense thanks.

Keep smashing it.. you should be proud. Your doing amazing ☹️🥰
Thank you Jo for posting these as they are helping to keep me sane and fit. 🙏

Great workout for the start of the day, I agree with Melissa, something similar for 30mins would be amazing for the advanced HIIT please.
Arrived for "PE with Joe" for my kids, still here for my wellbeing. You're boss Joe! Like the variety in this workout. Thanks!
Awesome, last in a trio. Felt low before - pushed them burpees out and finished on a high.

I couldn't do much, but I'm sticking with this one, loves it!
Thanks for being the everyman and struggling alongside us.
I did squat jumps at the start this time. I’m now sweaty and puffed out, but feel better than I did when I woke up. Thanks so much Joe x
Love this guy! Feels like he’s suffering along with you, especially when he says “why am I so bad?”😂😂😂Great workout moves!

Thank You Joe
Great way to start my day, thanks so much Joe!
Thankyou 🙏
Nice quick workout. It's not that hard. Actually ended up pressing the jump forward button to skip most of the breaks. Thanks for the content!
Ah magic! Perfect aerobic/ anaerobic combo! Absolutely finished me. 👏🏼👏🏼👌🏼👌🏼🥵🥵🥵🥵
Definitely finished me. Really went for it, but added a gap before tough exercises 19 and 20. My heart-rate was 164 after 18.
This was great all the way through and very tough at the end!
It's a tough ending. Completely doable but by the 2 to last exercise I'm thinking I might have to rest an extra minute. Didn't though. 👍🏽 🥵🥵
