@@sarahwarnes7560 .... I never used to exercise ever .... but when I turned 60 I needed to get my health under control .....I wasn't super overweight or anything , just heading into insulin resistance. Now I love it😁 and I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been !! 😆😁
Joe's workouts are always the best! More balanced than those of the other trainers. Did it, will do it tomorrow again in order to really master the exercises!
Another excellent workout, love the new location, have lost 14lb since April doing your hiit workouts everyday thanks for continuing to inspire me and my 3 girls to stay fit. Look forward to the next new post 😊

Thank you Joe for the reminder at the end that we can modify. I was about to get into the tuck jumps when I was reminded that I am nursing a recovering knee. Subbed alternating lunge jumps. Great workout.
A new workout! This one is so good. Quite tough and pushing myself through the tuck jumps at the end I didn’t know whether to throw up or pass out 😂 I feel energised and happier now, thanks so much Joe x
Really enjoyed this one Joe There was a nice even balance. Not to easy not to tough. Few moves that I hadn't done before which was nice because as you know its good to test the body. I got a nice little sweat on too 😀 Look forward to the next one

Very nice combination of body weight exercises for upper lower body and core muscles.. I’m a physiotherapist and I don’t help but notice that you are loading your left leg more than the Rt while you’re squatting.. the Rt foot is a but toeing out also.. maybe it is an old injustice in Rt knee that caused this habit or it is just your body preference.. you can just move your pelvis a bit to the Rt while your squatting to centralize it.. and keep your Rt foot parallel to Lt.. all the best.. 💪

Very leggy your workouts tend to be. Not necessarily a bad thing. Would be interested in doing more low impact HIIT workouts if you have them.
