  • The Meditation to Fight Brain Fatigue & Live Your Excellence is a beautiful balancing & nourishing kundalini meditation that combines rhythm, movement and pranayam. We're combining this kundalini meditation with some gentle, nourishing kundalini yoga warm-ups. It's a perfect practice for those days when you don't feel like a strong full-power kriya - great for moon days and quieter days.

    As with all kundalini yoga kriyas - even the gentle ones - please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.

    My moon days started today and I always have terrible, horrible, the WORST cramps and this really soothed me. That sufi grind is one of the only things that helps my cramps. Amazing! I am also always giggling a little bit at these exercises that feel somewhat like patting your head and rubbing your tummy at the same time LOL but they are clearly super effective at getting your brain working in different ways, shaking up all that stagnant energy! Anywhooooo thank you so much, I really dig your practices and videos

    YG I had a very stressful day but I knew as I was heading home that I would find the perfect moment with you. And this was it. I lay over a bolster for awhile at the end to ease the stress out of my back and allow my front to expand and take in more breath. Thank you for being here tonight (and every day) for me! xo

    I have been having pain in my digestive system. Each day I try a new video, generally looking for shorter sequences as it sometimes makes me nauseous. But each time I also feel better. The pressures in my stomach feel less, the tensions in my neck dissolve and I am more centered. In my past I sang opera and the chanting gears up old practices and reminds me of the healing power of breath both then and now. I am grateful.

      @@yogigemsit did support me, thank you so much! 🎉 The hardest part for me on this practice was to roll the eyes to the moon point 🙈 I noticed that my eyes are SO USED to roll to Ajna as soon as they close that they were trying to go up over and over again 🙈 This will be my practice for the following moon days ❤🫶 Much love to you, dear!

    I'm post menopausal, but I found this very soothing on a day I am feeling emotionally tender. A series of life events made it difficult to do much for my body this past week, so this gentle approach to movement and checking in was perfect. Do you have any favorite videos for days you're resisting exercise or movement (low willpower) or feeling emotionally vulnerable?

When we're struggling to move the body, we can work with our breath and it's SUCH a great healer, balancer, and recalibrator.     Omg, I must tell you my experience during this amazing video.
    I did this video yesterday. I only made it 8 minutes in when all of a sudden I got so dizzy. I laid down on the floor. I think it was a release of energy I have been holding in my pelvis. I couldn't move for 10 minutes. I couldn't open my hands. They were stuck in this weird way. I couldn't move them at all. I was shaking and couldn't walk. At first I thought it was a kundalini awakening but then I thought of that release. I went to the shower after. I felt so much better after that omg. Something big was released for me. I'm not sure if you would mind telling me your opinion on this. Either way I would love to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I just got done doing this same video today nothing happened like yesterday. Today was amazing. I would love your feedback on whether this is normal. I am so grateful for your work. You are an inspiration to me. Thanks again

    Such a great practice, thank you as always! Question: Sometimes, though by no means always, "easy pose" is somewhat uncomfortable for me, and I feel more comfortable with my legs spread wider and the soles of my feet touching. Is that... ok? I'm on a cushion, so it's pretty easy!

      Thank you for this wonderful question, dear Bix, and you are right, easy pose is not so easy for many of us. Please do adjust it to suit you - soles of feet together is good but be careful not to strain your lower back - this may put pressure. Also try sitting up on a cushion or even on a chair.       Thank you, dear Anjitha, I have no opinion on washing hair but am interested to hear what you think 😇🙏❤️ For the moon cycle, apana is energy, and it flows whether or not there is a physical menstrual aid. It can be disrupted energetically for some of us by inversion asanas, but each of us is unique, so we need to listen closely to our body and feel into these postures carefully during the moon days.
