My moon days started today and I always have terrible, horrible, the WORST cramps and this really soothed me. That sufi grind is one of the only things that helps my cramps. Amazing! I am also always giggling a little bit at these exercises that feel somewhat like patting your head and rubbing your tummy at the same time LOL but they are clearly super effective at getting your brain working in different ways, shaking up all that stagnant energy! I have been having pain in my digestive system. Each day I try a new video, generally looking for shorter sequences as it sometimes makes me nauseous. But each time I also feel better. The pressures in my stomach feel less, the tensions in my neck dissolve and I am more centered. In my past I sang opera and the chanting gears up old practices and reminds me of the healing power of breath both then and now. I am grateful.

Omg, I must tell you my experience during this amazing video. I did this video yesterday. I only made it 8 minutes in when all of a sudden I got so dizzy. I laid down on the floor. I think it was a release of energy I have been holding in my pelvis. I couldn't move for 10 minutes. I couldn't open my hands. They were stuck in this weird way. I couldn't move them at all. I was shaking and couldn't walk. At first I thought it was a kundalini awakening but then I thought of that release. I went to the shower after. I felt so much better after that omg. Something big was released for me. I'm not sure if you would mind telling me your opinion on this. Either way I would love to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I just got done doing this same video today nothing happened like yesterday. Today was amazing. I would love your feedback on whether this is normal. I am so grateful for your work. You are an inspiration to me. Thanks again

Such a great practice, thank you as always! Question: Sometimes, though by no means always, "easy pose" is somewhat uncomfortable for me, and I feel more comfortable with my legs spread wider and the soles of my feet touching. Is that... ok? I'm on a cushion, so it's pretty easy!

Please do adjust it to suit you - soles of feet together is good but be careful not to strain your lower back - this may put pressure. Also try sitting up on a cushion or even on a chair. It can be disrupted energetically for some of us by inversion asanas, but each of us is unique, so we need to listen closely to our body and feel into these postures carefully during the moon days. Such a great practice, thank you as always! Question: Sometimes, though by no means always, "easy pose" is somewhat uncomfortable for me, and I feel more comfortable with my legs spread wider and the soles of my feet touching. Is that... ok? I'm on a cushion, so it's pretty easy!
Thank you for this wonderful question, dear Bix, and you are right, easy pose is not so easy for many of us. Please do adjust it to suit you - soles of feet together is good but be careful not to strain your lower back - this may put pressure. Also try sitting up on a cushion or even on a chair. Thank you, dear Anjitha, I have no opinion on washing hair but am interested to hear what you think 😇🙏❤️ For the moon cycle, apana is energy, and it flows whether or not there is a physical menstrual aid. It can be disrupted energetically for some of us by inversion asanas, but each of us is unique, so we need to listen closely to our body and feel into these postures carefully during the moon days.
