Can too much prana be generated and if so what are the signs?
It is not so much about 'too much' prana being generated as it is about the prana not being balanced with apana, ie the letting go, elimination faculty. This can show up physically as compulsive consumption (not just food), busy mind, excess energy that we can't seem to release. I hope that helps, dear Sunset. Much love to you ❤

Hi :) Do you know any exercise to address assymetry in the pelvis? I feel like there's prana trying to circulate in my body (as well as occasional tremblings in the legs as in TRE) but it's blocked around the pelvis area (when I'm standing straight it feels as if one of the legs is longer than the other)
