- Yogi Bhajan taught this class during morning sadhana in 1971. It is a stellar all-around Kundalini Yoga workout including cat-cow, spine flex, spine twists, front bends, life nerve stretch, butterfly, pelvic lifts, cobra pose, yoga mudra, Sufi grind, shoulder shrugs, neck rolls, and pranayam.

This is probably my favorite practice that I just so happened to stumble upon. I have been a daily practitioner of kundalini yoga for almost a year and I felt incredible during this practice. I been focused ona ashtanga and mysore practice for long and hadnt tried kubdalini practice in years. The idea i had of it based on early approached doesnt resonante to the experience i just had following this guided video. While I loved this kriya, hit all of the chakras which felt amazing, I did find that the transition between each movement was quick and not fluid. I would have liked another moment or two to notice the affect of the exercise before moving on. Wonderful way to begin the day. Sat Nam~

Lovely wake up morning session, liked the variations & your voice instruction. The pauses between some routines are too short esp when going from sitting to standing position. Thanks very much:-)

Hi there ~ the only thing you generally don't do when menstruating is stretch pose ~ which I don't recall it being in this set....

It is for anyone. If you can breathe - you can do yoga
