Whew those Turkish get ups and wood chops kicked my butt! This was my fist time doing those so I had to give up the kettlebell half way through them. I can’t wait until I’m strong enough to use the kettlebell all the way throughout the workout!
I love my “weights on Wednesday” since finding you! After struggling with cancer recovery I went and bought myself the prettiest gold and pink bling kettlebell and it was the best idea ever since I love it enough to keep trying to get better. 10 minutes was pushing it for me today and these were challenging! I’d look up and either see you suddenly smile brightly which boosted me to keep going. Or look up and see that you were pushing yourself too and that encouraged me to try one more, and then one more…. My favorite today is the half windmill. Normally my fave has been round the worlds and anything on my back with overheads because both hurt in a feels good after years of keeping my surgery scarred arm down over my chest. Thank you

Thank you for these videos! I'm 46 and have lifted weights off and on my whole life, but had gotten to where I didn't want to have to think up and remember a routine. Your videos are awesome and have got me lifting weights again 3 days a week on a consistent basis. I did this after one of your 20 minute upper body kettlebell videos, and that may not have been the right move. 😅 I felt the burn more in my arms than my abs, but I may go down in kettlebell weight next time to focus on form. I'm sure I'll still feel it in the next couple days though 😂 Never done any of these exercises before! I think my favorite was the windmill. I appreciate that these weren't just crunches; I've had multiple stomach surgeries and ab workouts can be hard on me. These are great! Thank you, Roxanne! ❤

I really liked this - the moves were great! My lightest KB is 8kg, and that was a little heavy for me at times; I might try at 10# DB for some of the moves next time.
