This no repeats, all standing kettlebell workout has 10 of the best kettlebell exercises. Think of this as a "back to basics" workout, where we'll focus on classic strength training exercises, as well as talking through form cues so you can nail your squats, swings and deadlifts!

Teriffic workout. I've been doing several of these and will add ones I don't do. I've found that kettlebell exercises provide good cardio workout as well as strengthening. I'm 78

Just got into kettlebell excercise and i love this workout. I workout during my 2 year olds nap and I do a 20-30 min pilates workout before this, so I needed a quick routine and this one is awesome. I do it almost everyday. I already feel stronger after 4 days!

After doing a lot of MetCon workouts lately I missed seeing Rachel and Lindsey’s squinty eyes and getting countdown cheers. This was a good one to use heavy weight and work on form

I only had about 20 mins today so this was perfect. I did the full warmup + workout and then rewound it back to the start of the first move and did it again! Thanks for all of the great moves and for always showing modifications or alternate gear to use!

Heyy, how can I correct back pain? Is it due to a weak core?
Hi!! There are a couple different things that can cause back pain -- core engagement during exercises like swings is a pretty common cause!
As a starter what size kettle bell should I start with ?
I would recommend starting with a size larger than what you have as a dumbbell!
Hi, what’s the weight of kettlebell you are using?
25-30lbs!
1st round was with a 15 lbs kettlebell. Just finished 2nd round with 20 lbs dumbbells. I may have a 3rd round before midnight.

Every time I try to attempt these exercises, my back hurts 😫 how can I do them without my back hurting me
I would recommend reducing your weights to focus on your form, also it important to keep your core engaged to protect your back!
