This is my favorite workout! From the music to the way I’m being challenged. I finished in a happy sweaty hot mess but I love love love doing this workout so much!
Loved this combo of upper body, core, little bit of pilates, and kettlebell workout. I really felt my core engaged with the added weight of using a 10 lb kettlebell.
I absolutely love this, I can really feel it working my arms and I’m already seeing improvements in my muscle growth, I actually find myself exited to do this workout when I see it on my schedule. So thank you!!

Thanks a lot coach ,this work out it does fit only for beginners ,although it oes fit for medium and advanced level athletes,i suppose .so i did this work out gladly and smoothly !!!!
Hey, ☺ I would recommend either a 4 or 6 kgs for complete beginners. That being said, it also depends on how strong you are, this might be too light and you would start with 8kgs. You might also need lighter for upper body and heavier for lower body. If you can test some weights out at the shop before you purchase, that's always a good idea too. Let me know how you go & ENJOY ☺
Practice the exercise without the weight at first, if this is ok then do shoulder taps shifting from one hand to the other and tapping your opposite shoulder. Progress with a very light weight and work your way up xxxx

Is there a way to modify the Bear Hold KB Pass a bit? I do not have enough strength to get my knees off the floor while I pass the weight over.
