    Another awesome workout Roxanne! Loved this one ❤ I've been doing your workouts every day now and always look forward to following one of your fun kettlebell/ dumbbell workouts 😀 I've kept it up for nearly 3 months now and have had noticeable changes to my body too!     This is my favorite workout! From the music to the way I’m being challenged. I finished in a happy sweaty hot mess but I love love love doing this workout so much!

    Loved this combo of upper body, core, little bit of pilates, and kettlebell workout. I really felt my core engaged with the added weight of using a 10 lb kettlebell.

    For the price point these are a very well made kettlebell. No imperfections and feels great in the hand.

    Thanks a lot coach ,this work out it does fit only for beginners ,although it oes fit for medium and advanced level athletes,i suppose .so i did this work out gladly and smoothly !!!!

      Hey, ☺ I would recommend either a 4 or 6 kgs for complete beginners. That being said, it also depends on how strong you are, this might be too light and you would start with 8kgs. You might also need lighter for upper body and heavier for lower body. If you can test some weights out at the shop before you purchase, that's always a good idea too. Let me know how you go & ENJOY ☺

    Is there a way to modify the Bear Hold KB Pass a bit? I do not have enough strength to get my knees off the floor while I pass the weight over.

      Practice the exercise without the weight at first, if this is ok then do shoulder taps shifting from one hand to the other and tapping your opposite shoulder. Progress with a very light weight and work your way up xxxx

    Great workout, however, your first and last song (same); if I’m hearing it correctly is immoral. If it is, please change the music where all can listen and enjoy. Thank you. I had to turn the music off to continue.
