Temple of the Dog "Hunger Strike" REACTION & ANALYSIS by Vocal Coach / Opera Singer

- So many of you have mentioned Chris Cornell's vocals in the past, and I honestly have never heard his work. Your constant prodding left me to ask our Patrons what we should look at, and "Hunger Strike" made it to the list. Featuring Chris and Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam (I am slightly familiar) in a duet, I just had to give a listen. I was not expecting this much twang!
Join professional opera singer Elizabeth Zharoff, as she listens to Chris Cornell and Temple of the Dog for the very first time, performing "Hunger Strike”.

Seasons............I think it's Chris's opus, you should check it out.
I have 1 song nobody every reacts
to! It's an old song by neal diamond called love on the rocks.
It has such range and wondered
If you can get it on and review it.
Have you heard Foy Vance sing? So many good ones, Check out bangor town, live at bushmills.
Chris Cornell is one of the greatest rock singers of all time. He lived in a league of his own.
I think you’re great but why do you say that you’ve heard this song for the first time now but then you already know the song? Although I do love your reactions they’re pretty cute
Absolutely in a class by himself hands down and Eddie ain't no slouch himself love him to very unique voice
Phenomenal. He's one of my all time favorites.
Unfortunately he died all by himself. He “had it all”, but was still a tortured soul.
If only he had known the grace of God.
I hope he does now. If I were God, I’d say: I wish you had known me in the world. Your soul is genuine, but you were weak. Nonetheless, I welcome you to Paradise.
Layne Staley too
3:40 i love this opening shot of Eddie, he looks like "hey guys I'm lost in this tall grass, but I can still do this verse"
Underrated comment
@@paulharper4196 tnx
lmao truly underrated. Shit cracked me up and made my day better! Thanks :D
Got my daily chuckle here that made my day. 😄👍
And Elizabeth keeps looking back and forth like she's trying to find out where Chris is while Eddie is singing.
Twenty years later, Hunger Strike still gives me chills.
Too bad this song is all about human trafficking. One of my favorite songs of all time got completely ruined when I figured this out.
@@GarageDoorRepairDen got receipts there buddy . That sounds like a reach to me .
@@GarageDoorRepairDen Back it up or shut it up. Never heard that... from anyone!
Never have I listened to this song and it didn't give me chills. Chloe Dancer gives me chills too. Little shout out to the angelic voice that was the reason for Temple of the Dog, MLB
@@saltymahero9898 Just the lyrics. But, Cornell and Bennington were huge in the fight to stop human trafficking. And then "committed suicide."
Chris Cornell's high notes were not normal. He could blow into his voice and live in the high notes, but his really, really high notes are supernatural ear candy.
Jesus Christ Pose seems impossible every time I hear it.
I am so happy she is finally listening to this masterpiece, Chris and Eddie on one song. This song sums up the whole grunge era.
Think she fell a little in love with Eddie on this one too. The man is the best vocalist of his generation - with the possible exception of Chris
I’ll say Layne was the best vocalist of that era with Chris a close second. But that’s just my opinion...Everyone likes something different, if not the word would be pretty boring 🤘🏽
"Say Hello to Heaven" would have made a better intro to both Chris and this band.
@@gyrick1 while Say Hello To Heaven is inarguably a great song, I disagree that is a better introduction to their voices
I did fall in love with both of them, and truly want to hear more. I know the Patrons poll for May has another Chris Cornell song on it, and it's currently in 1st place so. . . maybe another one soon?
“Say hello to heaven” should be the next reaction to Chris Cornell
Some of the absolute best vocal range within a sphere of deep emotion ever recorded.
One of my favorite songs
I agree this song doesn’t show chris cornell’s range.
Yes, Reach Down is an amazing showcase of Chris' talent and abilities.
100% the version from the Acoustic Songbook tour.
Temple of the Dog is such a hidden gem that so many people need to experience! Chris and Eddie together was a match made in heaven, I wish they did more together!
Temple of the dog created Pearl Jam
So wish there was more of these guys and Layne .. THAT would have been my ultimate
Chris's passing hit me harder than so many others. His music impacted me so much through the years. WHAT A TALENT
Can’t believe he’s been gone 4 years today. Thanks for this video.
❤
Considering that today, May 18th is the anniversary of our loss of Chris, it seems like a great way to honor him.
Robert Plant + Jesus = Chris Cornell
Worst birthday gift ever.
I saw Soundgarden for the first time 2 days before he died. Man, waking up to that news was a kick in the balls.
I think so as well, Rokuth.
@@SteveFrank111 I was supposed to see them for the first time at memphis in may, but ended up missing the show.
Anyone else get a little anticipatory giggle when she mentions that Chris has a higher voice early on (before she found out how high his voice really gets)? He was amazing 🥰
Just being able to see someone enjoy Chris Cornell and Eddie Vedder for the first time is just magical to me.
I wish I would have appreciated it more when I had the chance. Of course, I took it for granted, and now it's gone
You absolutely owe it yourself to hear his song "Say Hello 2 Heaven", a tribute to his friend and fellow musician Andy Wood. It's probably the greatest display of his range in single song. ❤️
We lost Chris 4 years ago today 😔
This so much. Not even my favorite CC song but this needs to happen! Such a great vocal track.
100% agree! That song is the best display of his range. Amazing song!
Definitely! This is it: ua-cam.com/video/SXOzGY46In0/v-deo.html
YES!!!! This here
The list is endless ......
"Say Hello 2 Heaven" is the best possible example of the range and power by Chris Cornell.
Agreed, I don’t know why reaction channels choose Hunger Strike over Heaven. More popular but not in the same league as far as the song goes
Far better than Huger Strike
Reach Down and Beyond The Wheel
Call me a dog as well
@@caciquesealth6281 I love Reach Down!
Temple of the Dog was a side project for a group of friends and musicians from Seattle after Andy Wood died. Andy was the singer of Mother Love Bone and Chris Cornell’s friend and roommate.
Stone Gossard and Jeff Ament (guitar, bass respectively) were members of MLB, then did the Temple of the Dog project with Chris, as well as Mike McCready (guitar). It was around this time they found Eddie Vedder and began forming Pearl Jam, which could be considered the successor to Mother Love Bone in some ways, though they are different bands obviously.
Chris then continued on with Soundgarden, his primary project, and Pearl Jam became what it became. Chris’ solo work is also incredible. My personal favorite of the Seattle singers. Seattle just had something really amazing going on in the late 80s into the 90s.
Feels odd to write this out because it’s widely known info for my generation, we grew up with this stuff. But I guess not everyone did.
Listen to Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns (Mother Love Bone) sometime. And the entire Singles soundtrack for that matter.
I was a little late listening to Mother Love Bone. I have their "Mother Love Bone" album but I'm really hoping that I can find "On Earth as it Is".
Still have the cassette Mother Love Bone
I do hope that one day she will do a Mother Love Bone song. With her love of the music as well as the stories behind the songs/artists, I think she’d appreciate that MLB was basically proto-PearlJam with a different lead vocalist. And talk about two completely different singers. Andy and Eddie are both one-of-kind-vocalists. Just on opposite ends of the spectrum.
Definitely agree a great choice would be Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns (last track on the MLB album). Maybe a comparison of Andy and Eddie both singing the same song. That would be cool.
-side note: Only time I’ve ever cried when a famous person died was the night we lost Chris. I am definitely a fan, but not necessarily a Stan so I didn’t expect to start sobbing. Losing such a gifted artist affected me so much more than I ever expected. RIP Chris and RIP Andy. ❤️
Great MLB recommendation!! That’s always been my favorite.
Candlebox's "You" and "Far Behind" are also based on Andy Wood.
Chris and Eddie on one song together may literally be the greatest thing known to mankind
It’s up there for sure and very special and never get sick of hearing this song. Another treasure is Chris and Layne singing Right Turn on AICs SAP.
On this day, exactly 4 years ago, we lost one of the greatest voices of our times. May his music live forever, and give hope for people in need!
Honestly I’m still not over the fact that he is no longer with us.

Just commenting to give this STERLING comment views. I feel like a dumb-dick for never thinking this before.
8:10 she got the Eddie chill. His intro following Chris's masterful voice is why this song is my soul
Dying to see a reaction to Alice In Chains “Down in a Hole” from MTV Unplugged. Layne and Jerry’s voices were something special together.
Or nutshell!
@@richardmann4006 yesss! I just commented that lol
Yep, I hear Elizabeth say "voices complimenting each other..." in this era of music and immediately think of AiC. She has a whole catalog of music to choose from when it comes to them.
@@richardmann4006 or Love Hate Love
Love hate love live in Seattle is probably Lane Staley’s most powerful performance, but down in a hole is smooth! His work in mad season is really great too! River of decent , or Wake up is worthy of a review
"Say Hello 2 Heaven" is another fantastic vocal performance from that Temple of the Dog album
Great tune!!
The absolute best
Yes, or Times of Trouble or Call Me a Dog
One of the best vocal duos ever. Cornell can not be over rated as a vocalist.
I honestly get emotional hearing songs like this and others that are from my up bringing. I miss the way the world was much more simple back then. Music was worth so much more on a real life level.
Wow, really well said 🙏❤️..
I go through these phases of listening to AIC and Mad Season, then over to Chris and so on. But my goodness what a different time, thinking about concerts now and everyone holding a phone up it's like WTF, I couldn't imagine most óf the shows I've seen holding a phone camera up instead of actually enjoying the music and energy..
Hope things go back à bit, guess we'll find out..
There was far less content for us to get distracted by
Amen. A lot of our musicians from the “grunge” era are all gone. Scott, Layne, Chris, & Kurt.. no flash..just talent.
1st time hearing Chris Cornell? you have one hell of a ride coming your way.
Temple of the Dog is a lyric from a Mother Love Bone song. Andrew Wood (singer from Mother Love Bone) shared an apartment with Chris Cornell but he died of an overdose. This band/album was a tribute to him as the remaining members of MLB had formed Pearl Jam with Eddie and they all got together for it.
Man of golden words
Apple, MLB only album (if I remember right) was an amazing album as well!
Bingo, Michael. I still have my MLB CD, Andrew was another true artist that was lost before his time.
I was just sitting here thinking about how she just has to listen to Chloe Dancer/Crown of Thorns, Woods voice and the prescience of the lyric is haunting. One my favorite songs ever.
@@PlezurBazar This!
I heard this song after this video and i'm still having tears in my eyes.
I'm mainly a Pearl Jam fan, and Eddie's voice never fails to enchant me. That's especially true in this song with the sustained low note. But Chris Cornell's voice was so ridiculously amazing, and I love how the two complement each other here.
Two of the greatest singers ever
Chris's Shadow of the sun with Audioslave shows a wide range of his capabilities and is truly a masterpiece
Never forget the first time i heard that song, it was the first time I consciously remembering hearing Cornell. It was at the cinema watching Collateral, hit me like a ton of bricks
OMG the use of that song in that film was great. I knew the song well before seeing the film and when it hit, a wave of shiver went over me. I've only seen that film once and the song begins just as there's a stray dog or coyote walking on the street right? That song locked that visual in my memory.
@@JoshLing its a great scene, I remember it taking me ages to find the song (pre youtube etc). Needless to say it opened a never ending keg of Cornell treasures
“Shadow on the Sun” is one of my favorites
Elizabeth has to listen to “Like a Stone” .
hands down, my favorite Chris Cornell song to sing.
I was going to say something from his solo album like "Sunshower", but pretty much anything Audioslave works too. His solo stuff contrasts this song a bit.
Or "Call me a Dog" ;)
"Seasons" is a fav of mine. ua-cam.com/video/TksqEIl1uxU/v-deo.html
Oh my gosh yes!
Like a stone sounds too contemporary- made for radio music.
I'm late to this, but Chris Cornell is by far my favorite male vocalist of all time. The subtlety at one moment and then the power thats there is just so raw. I enjoy plenty of singers, I can feel the music in my bones. But with Chris, I feel that voice in my soul. The guy was a god among mortals... RIP Chris.
This song is so powerful, so rich in innuendo, a true classic
I wouldn't call this innuendo though - they preach this song in a very straightforward fashion. Grunge anthem for sure.
@@pawacoteng yeah this is a pure protest song imo
The one, the only, the incomparable Chris Cornell. He could melt steel with that voice. RIP brother
He was great for sure. Big Wreck's Ian Thornley, however, IS comparable to Chris. In fact I heard they tried to get him. Ian is a great singer in his own right maybe not as great as Cornell but close with a gigantic scream. And as a lead guitarist, ian can blow most people right off the stage. Hes elite.
Chris singing Nothing compares 2 u is a masterpiece.
I second this. I came here with a link to the video on my clipboard, and saw your comment. His version takes my breath away. ua-cam.com/video/IuUDRU9-HRk/v-deo.html
He's just a shell of himself on those years... If you really want to hear him on his prime, you gotta listen to badmotorfinger-era soundgarden
@@mozdaboz the fragility is his voice on this is amazing. Not saying anything from Soundgarden or Audioslave aren’t absolute masterpieces. Of course they are.
Even better than that is the duel of it on Spotify with his daughter
@@tparmenter Exactly!
The greatest pairing that never toured. The world definitely missed out by not seeing these two live together.
I have seen him solo, with Soundgarden, and with Audioslave. I only wish I could have seen TOTD!! I think my all time favourite Chris Cornell vocal performance has got to be his solo acoustic song Seasons, from the Singles movie soundtrack.
One of my favorites as well.
Agreed!
Eddie was a bit nervous being introduced to the Seattle crowd initially; he was an outsider and Andrew Wood had died, someone that people really respected and might have judged Eddie as a replacement of sorts.
Chris picked Eddie up, put him on his shoulder and carried him onstage. He then introduced Eddie to the crowd as their brother.
R.I.P Chris 🙏
I kinda wish she also had the background of them from PJ20. I loved the scene where Eddie and him were on stage play fighting during a performance of this song. It was about 20 minutes into the movie and it was from the RIP Magazine Party 10/6/21. It was just something that makes me think of my IRL brother every time I saw it.
Now that's a mensch, as we say in Yiddish. What a great guy and great loss.
"Seasons" by Chris Cornell off the Singles soundtrack. Pure brilliance.
100% one of his best songs
Ain't gonna lie I love the man of steel video version
Absolutely a gem. Might not give her the high notes she expects, but the richness of his voice really great.
Not just ¨Seasons¨ What about ¨Great expectations¨? That song has awoken tons of feelings and Chris Cornell is just great.
My favorite..haunting song.
I’ve got a cool story about Eddie Vedder. First I worked for an insurance company back in the day in the special lines field and remember actually speaking to Eddie about his boat policy! He said enjoyed calling instead of his agent! Very down to Earth and later we were able to meet at a Seattle Pearl Jam show so he was able to put a face to the voice on the phone 📱. ILL NEVER FORGET IT! RIP CHRIS CORNELL. The Seattle scene in the early 1990’s is unsurpassed by anything going on today!
this was Pearl Jam plus Chris. still amazing.
so powerful when Eddie comes in.
when they sing together it gives me goosebumps.
i BELIEVE this was the first project Eddie sang on in Seattle?
Beyond the wheel. His voice is so powerful on this song.
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone knows!!!! Beyond the Wheel is the song that made me go "WTF!? I like Soundgarden"
@@Neal_UA-cam Ultra mega Ok is a great album. I was lucky enough to grow up in Bremerton by Seattle in this time frame. My fav song is Flower but his voice on Beyond is like Plant and Dio on steroids
Even the live version from 2010 under the secret name “Nudedragons” was an insane performance. Chris hadn’t quite had that range and control in a number of years and hearing him hit those notes gave me goose bumps. I think he even knew it at one point - he gives this little smile after screaming, like he’s saying “yeah, I sound this good.”
Beyond The Wheel and When I'm Down are Cornell's finnest
I also really like the version of Rusty Cage he did on the Jool's Holland show.
Pearl Jam “Black”, live MTV version. One of the best live performances ever!

Great song. Check out "The Mission" by Sahaj Ticotin (Queensryche)
This, for sure!
I use to play it for my son when he was a baby. He would fall asleep to it every night
The one Eddie did after Chris died. 😔😔😔
The surprise, delight, and appreciation that appears on her face spontaneously over the smallest vocal flourish is just wonderful! Seems like a genuinely sweet and interesting person.
I 100% believe that this is the greatest vocal performance in rock history.
Chris Cornell is one of those once-in-a-generation voices. And it wasn't just his voice. His lyrics were world class, always. I'm not usually one to be all that affected by celebrity deaths but his was one that led me to shed tears. I forgot if it was freshman or sophomore year in high school I got Superunknown but in the 25-ish years since, it's an album I'll still play at least a few tracks from every few weeks. I really hope he knew how big an impact his music had. To so many who have been afflicted by the the mental states he was so eloquent in expressing... when life could leave a young man feeling so alone, and for his work to say 'No. You're not." ... Rest in peace good sir.
To your question about other work with Vedder, they did a whole album together as a group called Temple of the Dog with 10 glorious tracks. The other one I always think of is "Say Hello To Heaven".
For other tracks, I'm a bit partial to Soundgarden's Superunknown album as I mentioned before. It is filled with gems. "Black Hole Sun" was the big radio hit, definitely a good show of their skill. "Fell on Black Days" was another fairly popular single that really shows his lyrical ability, too, and how he could just wallow in despair. However, "The Mailman" is one I like a little better... a little less radio friendly due to a darker theme but just so ominous and angry. "The Day I tried To Live" as well. There are two other tracks on it that really show other sides Soundgarden: "4th of July" with religious/armageddon kinds of theme and a gritty downtempo metal groove driving it and the criminally underrate "Like Suicide" that closes the album... IMHO one of the greatest hard rock songs ever recorded, showing how tempo and thrashing isn't necessary for a dark, hard sound. And with haunting lyrics about a bizarre inspiration (woke up to the sound of a bluebird that had crashed into a window, found it on he patio with a broken neck, did the humane thing with the only handy instrument, an old brick, and mused on the thoughts as it unfolded "Bit down on the bullet now / I had a taste so sour / I had to think of something sweet / Love's like suicide / Safe outside my gilded cage / With an ounce of pain / I wield a ton of rage / Just like suicide"
He did some really interesting solo accoustic stuff after Soundgarden, probably most notable is his cover of Beat It as a blues/soul lamentation... has to be heard, can't be described.
His later work with Audioslave (Cornell in front of Rage Against Machine's band) which all also gave us a full body of excellent work over three albums. Specific tracks I love: Show me how to Live, Exploder, I am The Highway, Like a Stone, The Last Remaining Light, Out of Exile, Be Yourself, Doesn't Remind Me, Wide Awake... and many more.
Its about the only death that has gotten to me also, alot of it was from the time I spent living in Seattle with a connection to Chris.
I'm 51 now. Cried all day long, that day, at work. Like a little child. Watching this video brought tears again...
Never knew him in person, although I did meet him once and said "hey and bye" when I worked backstage in a festival where he performed. Didn't have the guts to go shake his hand. Mostly because I think I was afraid I would go and give him a hug or something.
I have 2 or 3 best friends. He was one of them.
Adding to that, he's way underrated being a guitarist also
Once in a lifetme! Still can't quite belive he's gone.

Every time I watch this video I laugh, Eddie's just chillin' in the weeds, haha, I don't know why that cracks me up...
I can't get enough of this song, and I love your analysis! The way Chris and Eddie's voices work together-- it's like singing with a sibling. There's just something about it, you get all these crazy overtones and resonance. I'm so upset I was a baby still when these guys were making the majority of their music, oh to have grown up with grunge and alt rock at such a high! I cried when Chris died, even moreso seeing the effect it had on his loved ones. If you ever get a chance, watch the version of "Black" that Eddie did after his death, it's absolutely heartbreaking. At the end he just keeps repeating "Come back, come back"... I can barely stand to listen, it's so raw.
His voice became better and better as he got older. RIP Chris.
@Emma James 😥
@Emma James I don't think anybody can sing like him, or Freddie Mercury.
say hello to heaven the live version takes Chris a minute to warm up but then he nails the rest of it perfectly. rip Chris Cornell🙏
second this request
I've never heard a live version of Say Hello to Heaven that equals or really comes close to what was put down on the record. Aside from the ridiculous high notes at the end, how can you match the emotion of what was happening there at the studio when it was recorded, with Andrew's death so fresh in all their minds. Soundgarden however there are some great live versions of songs like Jesus Christ Pose, Beyond the Wheel and Slaves and Bulldozers that really showcase his voice, when he was at his best and in a live setting.
@@khellendross3573 I love this performance ua-cam.com/video/SXOzGY46In0/v-deo.html maybe you heard it before and still feel the same about the studio version, but I really enjoy seeing him live putting those notes out.

The smile on her face says it all..ABSOLUTLY WONDERFUL.. This CD got me through the death of my father..then a year later my grandmother. Wonderful
My highschool sweetheart was a huge Pearl Jam fan so I honed my Eddie impression as a teen, mostly to tease her. Once singing the Eddie part of this song my best friend didn’t miss a beat and did the Chris scream. It’s a hilarious memory I have of a teenage life filled with the best music.
OMG - Chris Cornell for the first time! Awesome!!!! Next listen from Chris should be Nothing Compares 2 U (Prince Cover) live in studio. AMAZING!!!!
I always want to start crying just with that opening verse. This song gets in your head and just LIVES there for days!
You sure nailed it! Not to mention that that Eddie and Chris are serious eye candy!❤
The story of Eddie singing on it is even more amazing when you realize it was recorded before Pearl Jam had recorded Ten.
From Wikipedia
'That was the first time I heard myself on a real record. It could be one of my favorite songs that I’ve ever been on - or the most meaningful'
For Eddie you need to react to “Black” performed live at MTV unplugged 1992. So much emotion it is crazy
this is my all time favorite song so excited for this one!!
Eddie said Chris was the greatest singer, ever, of all-time, after Chris died. Coming from an absolutely elite, grade-A, top notch, gifted singer like Eddie, you can't ask for higher praise. It's pretty cool how Eddie was even willing to sort of take a backing role in this song and just provide a base while he let Chris go wild and take the lead. Kind of like how a rhythm guitarist works with a lead guitarist, and lets the lead guitarist take all the crazy solos.
Most poignant understatement: "...it was too short." Indeed, my friend, Chris Cornell's time with us was certainly too short.
You can tell how enchanted she is listening to him. Just soaking in that entire intro. There's just something about the raw emotions and effortless way he caries a melody that captivates.
I miss you Chris.
This is a perfect choice for songs to get introduced to Chris Cornell through. One of my all-time favorite rock singers at one of his best performances.
ONE OF THE BEST SONGS OF THE 90S AND ALL TIME
Grunge singers have some of the most incredible voices. Chris, Eddie and Layne Staley (Alice in Chains) all did some amazing things with the vocals in their music.
Mark Lanegan is another one with a lengthy career. Screaming Trees, Queen's of The Stone Age, solo, and a variety of collaborations.
I'd have to stick Scott up there too!
@@davidtingley9978 Lanegan's a monster. No one stands alongside Chris, but Mark's right there with Layne.
A shame so many have passed away Kurt, Layne, Scott Weiland, Chris Cornell, Bradley Nowell, I probably am forgetting some, no disrespect. They all crashed and burned.... if only they stuck to weed, and passed up the rest of the shit, they may still be with us
The last genre before auto tune and pro tools
Finally, Elizabeth is going to hear 2 of the greatest voices in rock music.
Chris Cornell and Eddie Vedder.
It's so cool at 9:01 how Cornell subtly overlays his voice over Vedder's and, together, they sound immaculate. Cornell was so vocally gifted.
Two beautiful voices! 💖two of my favorite singers! Rest in peace chris!
I've always felt like Eddie was doing sort of a flanneled Gregorian Chant in this song. Haunting, with Chris soaring over the top like an angel with his wings on fire. Never gets old.
I would trade Chris for Eddie, any day
@@CheekyPseudonym no. I would wish they were all sitting at a table together. Chris, Kurt, Layne and Eddie. All legends
@@brettcarlson5450 fkn A, man. The 90’s was a great era for music.
Chris absolutely great! Sometimes I think Eddies great voice doesn’t command quite the respect it should but that’s small potatoes.
Beautifully put.
Say Hello to Heaven, there's a really good live version of that. He absolutely slays that song and hits most of the qualities of his voice.
2 of the best rock voices ever
Interestingly enough, I think "exhaustion" is the emotion Cris is trying to convey. And "steady" the emotion Eddie is trying to convey. A hunger strike is an exhausting display of dedication towards a cause that requires steady intensity.
Shout out to Mike, Stone, Jeff, & Matt also. The guys are incredible.
Oh my goodness you HAVE to listen to Chris sing Nothing Compares 2 U. His SiriusFM performance is unreal. Outstanding stuff.
I agree. He is at his best stripped down and raw like his version of this or his cover of Redemption song.
Miss him One of the best Rock voices Ever
Chris Cornell's voice never gets tired!!!!
Chris's cover of "Nothing Compares 2 You" punches me in the heart. RIP. :(
What about his Billie Jean?!?! I dont like to cry but I love that voice.
You need to hear “Outshined” by Soundgarden. Chris is pretty mellow in this.
Slaves & Bulldozers is definitely tougher to sing.
I would have said 'Slaves and Bulldozers'
Big dumb sex 😂😉
Definitely outshined you need to listen to that it'll blow your mind
@@alyberop1 - I'm going with the song I first heard him on
Chris brought Eddie up from LA to join them for the tribute album for Andrew Wood. Chris is who passed along Eddie's demo work etc to his label and helped get him his start
