Agradeço muito por nos proporcionar saúde e qualidade de vida sem cobrar por isso. Eu emagreci 2kg, perdi medidas em 1 mês com seus exercícios duas vezes ao dia sem fazer dieta, mas sem exageros na alimentação. Faço os exercícios de 30 a 40 minutos alternando. Uma sugestão é que pudesse colocar as calorias perdidas nos comentários dos exercícios mais intensos. Deus abençoe sempre sua vida!

Hey , can you plss guide/mention in your videos that while doing the exercise how you have to breathe i mean when to exhale or when to inhale , i think pattern of breathing during exercise is also important for better results 🤔🤔 so please mention that also🙏🏻
