Every ex who rebounded love bombed the person they were rebounding with! Took them on trips did all the things we used to do together posting them after a WEEK of dating etc etc. But they always came back. Before and after the rebound ended. This has happened twice. And yeah everytime I was over it and not into them anymore.
They also tried to “protect” the person they were rebounding with. Aka cutting off all contact with me so they could live out their idealistic fantasy with this new person. But once they realize that they rushed into something based on poor judgment they dump them and shoot their shot with you. Don’t fall for it. Leave them to their misery.
My ex broke up with me in October 2023, met someone on Dec 2023, then in a committed relationship 14 days later and she is going to move in with him at the end of March 2024

In my experience, i found out about my ex monkey branching into a rebound relationship after the break up however she has not admitted to seeing this rebound to anyone and continues to hide the fact There are many videos on the topic of rebound relationships detailing what it is and the different stages but i feel that there are very few videos which directly address how to handle bringing up the discussion with their ex. It would be very helpful to know how to navigate this uncomfortable discussion with our exes and when it would be the best time to do so rather than continuously avoid talking about the rebound and sweeping it under the rug Thanks for your time and consideration and i look forward to hearing from you Kind regards

Any updates? It's very obvious in what you should do though. That girl is definitely still attached to you but she seemed to chose him other than you for whatever reason (only you know this). You need to know first what she really wants in a relationship, then you can know who will she choose. If you have the thing that she wants, you either have to prove it or leave her alone for sometime until she seemed like wanted to get close to you. If you have proven it and she still dosen't want to go back, leave her for sometime also, it's really up to you if you wanted to always be her 2nd choice but she's like this because her ego is taking control of her, and you are feeding her ego (even if you made a mistake), and when ego controls a person, most likely it will never be a good sign. My advice is leave her be until she knows what she wants and be more mature to her choices, commitments and emotions, and if she never came back after you made improvements to things that she wanted (if she has one) then it's her loss bro, She's not worth it, and say hello to a better woman in every possible way.

It could be a rebound as well, but it will still depend if your ex had processed the breakup and if she had moved on and healed 100% from your relationship.

But I know from him that he is not good at being alone and he got together with her when he was emotionally unstable because of our breakup and the anniversary of his father's death. When I was in damage controle mode, I asked him what it was about with her. He said it was about somehow being happy again and at least experiencing affection from someone (I was emotionally unavailable to him in the relationship and that was the reason for the breakup). We are still in casual contact now and have talked on the phone. Do you think it could be a rebound relationship? He got together with her 7 months after our breakup.

So I think that he was not completely healed yet. However, since our contact is more relaxed and friendly again (thanks to your tips), he has a more positive feeling towards me again. He says he just started "digesting" things now. I think he feels like that as a result of us connecting better again. So there is a good chance that it really is just a rebound or what do you think? She said she is in a relationship with him and he treats her well.
It's unfair to break up with him and come back to me..
At the same time she wants us to meet again soon. She told she thinks about me.. but we better meet face to face in June/ July after her Graduation.

I am not sure if it is a rebound relationship. But I know from him that he is not good at being alone and he got together with her when he was emotionally unstable because of our breakup and the anniversary of his father's death. When I was in damage controle mode, I asked him what it was about with her. He said it was about somehow being happy again and at least experiencing affection from someone (I was emotionally unavailable to him in the relationship and that was the reason for the breakup). We are still in casual contact now and have talked on the phone.
Do you think it could be a rebound relationship? He got together with her 7 months after our breakup.
it may be a rebound, Chibi. But aside from that, we have to check as well if your ex had fully move on and healed from your relationship before getting into a new one or not. :-)
@@ClayAndrews Thank you so much for your reply, Clay! 2 months ago my ex said that he was still traumatized by our relationship when he was already with her. So I think that he was not completely healed yet. However, since our contact is more relaxed and friendly again (thanks to your tips), he has a more positive feeling towards me again. He says he just started "digesting" things now. I think he feels like that as a result of us connecting better again. So there is a good chance that it really is just a rebound or what do you think? Your videos have helped me a lot so far!

My Ex was having an affair for 3 months prior to me catching her. Now that it's blown out of the water for both married couples, (yes I told his wife), they have already discussed getting married and moving in together. The caveat is that my wife is in PA and he lives now with his mommy in VA, as his wife kicked him out. Can it be a rebound if it was adultery, prior to me finding out?
