    Dear Chetna, I tried your recipe for the noodles today and it was so yummy! I'll definitely try the manchurian too but today the kids were clamouring for food so didn't have the time. But... I thought I had made far too much but in the end the wok was completely empty. Everybody loved it. Maybe I'll now try the samosas that you posted sooo many years ago. Love from Germany! And thank you for getting your own UA-cam channel. 😊

    Just made these.. Kept some to eat without the sauce and had them with rice and dipped in chilli sauce, I prefer them that way but they are great. Thanks for sharing.

    I love the way you are exposing me (maybe many others) to foods we’ve not seen before. I love the idea of those veggie balls, especially as a somewhat new vegan. I have a question though. I always hesitate to fry things that way because of the amount of oil needed. 1. I feel like it’s wasteful unless I can reuse the oil. Can I? Do you? And 2. How do you dispose of the oil? Thanks ❤️❤️❤️

      For sure you can reuse the oil. You can use it to cook normally with it, or to fry off other stuff.

      You can try coconut aminos. They can be purchased in some Asian markets now, definitely on Amazon as well.

    What do you do with the leftover oil? Can you reuse?

      Yes I reuse it a couple more times and then it goes into recycling

    my noodles almost always stick to the pan, any tips you can give to avoid this ? I use a wok style pan.

      add little oil along with salth before you put water to boil noodles
