Gluten-free chicken nuggets and General Tso's chicken in frozen foods. They were on a low shelf, I only saw them because I needed the electric ride around cart that day. The General Tso's is delicious! 🥰
A few years ago I bought the round kids plastic pool for myself!! Yes, me. I am a 68 year old 4’11” tall woman. My subdivision has no amenities so I put this in my deck and I sit in it to keep cool on hot days here around Atlanta.
I use my grill mat to line the bottom of my stove and my oven to keep them extra clean! Matt, I usually don’t buy any of the things you show but I watch your videos just because of your upbeat energy! You have a great channel!

I’m glad Matt talked about the Dove, Tresemme and Cascade knock offs (Lacura/Radiance Ultra knock off brands) at Aldi it’s the products I always buy when I shop there, the products are half the price and your still getting what you need. I also wanted to mention the Tandil Aldi brand laundry detergent and softener sheets some of their products are Tide knock offs and again they are half the price and a game changer (their company also makes Purex, Bounce and Gain product knockoffs). I hope this helps anyone else out there who normally buys Tide or any of these products like us, they even have the free and clear brand under Tandil that’s usually hypoallergenic for those with allergies like me, so thankful they are making knock off products of the things we love that are in our price range!
Gluten-free friends, heads-up! I recently discovered GF chicken nuggets as well as General Tso chicken in the freezer. Big bag around $8. Absolutely delicious. 😊
@@lorenecook7240 thanks for the heads-up! Last week I tried the GF cinnamon raisin English muffins. Tasty but at $4.95 for 4 small ones I won't be buying them often. I'm sure you know the GF brownie mix is the bomb and the baking mix makes wonderful pancakes.
I got an Aldi copper-looking wind spinner last spring and have been impressed by its good looks and sturdy design. It's been in our front yard for a year now. I do apply a clear spray coat to outdoor items -- you can find appropriate ones for metal, plastic, or paint finishes. I used clear rustoleum on the wind spinner.
Thanks so much for the tip. I just bought a wind spinner for $15 in metal color bronze at Aldi, and I'm very impressed with the workmanship. It's a large and beautiful piece in my garden. I saw the same online, and the price tag was $49.99.
As far as the medicine goes, all medications sold in this country have to have the same active ingredients. The only reason why someone should ever go for a big brand medicine is for any allergies they may have, but for a vast majority of us I’d say save your money and go for the lesser known brands. Not known to many people but the best value for acetaminophen/tylenol is the $2 target brand, even though we’re talking about Aldi.
I am headed to Aldi right after this video. The ice tray lids ensure no freezer taste gets into the ice. I catch all your UA-cam videos as they help me shop wisely. Thank you.
I bought the green grass rug for the winter snow season. Ill cover it with a tarp before it snows. This way the pups will have a clear area to do there business while i gear up to get my shoveling done. 😅
their desserts at aldi Are Dangerous! I had an allergic reaction despite Aldi not labeling the ice cream properly (coconut oil-its a treenut) but it didnt say anything about treenuts. I spoke to my aldi to no avail. I used to love their desserts until then
I was just at ALDI yesterday! ❤ I got the kiddy pool (it's a great planter to grow watermelon), the chip/dip bowl and two tall trellis for my peonies. Oh, and some strawberries - they're huge, sweet and cheap!
The stair step plant shelves are awesome! Self-watering "windowsill" (rectangular) plastic planters from Walmart are a great fit, perfect for letting small plants grow larger before planting out into your garden. Instead of buying a flat of ground covers, I buy a few -- 1 or 2 per planter will become a solid block to divide and plant out by fall. I have 2 of the rounded corner units forming a semi-circle for potted plants, too. I do want to say that I should have sprayed them with rustoleum, as some of the older ones (probably 5+ years old) have started showing some rust this spring. Of course, that's easily fixed wth a can of "rust stop" style rustoleum!
hold the phone! I just noticed these are NESTNG shelves. I have the old ones with 3 shelves attached together to form a single unit. The nestng ones would tuck away more easily when you don't need all the space and could be used in so many different ways! However, I wonder if they'd be a bit likely to tip? The stair-step shelves don't budge if you bump into them
That layered dip is not new, it’s a return! The closest one I’ve found is in ShopRite for almost twice the price. It’s been missing for probably a year or more, I was so excited to see it this week that I bought two! 😃
We love the Banza pizza crusts. They are chickpea based, sold frozen. They make premade pizzas as well as just the crust - which my wife and I love to make custom & enjoy
Same here. Apparently, different items are available in different areas. But even when an item is advertised in a local flyer, good luck finding it. It either arrives late, is sold out immediately, or never arrives at all.
@@rick3747 Getting to know staff is usually a great idea at most businesses. Unfortunately, at our local Aldi stores, the staff turns over constantly and the hiring sign is always up. Even though they pay well over the minimum wage in our state ($15 - they start at $18.50, they can't keep staff. So, getting to know them is nearly impossible. Even if you can, they are always so busy, asking them anything usually causes them great stress. Writing to Aldi does not get a response. I wonder if posting on social media would work better. It does for some businesses.
@9:35 We use to use those pretty little freezable balls for our children’s “owwies.” (🤕 😢) They are very useful for drying tearful eyes and easing the pain of bruised knees, bumped elbows, knocked noggins, etc.
we love aldi here is SC. Their prices are cheaper than walmart on lots of items we buy weekly. I think in my town people are catching on because they were out of the mama cozzi's cauliflower crust pepperoni pizzas 2 weeks in a row. I love going to see what is new every week. I think their brand of canned vegetables and fruits taste the same as name brand if not better. We love their meats too. Yeah, I may be paying a little more for the 90/10 hamburger meat but it is so much better than anywhere else in my opinion. I just picked up shrub roses for $8.97. That beat walmart and anywhere else in town. Love these videos. Thanks Matt
Recently found the ice cube trays of my dreams: plastic with silicone bottoms! The ice cubes slide right out with just a gentle twist of the plastic part. 100% silicone trays I’ve used in the past had to be popped out one cube at a time. No bueno!
The Lacura exfoliating cleanser is the best! Since Clean and Clear changed their nighttime cleanser formulation, I’ve just been using the Lacura cleanser in the morning and at bedtime.
The plant towers are awesome! I ended up buying six sets last year (black) and planted Strawberries in 2 -- I am already harvesting Strawberries that I planted in them last year (in Kentucky)! These are much more substantial and sturdy than the smaller version from Dollar Tree (that Ive seen videos about where they kept falling over). I am getting ready to plant lettuces, kale and bok choy in another set. Happy gardening!
You can get 5 (144 sprays each) of Fluticasone (Flonase) for $21.99 or often less at Costco. I work in an allergy clinic so I’m always price shopping to help patients save money on over the counter meds.

There are many things I would LIKE to buy at ALDI this month. Unfortunately, many have either not arrived, are not available in this area, or sold out immediately. Shopping at ALDI for "buys" is so frustrating.
Thank you 👍 Matt for another great video 😄👍 and for all you do for us 😊👍 and I want to wish your wife a happy mother's day and God bless you and your family 💗🙏
I was surprised to see that Aldi is starting to sell piñatas. It was sad to see that those looked exactly like the ones I use to buy at the 99 cents store for less then the Aldi price. Aldi is selling theirs for $7.99. The 99 cents store sold the exact same thing for $4.99. I appreciate that Aldi is at least selling piñatas period at a price well below Walmart or Party City to help us all out but still I’m going to miss the 99 cents store price on those piñatas 😢
That gyro kit is NOT GOOD! The pita bread tastes like half cooked noodles, and the meat is just plain weird. Save your money, and wait for the regular gyro kits. 🤢
The stroopwafel ice cream sandwiches are so freaking good. I also had the german cherry cake thing and it was great not too sweet which is nice gor people who dont like overly sweet or too much sugar.

Note: The fake rocks are the FIRST place intruders look for the key. And they are pretty obviously fake, with a spotlight and solar panel on top. 😅
Not to mention how easy it is to steal the whole thing.
Especially now that this video has shown thieves where to look. 😏
And they don't even need to actually steal the key in order to use it. All they have to do is take a picture and make a duplicate out of it.
Maybe put something negative in the rock for potential thief.

Scratch that spicy and pizza I'll go buy out
Keep in mind that it wont be long til Christmas is here. I see lots of great gift ideas
There are many things I would LIKE to buy at ALDI this month. Unfortunately, many have either not arrived, are not available in this area, or sold out immediately. Shopping at ALDI for "buys" is so frustrating.
Matt, you rock. Keep getting deals to us.
The Cascade dupes are TERRIBLE. The plastic encasing the detergent doesn't always dissolve, and the dishes just don't get clean.
Kirkland brand at Costco work great!
Have you tried the liquid Aldi brand? My sister in law swears by it. I haven’t been able to find it yet.
Best to not use pods, use the powder
Yeah i wish he tried all the products he recommends buying.
@@oOoMiSSBiRDoOohe always tries the desserts!😂😂
Hey deal guy I live in Ohio I watch you all the time. And every time I go into Aldi's I can find the products you talk about it's very helpful.
I've tried Banza chickpea pizza crusts. I really enjoyed them while they were available at Kroger. Good flavor and low carb.
Thank you 👍 Matt for another great video 😄👍 and for all you do for us 😊👍 and I want to wish your wife a happy mother's day and God bless you and your family 💗🙏
Love me some Aldi thanks Matt.
thank you Matt, those are some nice finds
Thank you for this video! I always look forward to watching them. Wishing your wife a Happy Mother’s Day.❤️
On the way to Aldi now!
I was already looking forward to this :)
Perfect Dad Joke opportunity for "egg-cessories" :D
0:23 - Watch the first item not function as intended when the back can does not slide forward.
The Casalux solar deck light is not water resistant. The light bulb was halfway filled with water after it rained.
That gyro kit is NOT GOOD! The pita bread tastes like half cooked noodles, and the meat is just plain weird. Save your money, and wait for the regular gyro kits. 🤢
Thanks for the info.
Thanks! I was going to get it!
Thanks! I almost bought it yesterday, but changed mind.
Thanks for the tip
The stroopwafel ice cream sandwiches are so freaking good. I also had the german cherry cake thing and it was great not too sweet which is nice gor people who dont like overly sweet or too much sugar.
Aldi isle of shame is the best part of the store!
