I'm asking this because a good quality cookware is like an investment. With proper care and maintenance, it can last for years. There are several cookwares, utensils, accessories and other appliances of various materials for just one cooking purpose. A little insight from you about choosing the right one(right size, right material, right quality) will help us make informed decisions in future while planning to buy them. It's better to invest in a cookware which is a little expensive but can last for a very long time with proper maintenance than buying cheap ones (which look good and promising initially) only to find out that they need repair and replacing every now and then (which is more expensive and wasteful in my opinion). I've always felt that good looks are secondary to the performance, the functional and practical design aspect of any product. Also there are certain cookwares(modern or traditional), utensils etc. which require curing and seasoning before use (first time or every time) and a little more maintenance. Please include them as well. If you could also give us these cleaning and maintenance tips, hacks and tricks, that'll be so great.

I cant wait to try this. It's the exact same way I make Orange chicken (difference in the batter and sauce ingredients of course). The key as he notes is having the sauce simmering at the same time food is in the 2nd fry and adding the chicken 2 mins after.
