can you have a guide thats less lower body focussed? that guide is 3 lower body and only 2 upper body... can you have something more balanced for someone not wanting massive quads/lower body focussed but just balanced overall? (ie 2 upper body 2 lower body and 1 full body etc).
The only diet/ food lifestyle that has worked for me, was tracking my micro-nutrients, I input my foods according to what micronutrients I need, and when I reach those ratios I'm not hungry, my food nourishes me and I have the energy I need, any target I can't reach within my calories, usually iron, sometimes certain b vitamins, zinc, I supplement, I did the research for myself and this is the only thing that works for me after yo-yo dieting for approx. 30 years. 💖
And on the other hand there’s people like me who are tired of being so small! I’m 6’2 and I only weigh 132 lbs. I’ve been lifting weights but I just have no appetite, it’s always a hassle to finish my plate. I literally have to set alarms on my phone to remember myself I have to eat at noon and in the evening, otherwise I sometimes forget to cook! I don’t know what’s wrong with me seriously. I’m now 28 and I’ve been like this my entire life. I don’t have any health condition, I’ve done several checkups and doctors say my body is perfectly normal and healthy…
Love your content but isn't it bad to always be eating the same? Regardless of how healthy and macro friendly it is, we should add variety for our gut and microbiome's sake 🌹
In your Book are there only things or trainings for the gym because I am to Young for the gym and I am not eure if there in your book are trainings you can do without going to the gym
my intolerance list is also endless :( it's the worst, if I travel because of the non-existent gluten-free options. But at home i have a 2 week schedule for balanced meals and I just rotate them. sometimes I find a random new recipe and add it to the list.

I think is better to fit meals just at the beginning in a macro app, just to know your portions, and then you can just stick to your portions.

Just know that by not changing up your diet regularly your gut biome will suffer. And that can lead to a lot of health issues. Just a heads up
that works when you dont have hormonal problems. if you do, the balance between in and out doesnt help with weight gain

What about a person who wants to grow muscles whilst she looses fat?
I would still eat in a surplus, focusing on protein intake. Focus on weight training building muscle and your fat will naturally shed xx
