      It just shows that a person's weight isn't always an indicator of how healthy they are. Don't get me wrong, If someone is actually obese, they need to lose weight, but just because you lose weight does not necessarily make you healthy. Healthiness can only be achieved by a proper diet AND exercise.

    The before and after stats are legit why its so important to not let that "weight" number be a huge factor in your goals of working out. Even though she only lost 0.25lbs of weight, she lost an incredible amount of fat and gotten so much fitter as a result. Always strive to treat working out as a lifestyle rather than a weight goal. You're not trying to lose weight, youre trying to lose fat. And the scale will never tell you that especially when u gain those extra dense muscles.

    To explain some things:
    1. She needed to cut the sugar and focus on vegetables and lean meats with some fruit to lose the water weight. Carbs bind to water. So, people that want to look swollen carb up, while the ones that want to look defined cut carbs and in the endstages also water and they purposely sweat a lot, too. (This is only for photoshoots. You can look good even on a high carb diet.)
    2. The exercises demand that you breath out when the muscle contracts, so that your muscles form more lean. If you do crunches regularly while breathing in, your belly will portrude and give you always a somewhat bloated look. This isn't good if you want a flat belly.
    3. Good posture makes you more attractive and makes you look taller. If you stretch your muscles around the breast area, you'll have an easier time standing upright. Also, upright means that your sternal is pointing upwards.
    4. Getting rid of body hair, makes ab lines more visible and defined. Plus, it makes you less fuzzy looking on camera.
    5. Tanning makes you more evenly coloured and gives the photographer an easier time to make viewers notice the things he wants them to notice.
    6. Good sleep makes you look less puffy and gets rid of or minimizes bad skin and eyebags.
    7. Cardio avoids bulking and burns extra calories. Also, the extra bloodflow helps you lose weight and you don't need a personal trainer for it. (Though, only do intense cardio a few weeks before your photoshoot, since your body adapts to it fast. Which means, it will burn less calories than you expect. That's why our hunter gatherer ancestors had a similar calorie need like our office workers.)
    'Hope this was helpful or interesting!

    I know there's obviously lots of people that have successfully adjusted and normalized their lifestyle to diets and workout regimens like this, but I just wanted to highlight that for somebody that needed to make a lot of adjustments, put in a ton of physical and mental/emotional work to reach these goals, took so much courage and discipline to take on these challenges (seen and unforseen - shoutout panic attack 🥴). Major props. Videos like this might be years old, but you continue to inspire people anyway. You deserve to feel proud for all the work you do for yourself and for others. Cheers.

    you have no idea how much I LOVED this video!!! a couple years ago I attempted to do all those "Vicotria Secret Workout Plans and Diets" and became so obsessed with it, never focusing on what truly mattered - the confidence. My goal was just to have the exact same body as them, and with that, I never had a healthy obsession with fitness. This video changed that. You've inspired me so much, and I thank you so much for trying this, sharing the experience to the world. You look amazing!!!

      I've spent months taking selfies, and just started an Instagram: instagram.com/noellexandria/ Yeah, it's vulnerably as fuck, but much easier when taking them yourself. Knowing no one sees the bad ones and having total control helps a lot. A pro can obviously do better, but it's helped me start to get a bit comfortable.
      Wanna make it harder? I decided to start burlesque classes and will be stripping on stage April 5th.

      this video basically showed me that "you need to be perfect in order to look good" like i wish someone could actually show us how "we can look good in our own imperfections" this video showed me how, you need to loose weight and be fit, be on a strict diet, get a full on body makeover, in order to be perfect and look good. When will we ever have a video showing us that we don't need all of this to be perfect, A video showing us how to embrace our natural beauty and imperfections.

    • @AyeBeeG
      @AyeBeeG 4 роки тому +21

      Tamara Zahran you shouldn’t need a video to tell you how to take advantage of your own imperfections. That’s your job. What are you like 16? You don’t need to be perfect unless you want to be. You don’t need to push yourself for a healthier life. That’s what top tier models do because it’s a job. It’s a career. It’s hard work. You’re not even asking the right questions 😂
