Cold pressed castor oil on stretch marks really helps! I get mine in a dark bottle off Amazon, it’s much stronger than the kind they sell at health food stores.
lol same, I have to change most of my clothes when I gain weight in order to gain my glutes. If i ever go on a cut it will be another challenge :v like you need to have two different closets for two different processes
Perfect timing. I go to the gym 4 times a week, walk 5 times a week, drink my water, and get my sleep. It's my diet that I need to clean up right now. I'm also starting to pick up running again. I plan to start with half a mile runs and increase to a mile.
I HATED running until I slowed my pace in august. Now I just ran my first 5k in October and now I can casually run 5k without a thought 😂 so I’m glad to know I’m not the only one who has made that mistake and change and found success 🎉

I know intuitive eating is really important but as a beginner it is really hard to know if I'm eating enough protein, carbs and fat during a cut? So can you give an estimate of macros for bulking and cutting.. Also, should I keep lifting the same weight when I'm bulking and when I'm cutting? I feel like I don't have much energy during a cut to lift heavyweights
Sophie do you drink alcohol? I am struggling to lose the last 7kg and I suspect is the alcohol because during the week I am very strict and normally one day of the weekend I drink at least a bottle of wine
Switch to individual drinks and maybe vodka drinks? Lower calorie and forces you to be more intentional to grab a second. Alcohol can also impede muscle building and recovery. Calorie wise it's only 600 or so, so alone it's probably not make or break. But the alcohol may influence your other food choices (I know I get snacky when drinking) and if you're having a drink multiple times per week it could be quite a bit for your system to process.

You can't cut and grow big glutes. Concentrate on losing fat, lift heavy & eat high protein. If you work your legs/glutes 3x/week, apply progressive overload you'll see the booty gains even in a deficit...

I think it's slightly different for people who are overweight as they have energy they can use (fat) to support the increased exercise. I'm not an expert though.
If you’re just starting, you can have results on a cut. For experienced lifters, you would usually need to bulk or it would take a long time, but beginners gains are a bit different.
Hello, can you answer me, I want to do exercises to reduce my breasts and also make my arms muscular. Can I do these two exercises together? I am worried that if I do the exercises to reduce my breasts, my arms will become thin.
In my opinion, breasts are largely made of fat. So if you lose fat, your breasts usually become a bit smaller. And if you want larger arms, focus on gaining muscle there with strength training.

It is not really precise, you don’t say how many times you went to the gym for how long per each time. You don’t say what you cut out from your diet or really changed in your diet. It is very vague.
I’m actually maintaining my calories but still doing weight lifting and running regularly at the same time but also want to grow my glutes. I might be able to grow those 🍑 but it’ll take longer than most people. I’m trying to increase my protein intake for sure
i'm similar to you, i won't do a bulk. in 4 years i put 4" on my glutes while maintaining my waist. this may not be a ground-breaking social media transformation, but it's maintainable & i'm proud of my before & after.

The initial development of your physique, then when you achieved your incredible ripped structure, onto adding bulk, finally striving to have the bilk with the ripped body blended development. Let me just say this about how you looked in each stage. It’s laughable to think that you’re out of shape in each stage. I’ve seen people on tik tok struggling to get anywhere near your worst physical condition. And now the excess you’re wanting to drop is still much more achievable than others wish it was all they needed to lose. In your POV you have this laser focus on your ultimate body image. But don’t try to sell the idea your not in shape. There’s the fitness of the every day person, then there’s the fitness of the athlete, and finally the fitness of an Olympian. Then there’s the fitness of the beginner dancer when learning the basic steps, followed by years later the advanced dancer with a body that can execute any and all dance moves as though they were walking, the professional dancer is at a level of fitness to be able to go beyond the advanced dancer, because they are able to execute all the dance vocabulary flawlessly and repeat it at the same high level several times a day for weeks on end. So what’s your purpose or goal? I good to be in excellent physical condition, but where is the need for all your effort and energy being directed towards. Are you in a live action event of mortal combat? Is it for Mudders, Spartan events, triathlons, to be a cat burglar, to building a physical armor to fend off would be any attacker? Because whether you realize it or not you’ve have a banging body of intimidation and beauty.

I do not not drink but I don’t ever drink if that makes sense🙈 maybe a glass or two per year
Maybe try dry November or cut to one glass a week and then cut down and just see.
