I have been doing weights with Mik's channel for a few months now, probably since early December. I am doing short ones 10 to 20 minutes 2 to 3 times a week. My arms started to look toned. I wasn't even going after that it was more for strength. I also got stronger. I started with 5 lbs weights and now I am doing 8 lbs. Wow! Thanks, Mik, fantastic channel. And I also started to actually enjoy doing those workouts. Can you believe it?
Glad I found you here on UA-cam. Your method is not intimidating at all 🥺😊 You make sure that what we are doing is right by sharing notes on the form and the feeling. This workout is super amazing and intense for me as a beginner but I definitely would come back here weekly and make sure I keep up with you next time 😁😁😁
