i thought i was ready for this and started with 5lb weights 😮💨😓 i quickly move down to my 3lb 😅 I am out of breath and sweat was pouring the first 5 minutes 😅🤣 did what i could and will be adding this to my weekly routine 💪🏾now time to do the 4 minute cool down. Thank you Mik 💜

This was great! I have an old foot injury so I'm also making modifications to workout videos that include plank. It gets mentally tiring after awhile, when I'm just trying to workout my body! This standing workout was perfect for getting my heart rate up and helping me work specific muscles without aggravating old injuries

“15 minutes” I thought, “3lb weights, no problem” I thought.
This was brutal, and reminded me that my torn rotator cuff never fully healed.
I will keep doing it until I can do it more easily.

Oh girl, I just finished the first session of this dumbbell, my heart rate is very high and it's like I took a sweat bath, 15 minutes, which is as much as an hour of going to the gym, makes a person go wrong.
