@@me9303 I really enjoyed it and gained a lot of knowledge, especially on the fundamentals of cutting hair. I was both the newest barber and oldest participant in the class, so while I wasn't always able to keep up with the pros, the instructors were extremely patient while guiding me through the rough spots. I'm actually considering doing it again next year when I'll have a different approach and perspective and feel I could gain more knowing what I know today. The only downside was being overly ambitious upon returning to my shop and wanting to try out the new techniques and looks I learned during the course. While applying the techniques worked very well, I was quick to discover that my customers and not Schorem customers, and the pomps and slick-backs I was trying to re-create--while looking great on my customers--didn't exactly jibe with my client base, their lifestyles or how they wanted to wear and style their hair. So, great course and I would highly recommend it for anyone who wants to take their skills to the next level.
I’m a Barber from LaFayette Alabama USA, been a Barber for 7 years and I’m 29. I love you guys videos! No lie, they inspire me to always learn and they have helped shape me in the trade. Thanks for all you do and I will one day fly in and come to y’all’s Shop for a haircut, Bucket list for sure! Please continue to upload awesome videos made by yellow! You guys Rock!
Love you guys! Traci from Waldorf Maryland, USA. I was almost 45 years old and enrolled in cosmetology school and then became an instructor too! Never too old!
Really great Q&A, I love the way you guys talk and express the passion for barbering and hair. Regarding old school products, I remember my grandfather using the brylcreem pomade with a comb in his pocket, getting the same vibe out of your pomades ! See u at the academy cheers !
Degrease ? NO 🤘🏻 that’s the way i like it! No Gel- for me 😶. I fell in love with old-school Barbering when i was 30 and started at the age of 32. Finished, just 4 weeks go, a 27 lesson Course of Barberstation(same were Duncan went). I want to thank Bertus/ Rob for all the tutorials ! Really helped me allot. And now the adventure really begins.
REUZEL i’ll see you guys soon. Went as a model last month and i’m planning on being a model more frequently. (Great haircut and learning at the same time💈😌.
Tell the Pomade collectors out there what’s up with the old reuzel tin that says 100% bacon fat. Was it the First version of the Green? What are the differences to the product today. I’d love to get an anniversary vintage edition with the old design!
Love the brand, love these two guys, huge inspiration. I’m curious about how the new clay spray came to be. I can’t wait to try it someday hopefully, but by the description it seems to be the perfect product, like it has the best of everything. Also I’d like to know if there’s any plan# on doing more tutorials on more curly haired models? Love everything you all do, keep it up!

Hola, estoy en la ciudad de México y quiero saber (no me he informado mucho aún), ¿cómo puedo obtener sus productos para venta en mi negocio? Muchas gracias, ¡saludos!
Hey guys, loved the q&a! I wanted to ask how the beginners live through 7 months of the beginners course financially? Do they find a part time jobs or do they come with a huge bag of savings? I am a sushi chef working in Norway, want to become a barber ant the old school academy looks perfect for that!
I loved watching this. I hope you make a lot more. What’s the difference between the opaque and clear grooming tonics, if any? You guys made a rolling tray a while back. Any plans on making any more paraphernalia? 😂
@@REUZEL REUZEL BONG!! lol, a grinder, rolling papers or a stash can would be dope. you could call the stash can the Piggy Bank lol. New t shirt designs, more collectibles, and maybe more stuff for the barber like mirrors, bottles, clipper housing, etc. I'd love to have some stuff for my station at work. The weirder and more creative the better! Thanks!
I learnt to barber at 42, I used to be a mortgage advisor! I own my own shop and only stock the Reuzel! Follow your dream.
🤘🤘🤘 You rock!
I recently completed the three-day advance cutting course at The Old School Barber Academy two months after my 57th birthday!
YEAH!
I was teacher for 26 years and raised five kids. Been a barber now for only 2 years!
How did you like the class?

Eu aprendi Barbearia aos 48 anos, a melhor coisa que me aconteceu na vida. Nunca é tarde, a idade é só um numero.

We might answer that in the next video! We already have loads of merchandise, in the webshop of REUZEL and Schorem.. What would you like us to make?

Ey chicos, vivo en Colombia. Me gustaría saber información sobre cómo obtener sus productos para la venta en mi local. ¡Larga vida a la grasa!
Why did you change from Wahl Clippers to Babyliss Clippers?
We both love them, Babyliss offers slightly more precision..
Did you changed the scent of the red Pomade to the scent of the green? I quite enjoyed the fruity scent!
NOW, WHAT KIND OF MUSIC/BANDS ROB LISTEN TO?
Brad Pitt could not replace your beautiful blue eyes, Rob😊
I will Rob to say Hi to his nephew Brad 😂
