The amount of mental, physical , emotional and spiritual strength required to free ones self from addiction is insane compared to the amount required to get addicted. Trully what is worth having is not easy to chase but is worth the trouble.

This video is amazing !! Much love from Canada. (Spruce grove, AB). I’m on methadone and wanting to come off of it then I will be 100% sober. Thing is I have a multitude of muscular skeletal diseases that I was born with. A lot of pain. Takes a year to come off methadone. Very scared.

I've been physically addicted to alcohol, benzos n opiates. I just don't understand how a person gets addicted to uppers. Like, there's no withdrawals. You just sleep for 3 days or so. You don't get sick. What's so hard?
It's not the physical part. It's the emotional part. It's not what's wrong with the addiction it's what right about it as Gabor Mate says. What does it give you ? When you know why you do it then maybe it's the start of the healing process.

You should educate yourself, enlightenment is a Google search away.
