As someone who has gone to college for over a decade, I gladly share where I got my Master Degree from. Often higher education professions have their degrees showcased as well. I feel sorry for the vulnerable individuals who did not question this kid's credentials. Often those who feel sick, go to extreme conditions for cures. Shame on this brat of a kid to abuse innocent people's feelings and lack of knowledge. It is a slap in the face to us/those who have actually gone to college to study and get a degree.
I understand that calling him the “teenage doctor” is meant to grab your attention, but I wish the media wouldn’t call him that and call his victims his “patients”.
There is literally no way you could be an anesthesiologist at that age. I'm a RN in pre/post surgery and work closely with anesthesiologists. I think the youngest resident (meaning they have completed school, but are not yet referred to as staff anesthesiologists) is like 28. Medical school is long and anesthesiologist do a lot of schooling. It's not unheard of for a nurse to pull an anesthesiologist into a code to intubate a patient. Walking around in an anesthesiologist coat is insane, plus surgical anesthesiologist usually wear surgery scrubs, not dress clothes and a lab coats.
Anesthesiologist here. Medical school is 4 years, most graduate around age 25-26. Anesthesiology residency is 4 years, and many do additional fellowships adding another year. So a brand new attending would typically be around 29-31. Increasingly, Anesthesiologists have other degrees and can be that much older after training. We do wander the halls sometimes for inpatient pre-op/post-op visits. We also typically respond to and run codes and manage emergency airways. But unless we are in administration or a clinic-based Anesthesiologist like pain medicine, we wear scrubs. I haven't worn my lab coat in years, even when I serve as an ICU attending. We definitely don't walk into or perform obgyn specific care, unless the baby is coming and the obgyn is in an emergency (I've delivered many babies this way).
I’m not a doctor, but I’ve been a patient many times and just seeing his lab coat is sus. I don’t know any doctors who wear their fancy embroidered lab coats at appointments and I’ve never seen an anesthesiologist in a lab coat. 😂
I stumbled on your channel by accident about 3 years ago. I didn’t know these types of channels existed but searched for “stories”. Check out all her channels. I was really down when I found this channel and the rest of them. It helped me a lot. Wish you all the best in your life 😊.
Mile higher is my other favorite channel of hers. They often do things about aliens or more bizzare stories like that. All true. The ones with Graham Hancock are really good. Also, the Why files have a great channel of you're into that kind of stuff.
There are so many great channels! Mile Higher podcast, Mr. Ballen, Stephanie Harlowe, Crime Weekly, Stephanie Soo’s channels (Rotten Mango is her true crime stories channel), Danielle Kirsty, Brittany Vaughn
As a nurse this makes me so upset because the board of nursing is so hard on anybody who impersonates being a nurse without a license! The same should be with people who impersonate being doctors !! How scary !!
I have a friend who is ACTUALLY a psychotherapist in Florida and the hoops she had to jump through- it is crazy that somehow his first situation was NOT against the law. Practicing as a therapist without a license? You have to have a temp license to get your hours in order to get your permanent license. This is NUTS!
Some people look younger than their age. It causes me a lot of strife at work because I don’t “look” old enough. Please don’t judge people just on appearance.
I'm so embarrassed for this kid and the way he talks. He needs to stop lying and take responsibility for his actions. Too bad he isn't locked up for life for all he's done.
To be honest it’s very bizarre and could be hard to know how old or young a person is once you get past a certain age. My mom was just on ICU a couple of weeks ago and there 3 young doctors who came in to talk to her. They either are just about to graduate or they have recently graduated. They honestly don’t look much older than this guy. It was so weird seeing how young they were when I’m in my late 30s. I guess I’m getting old now.
the way he tries to deflect by shifting attention to "the good things going on in the community" and then has THE AUDACITY to throw shade at people for "bashing" him instead of "lifting him up". what a narcissist
Kendall you're a saint. your donation to the NAFC caught my attention. i have been in need of services and have no income and medicaid insurance that doesn't cover everything. this will help me so much. thank you. been listening to you for years now and i'd just love to give you a big hug.
I worked in a hospital that had a lot of student doctors. One time I saw a small Asian kid around I was like where is ur, parent. I was so ashamed when another doctor who I worked with laughed and said he was his intern. I was embarrassed
As someone 3 years into studying psychology, internships where you get qualified to practice do not exist!! You have to get a masters or PhD for pretty much anything within the MH field
I am currently studying for my master's in counseling psychology. I’m honestly shocked at how he was able to fool patients. So many questions come up in this case like what did he do in terms of insurance, etc. I want to know his psychiatric evaluation because he does not seem right when being interviewed, and he never had intentions of coming clean and stopping his fraudulent actions.
There are SO many of these holistic-types on the internet. I see people falling for them all the time. But you can rarely dissuade them from going. My bf works at a bank, & every day deals with customers who have gotten defrauded through obvious scams of all kinds. Please, everyone, do your homework when getting medical procedures done & when giving money to others. Shame on those people who take advantage of others.
I think we'll hear more of this kind of stories in the future. A lot of people are missuising chatgpt and AI😢. Thanks for this video Kendall! Regards from Belgium
To be fair, I had surgery a month ago, and when the anesthesiologist left the room, I jokingly asked the nurse if he was old enough to get a driver's license. He is not the only doctor Ive seen that looked as if they could be in their teens. It seems that older I get, the harder it is to tell if someone is in their teens or twenties.
My husband has been doing anesthesia for about 15 years and people ask him how old he is all the time! Might be the mask. But sometimes he'll joke and say, "You're the second patient I've ever had!" lol
I’m happy to see you covering a case that doesn’t involve death or missing people. Still carrying on with the mystery!! Everything you cover keeps me spellbound!!
Hi nursing student here, Holistic medicine isn’t just a singular type of treatment. It’s an approach that uses considerations to the person’s whole and entire wellbeing. It’s not just treating the diagnoses but addressing and implementing way to treat someone based on someone’s individually with respect to their culture and spiritual beliefs along with traditional medicine.
My son a little over a year ago at 6 months old was transferred to St. Mary’s in Florida for emergency brain surgery.. to think this could actually happen and him walking into anywhere is extremely scary and concerning.. now it makes you rethink every doctor who walked into my sons room or surgery room.
This is what saddens me and scares me the most about this situation...nobody should ever have to question their CHILD's medical care providers and team...you already have so much stress and worries concerning your child, the last thing that should be added to your plate of stress is the care being provided to your child...all the love and vibes being sent your way...I truly hope you and your little can stay out of the hospital for a long long time
I knew money was this guy's motivation from the very beginning, and I feel bad to doubt him, but I'm almost 100 percent sure that this dude will never change.
I would LOVE to see more fraud and non-physical victim cases and stories!!! I've been rewatching your fraud cases bc I don't feel like I have another avenue and I always love your layouts. Thank you Kendall!!
I would think his sickness in childhood would make him want to have the knowledge to treat people and not potentially hurt them by guessing. This is crazy. And he just kept doing it
He has zero passion for the medical field, he is just interested because he sees doctors as the highest occupation there is (or at least he thinks that other people think so). That's the only reason, he wanted to be seen as one of those half-gods in white. Dude had zero medical knowledge and no interest in learning some. He could've also larped as a lawyer or politician, but the politician role was already occupied by George Santos. I could also imagine, that the "holistic" naturopath or whomstever he went back when he was ill, talked down about medical doctors (as they like to do) and now he thinks it's an easy to learn field, just wing it while you're at it.
Running to find out more about this guy. I would love to know how he came to be in his grandparents care. Why homeschooling? So many questions about the early years unanswered.
Could you imagine if this man put even half of the effort he put into faking this, and ACTUALLY went to school and got a PhD...He'd probably be a pretty decent doctor 😂 This story is wild.
He SOUNDS like a teenager that got caught sneaking in at 2 am or stealing Moms car during the interviews. HOW ANYONE COULD BELIEVE THIS KID WAS AN ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL IN ANY CAPACITY IS BEYOND ME!

Also theft because he stole copays as well as 30k in checks from the woman with “arthritis”?
This is what I don't understand either. To my knowledge, it is a felony to even attempt it.

No charges? If you can't impersonate an officer, how can you impersonate a doctor?
Officers are government employees, doctors aren't.

I'm a real daggone doctor and people have asked me for my credentials despite having gone to school for 19 years!! Yikes!! This is crazy
Thank you for your service as a healthcare worker!! ❤ honestly I’m in awe of healthcare professionals bc I am way too dumb to ever be able to understand medical stuff 🤣 the amount of knowledge you have to keep in your brain is crazy lol!!
Suggesting treating someone with Schizophrenia through music therapy is TERRIFYING. What a menace.
😂 so unserious
This is actually mind blowing 🤦🏿♀️ saying his mother didn’t raise no fool and he lying, fabricating and stealing
Well a fool couldn't have gotten away with it for such a time 😂
Mama didn’t raise a fool, but she DID raise a liar and a thief. Idk man, I’d rather my kid was a fool than a scammer.
It’s like he had the mentality of a prospective doctor in the 1800s. Show up, express your interest, and start working as a doctor immediately 😮
maybe he did that in his past life? LMAO
I’m shocked he didn’t try bloodletting with leeches 😂
Another commenter made a comment on his mentality being in an insular community. He probably did think like this because he had no real understanding of the real world as did no one that was around him encouraging this
I would love to hear more stories like this. I think you did a case on the lady who faked cancer in Shondaland, but Scamanda was another crazy story!
I’ve been having to take breaks on the heavy true crime cases, so I welcome these!
I’ve got all of mine displayed at home. And my sons( j.d) and daughters (MBA). Badge of honor.
I love stories like this . Please cover more scammers!!
He’s irritating. He talks in circles with no validation.
I understand that calling him the “teenage doctor” is meant to grab your attention, but I wish the media wouldn’t call him that and call his victims his “patients”.
He's a young sociopath. There is nothing innocent or naive about him. He will go on to do awful things, fraud etc.
I was definitely getting anti social personality disorder and delusional disorder… he’s sick
Thank you
Exactly 💯 He's a psychopath
The way he talk really sounds mentally ill.. How could anyone take him seriously
Exactly. Extremely sociopathic behavior
Obviously😂 But he has an ID that said he was 28. Not 18.
I’m not a doctor, but I’ve been a patient many times and just seeing his lab coat is sus. I don’t know any doctors who wear their fancy embroidered lab coats at appointments and I’ve never seen an anesthesiologist in a lab coat. 😂
How could an 18 year old even be a doctor. You need to study medicine for like 10 years 😂 the fact that no one questioned him is ridiculous
I stumbled on your channel by accident about 3 years ago. I didn’t know these types of channels existed but searched for “stories”. I was lonely, newly single and just wanted to listen to someone telling me a story. I didn’t know what true crime was or even that it was a thing.
I was so excited to find your channel. It was and still is the perfect thing to keep me company when driving or dining alone. I appreciate your work and what you do!
Shut up. Lmao.
Go check her other channels! I was the same way! She has Mile Higher and The Sesh!!
“So many physicians speak to me and they’re in awe” yeah buddy they hella shocked 😂😂
I’m a social worker and your friend is right you do have to jump through hoops
1st 🚩 is that he doesn’t even look old enough to be done with college, so definitely not old enough to have finished med school 😂 2nd 🚩 “Dr.Love”

Some people look younger than their age. It causes me a lot of strife at work because I don’t “look” old enough. Please don’t judge people just on appearance.

His crimes will get more sophisticated. He will likely get better at them, & harder to catch.
But he also won’t stop.
I agree 💯, he’s not receiving ANY consequences from this, & I’m sure he enjoyed the money & will figure out something else to do!

If my doctor looked like that I would be like: "am I being punked?"
How did people believe this!!? 😂😂😂😂
I knew I was getting older when all the doctors started looking like that!

I guess I’m getting old now.

been listening to you for years now and i'd just love to give you a big hug.
Liar like this really need to be stopped. He is absolutely out of his mind and will not stop on his own.
How did he file insurance claims with no license, as a medical professional I am baffled
Many doctors are cash only. Especially in ohio and Florida
I saw another video, he got an Npi from someone else or something like that.
You’re only baffled because you’re not thinking like a liar. (That’s not an insult btw 😄)

We should not though 😮💨 he’ll make money off his crimes.

Omg truly. I’m wondering how is he not embarrassed?! Kendall got it right, he talks alot but says nothing lol
I was expecting him to be a lot more charismatic as that’s what you usually hear about people who manage to pull off massive fraud.
The fact how “professional” pictures look like a family portrait with his mom and sister
I genuinely thought that’s what it was 😂
That stutter tells me everything I need to know. He’s been certified by two boards, chalk boards!!!

I used to think the soap opera plot where someone pretends to be a doctor and no one can tell straight away was pretty flawed and YET.
I’m happy to see you covering a case that doesn’t involve death or missing people. Still carrying on with the mystery!! Everything you cover keeps me spellbound!!
Hi nursing student here,
Holistic medicine isn’t just a singular type of treatment. It’s an approach that uses considerations to the person’s whole and entire wellbeing. It’s not just treating the diagnoses but addressing and implementing way to treat someone based on someone’s individually with respect to their culture and spiritual beliefs along with traditional medicine.
This guy needs a psychiatric evaluation himself! It is really tragic even for himself!
I am apalled that people actually believe he could be a doctor when he could barely say asked and institution properly.
Or spell professional 😂
His interview has me screaming
I would LOVE to see more fraud and non-physical victim cases and stories!!! I've been rewatching your fraud cases bc I don't feel like I have another avenue and I always love your layouts.
Thank you Kendall!!
If it were my husband or my son fraudulently treated I would be the one going to jail.
This is WILD and terrifying that he got that far
I would think his sickness in childhood would make him want to have the knowledge to treat people and not potentially hurt them by guessing. This is crazy. And he just kept doing it
I bet he's lying about that too!
At home recovering from surgery and your voice is so soothing!
Do you think they'd let me rent a building? Rent furniture?! They don't just let anyone do that you know...
He also mentioned office supplies in that quote 🤣🤣 they don’t let just anyone buy paper and tables 💀
If he showed them that fake license they probably believed it
How did he get the money though wow
@@chinchillamdgamerThis is the real question.
This is so weird cos with this much passion he could have gone to medical school 🤦🏾♀️
I mean, he would need to be a bit smarter. Or a lot smarter.
So many questions about the early years unanswered.
i remember this all over tumblr and being shocked we’re the same age 😭 what a wild story
Could you imagine if this man put even half of the effort he put into faking this, and ACTUALLY went to school and got a PhD...He'd probably be a pretty decent doctor 😂 This story is wild.
He is lacking ethics to be a decent anything
