From my understanding it all comes down to energetic alignment: do you believe you are already in possession of it? which just comes back to having complete faith, and assuming the identity of the person who is in that state in the present moment, the more you understand the workings of the law on a larger level, the easier it becomes to have this 'knowingness'

Not easy if its a big trigger, but always look at 1) can I control this? (if not expending energy is a waste) and 2) what is the most powerful frame in this situation (it is rare being anything other than happy is powerful)
