My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. This workout is toooo gooddd!! It's been a week I've been doing this and I already lost 1.56 KGS. But I have an advice for people who are just starting this, like a beginner..I wanna say that don't do all the dances in this video on the first day. It'll give you severe leg and joint pain. I did the mistake and i wasnt able to get up the next day. But slowly i improved. The cardios are actually very good! But the thing is that a beginner who's doing workout stuff for the first time, don't do the complete video at once. Slowly but steadily increase your pace. You'll get sick if you push yourself too much on the very first day. Cause you need to train your body for minimum a week. This routine would be new for your body. I didn't do all of the exercises. I just jumped a bit when it was too hard to handle (thanks to the comment i followed). Just don't force yourself. Be steady and consistent. That's the key to achieve your ideal body. Good luck to all the ladies and gentlemen. Have a great weight loss journey ahead. This cardio is just perfect before doing any Ab workouts or any HIIT workout. Take care and stay hydrated!

I have been years doing zumba and still get lost. Just enjoy the music and the stretching.
Something that works for me it's doing either arms or legs only and them put both movements together if I can ...
Also depends the instructor. Some are too fast and like to show off how old they are. I never go back to a second class of those...

My mom's been a zumba instructor for like 10 years now and she's 50, and man oh man, I can't believe she takes 3 sessions (that's 3 hours of an even more intense dance fitness workout) and 2 sessions of Power Yoga every day. I am doing this to get fit and I've only done it a few days but I can already see difference in my legs and in my stomach and I've now realize that I love dance workouts because if I can't do the move, I can just jump around and it is awesome.

Today 14 March decided to take a look at dance routines. 10 years without exercise and asthma and some kgs and this is the first routine I try. I must admit I couldn't follow all the steps but I didn't stopped and did my best. Sweating as hell! I loved it. I'lk try and do it everyday and see if I improve. I'm a boy who doesn't work out and sits all day in front of a laptop. I realised that exercise was important and looked up cardio workouts. Hi! I have a really small space too so i did this exercise in the same place without moving to the sides that much and it wss really good! Just enjoy the music,have some fun and dont forget to thighten the muscles

As a dancer I do cardio about 5-6 times a week and I was still dying on the floor after this😂

FINALLY a cardio workout where there's no strength training appearing out of nowhere
a tip for everyone doing this video is to do a warm up/ not so intense workout before this and don't ever give up, I lost about 40lbs (197->~160lbs) with this video and 4 other dance party videos from madfit in 5-6 months. If you ever feel like its to intense you can take a quick break like to drink water or 1 minute but NEVER give up, I'm doing these workouts again and I just walk around if I cant do something or will slightly adjust it like I can't do burpees so I do jumping squats or cheer jumping jacks. I'm starting this again at 187lbs and my goal weight is 150-140 by june :)

It's 2 am and I am desperately wanting to be skinnier. I can’t take it anymore looking at myself and seeing someone I don’t like. I also have gotten a bit bigger since quarantine because of mental issues.
I have been looking through every social app that I have for 2 hours to find the perfect workout for me, but it all ends with me crying and having panic attacks because I can’t find anything trusting and effective looking.
I’ll be documenting everything here from now on. But, I’ll do that when I wake up.
I don’t care if I don’t lose alot of weight I just want to lose the shape that I have right now. I only want to have a smaller, flatter waist/tummy and a skinnier face.
I think that it is a-okay to have gained a few pounds during quarantine. I honestly feel like most people did. Don't beat yourself up about it.

@@yenaspirant of course! The faster the routine, the more you burn. Chloe ting pace is nice and steady. Would not recommend this routine if you have knee or heart problem

so i decided to try this cause it looks so fun.
here's what happened so far:
Day 1: made it to 11:50 minutes. stoped cause i was so tired i started crying. But after i rested a bit, i felt awesome!
Day 2: made it to 13:04 minutes.
Day 3: i was a bit lazy only made till 6 min
Day 4: I FINALLY DID IT, I DID IT TILL THE END
Let's see what happens tomorrow

Now that i'm back home in quarentine, i can't do it again cause i'm sick (probably covid) and hmm you know...

This is definitely a killer. I burn 200 calories! I usually burn 70 calories cuz of a dance workout but this this THIS IS EPIC!

I was looking for a challenge for a workout and I found it lol. The first time I tried it I only last 4 minutes. The second time I was determined to do more. I didn't do any of the steps right and I had to walk in place to once but I did it. I need to work on the last part of the video with the stair climbers. My body is just no there yet but it will be.
I want to do it but it's the middle of the night and I'm in bed in my pajamas lol

OH MY GOD IM DYING (in a good way) this workout is awesome and so fun!! I’ve always been overweight but I’ve decided to change that and this workout has helped me a lot. I have been doing it for a few days and I can already feel a difference, I need less breaks and just feel better overall. Thank you for making this amazing workout!
