This one is my new challenge. Started today, made some modifications because i had to if i meant to survive :D but i have that nice breathless feeling in my ear that means i worked hard. So im going to return and complete the workout as it is meant to be done.
Im almost crying, I heard a song from this video the other day and it instantly reminded me of this video ( I could even remember all the moves off by heart). I used to this video everyday from the beginning of 2021 to around June 2021, this video changed my fitness game and I became so much stronger and lost weight, this video was the beginning of my fitness journey and now I am stronger and can do more cardio than I had ever imagined I could do despite really struggling to do just a bit of this video before! Thank you so much, you helped me change my life and I had so much fun working out with you, I will deffinately do this video again just to remind myself of those good times. You girls are amazing and were (and still are) the biggest role models to me!

UPDATE! I lost weight 7 pounds (3.5 kg) in a week! Just by trying this workout everyday (sometimes with another HIIT by EVA of same studio), and eat 600-1000 cals a day. Thank you!!! Im very confident to lose at least 24 pounds or 12 kgs in one month!!! I will give my weekly update IA....
Thanks for the update Elie. We admire your dedication. Please make sure to give your body proper nutrition while exercising. You should never take your calories below 1,400 per day or you run the risk of exhausting your adrenals and crashing your metabolism. I would absolute recommend discussing this with a doctor if possible to make sure you are being safe. You are beautiful just the way you are. If you want to be healthier, focus on the way you feel, darling. If you are feeling tired and weak and not happy, please know those are signs that you are not eating enough. A weight loss of 2-3 pounds per week is ideal to make sure you are taking good care of your body. We love you and want you to be your best self, and in order to do that, you have to nourish your mind, body, and soul properly.
