I have come across your videos quite recently and am able to connect very quickly as your culinary skills are amazing yet very simple and explained beautifully. Normally we see big and hyped kitchens with extraordinary cooking equipments on such shows, but your kitchen albeit small you are able to capture all the steps quite nicely. I have subscribed your channel. Keep sharing wonderful recipes.
Pearl's Anglo-Indian recipes are the real McCoy, and her kitchen demonstrations are very clear and methodical. Try these dishes for yourself, and you will agree that if there was an Anglo-Indian cuisine competition, the award would go to this lady!

Very good cooking. You remind me of my sister Bonnie Young, and my Aunt Dorrell Esther Young. Was called Aunty Bonnie, went to stay in London. She lived in England all her life. We all cook the way you cook. Thank you, you inspired my daughter Grace Young. We live in Shalimar Garden in NCR, near Delhi, India. ❤
Cooking this delicious Yakni pulao for lunch today. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Your videos are very well presented. We are an Anglo-Indian family in Bangalore.
I really love watching your videos and of course use your Anglo Indian recipes for cooking some new and tasty dishes. Your explanation is purely precise and simple to understand the method for a new learner. Thank you ❤
This is an elaborate Biriyani into which lots of ingredients and work have gone into. I am sure it tastes as good as it appears. Just waiting to try. Even the Raita (I'm not sure if I spelled it right) is prepared in a very different way, looks so good. Watching from USA. Thanks for sharing.

Come on. After all these years . Beautiful spoken Hindi... Pearl. Fluent and and confident. I can speak both Hindi and Tamil . I recently met a young man from Madurai at Lords Cricket Ground ( England vs Australia) earlier this month . Although reeling off university qualifications......he didn't know what an Anglo Indian was .....no Honestly....he really had absolutely no knowledge. He listened wide eyed as I explained , including the vital administrative role that the Anglo Indian community played, right across the Railways, Armed Forces, customs and excise and Civil Service and Education, starting from the East India Company days ....and latterly into the British Raj until independence. It tells me that the Educational Curriculum in Indian Language Schools....I surmise politically....is intentionally silent on the mixed race Anglo Indian heritage.... Amazing . I wonder what he and his peers think created the legacy of the hunderds of thousands of Civic Buildings and Civic Institutions. With Hinduvta BJP daily renaming of roads , parks , sports stadiums , educational and scientific institutions.....the Anglo Indian " episode" , will be progressively erased off the visual and history map of the 350 years of European presence in India .....and the BJP Hinduvta will " chunnam" white wash the British presence to suit their Extreme Religion Bigot Hinduvta ...." Project 2025 " . Sorry to add this comment....but it needed to be said . The iconic St Thomas's Mount where Indian Christians believe the Apostle tarried whilst speading Christianity.....is to be renamed......with a Hindu flavour.
What you are saying is true and so very sad at the same time and that is why all the more reason I’m doing my best through my cooking Channel to keep the AngloIndian traditions alive. There are still a lot of Anglos left in India they didn’t all leave after 1947🤗❤️
Yes already started on it 🙌🏻🙏🏽❤️, but as I do a caring job for the elderly people , it takes up most of my time, but it’s such a fulfilling and rewarding job 🙌🏻🙏🏽❤️
Por favor podrías ser un poco más ordenada.mostras un montón de ingredientes y no se sabe que pones luego. Tus comidas son muy interesantes pero es imposible difícil seguirte.Gracias
