As a matter of fact , the Anglo Indians have their own unique recipes with a range of flavours. It's a blend of Indian cuisines and British cuisines. Hi Pearl, Yes, I did make the Jungee pilau on Sunday and couldnt resist I had to make the Yakini Pilau as well...it was soooo yummm..I, my inlaws, wife kids and my friend enjoyed it, now going through your other videos to see what elese i can make. Its great creating and eating someone else recipe. beats my boring style..LOL Thank you
Hi Menka, if you using one cup rice then use around 3/4 cup of water I never double the water specially if it already has liquid of curd and ghee, also another way of doing it right is dip your finger into the water and when your finger touches the rice it should be around 1 inch of water above the rice, hope that’s helpful. 🙏🏽❤️👍🏻

Could you give the measurement of stock to rice? Not used to making rice in a pot so want to get it right!
