Today I’m sharing with you something that isn’t only an integral part of my beauty regime, but it’s also central to my relaxation routine.
It helps me to unwind and de-stress at the end of every single day and also keeps wrinkles at bay! What is it? Facial and lymphatic drainage massage!
Stress, fatigue and sleep deprivation can show in your face through expression lines, puffiness and dullness. Facial massage decreases puffiness, improves circulation, decreases tension in the muscles that cause wrinkles and gives you a refreshed, healthy glow!
This is an ancient Chinese practice that increases “chi” in certain areas. Keep watching to find out exactly how I massage my face with the Jade Roller!

Morning, I am 85 today, and I have been doing facial excercise most of my life and doing what you are doing here. But you have given me something I can watch and do which makes it easier. I had bags and tried to get rid of them through the years and doing the 2 excercises here and the other one I watch is taking them away for the first time. Thank you. I use a very good castor oil and joba oil every day and I can pass for so much younger which I have always took care of my face and body. I love these routines . I do these most everyday since I found you. I have done them before through the years but hit and miss. You are fabulous.

I turn 78 this year and have had esthetician training in the past. I've used good product since age 30 and have had good results. I'm familiar with facial massage using your hands but until recently never tried a lymphatic drainage roller. I saw a difference the first time I tried it and will continue using it daily. Thank you for your quality sharing of this amazing technique.

I don't have a jade roller just yet but I do your facial massage video which is so easy to follow and I wanted to follow this with a massage. I turned 62 this year. I wish I had known about these massages and exercises earlier in my life. I've started having saggy jowls, which I hate.
