    I don't have a jade roller just yet but I do your facial massage video which is so easy to follow and I wanted to follow this with a massage. I used my fingers and followed your massage moves just got an amazing effect. I do a quick massage every morning when I apply my face creams. This is a brilliant massage thank you Lisa 😊

    I just finally bought a facial roller I have a pretty routine facial regimen to maintain my skin at 45 I don't wear makeup but I do believe in skincare I've been doing it my whole life I did just buy an obsidian facial roller would I also be able to do this lymphatic drainage with an obsidian facial roller I know obsidian is pretty much the same similar values it does help reduce puffiness and helps the skin be tight I do realize rose quartz is one of the best when it comes to discoloration and things like that I know Jade is a natural healing stone it's elements pull out toxins too. I'm not going to lie I use my obsidian roller and just followed along your video and my face feels amazing I also was watching a couple of videos so believe me I've rolled out my face probably enough for the whole day haha good video thank you

    • @Dogdaybestdog

    Hi Lisa, I noticed you use it on your neck, in a downward motion. I thought you should do it in an upward motion to avoid sagging the skin? Thanks

    • @PilatesByLisa
      @PilatesByLisa  Рік тому

      Hi febrina! Because the lymphatic drainage points are located at the clavicle, we use downward strokes, however the strokes should be light enough that they don’t drage the skin, which is what would cause sagging. Plenty of oil/moisturiser and light strokes are the way to go! Lisa xx

    Hi Lisa, thanks SO much for this amazing and educational video. I started doing the roller massage daily and oh wow what a difference to my skin and wrinkles. The crows feet are completely gone after the session. It does have pretty much the same effect as the Botox injection. My question is, if I regularly do Botox injections, how compatible these 2 things are. Someone recently told me that the Botox will wear off quite quickly if I keep massaging my face. Could you please comment on that? Many thanks!

    • @PilatesByLisa
      @PilatesByLisa  2 роки тому +2

      Hi lovely! Thank you so much for your kind words! I am so happy to hear you are seeing and feeling the results! I have never had botox so I can’t speak from experience, but because the roller does boost circulation, I can see how it would make the botox wear off faster by helping your body eliminate the toxin by improving lymphatic draining. I think deciding on just one treatment, either botox or non-invasive solutions, would be the best bet. Thank you so much again! Xxx

      Rose Quartz has different benefits. It's also a bit harder than jade and is supposed to stay cool longer and be more durable than jade. Also it looks prettier! Rose Quartz is regarded as the stone of universal love which really strengthens the value of "Me time" and self care. You can use facial massages everyday whether you use your fingers or a facial roller.

      The main thing to look out for is that it is made from 100% authentic Jade, Amazon has some affordable and authentic options! Just look for that 100% Jade and reviews xxx

    I turn 78 this year and have had esthetician training in the past. I've used good product since age 30 and have had good results. I'm familiar with facial massage using your hands but until recently never tried a lymphatic drainage roller. I saw a difference the first time I tried it and will continue using it daily. Thank you for your quality sharing of this amazing technique.
