They help with fluid retention and just making the face look less puffy. Another way of doing that is massaging your face with face oil or in the shower if you don’t have a guasha or a jade roller. This will help stimulate blood circulation and drain away puffiness and release knots at tensed areas. Helps you relax a lot more ✨

True but gua sha massage works better than hand massage in my opinion.
Instead of a gua sha, one can use something like a spoon or other utensil.

Oofff do you know that's it's only lymphatic drainage!? It won't give you sharp jawline if you don't have the genes for it... either wise there's nothing wrong with having a little rounder softer jaw.. ❤️it's beautiful..

I wouldn’t recommend refrigerating it as the traditional way- the stone warms up as you go which actually helps the circulation better therefore more drainage

Nononono, never push the fluids up on the neck. Thats counter productive as you want the fluids to be pushed away towards the heart. As a rule of thumb, this goes for dry brushing and massage as well. Circulate by pushing towards the heart (except for the face)

Always use moisturiser or oils so tgat the gua sha glides instead of dragging. It should not be pulling on the skin which i can see happening alot in this vid and it is making me cringe 🙈🙈🙈 also when doing the neck you go downwards towards the collar bones because thats a drainage point for fluid retension. Also hold the gua sha in a slanted position so you can achieve the "scraping but not dragging" motion.
I can not stress enough though that the face should be heavily moisturised when doing this (thats why i always do it at night when i use my night cream as it is heavy).
Also this can be done with the hands too if you do not have a gua sha which is a gentler option with same results and my preferred way😊

I've been doing gua sha with a stainless steel tool for about a week. It makes my skin a little red but it feels really good! Skin looks smoother already. I'm 68.
♡Edit: Two months and a week later, I can testify this: my face and neck have more definition. Skin is so clear, no bumps, and I do believe my wrinkles are softening. I really love this practice. It's the most rejuvenating skin routine I've ever encountered!♡

9:48 I'm not sure which one is the before, and which one is the after, but the one in lavender looks more like the AFTER. Tighter, more "pulled up", but also your hair was pulled up tight in a pony tail, while in the the pictures it was (also up, yes, but) much more relaxed.

Of what material or which stone is that made up of gua sga, As in messaging some stones are used after steam scrub and oil Some stones are heat generating which circulates blood while some are cool in nature And bath
So gua sha or jade roller stone is real or not
And how to recognise its originality?
