    These are some of my all time favourite face exercises to tighten and lift the face!
    I was introduced to these exercises by my 86 year old grandmother, and if you could see her you'd be doing these exercises every day too! She has a beautiful glow to her skin, it's absolutely flawless and smooth. She credits this all to her face exercise routine!
    Just like exercising other parts of your body, face exercises can help tone and strengthen the muscles in your face. Regular practice may lead to improved muscle tone, resulting in a firmer and more defined appearance.
    They also increase blood circulation, reduce facial tension and stress, enhance facial symmetry, improve skin elasticity and best of all it is a 100% natural approach to beauty and wellbeing.
    This routine only takes 10 minutes per day, you can do it anytime, anywhere: watching TV, in the shower, waiting at the traffic lights or even standing in line at the supermarket (not for the faint hearted!)

    I'm a 60 yo man in Texas, and just discovered your channel about a month ago. I admit I first watched because of your beautiful striking eyes, but I did the routine as well. After a week I felt like I was noticing a difference, and last week I had a lovely compliment from a woman. Thank you so much for teaching this old dog some new tricks! Ive been just doing one of your videos, but are there other routines i should mix in, for more effectiveness?

The routines are all interchangeable, I recommend trying some of the new exercise routines and interspersing them with the daily facial massage. Just like physical exercise it is nice to mix things up and add in some relaxation too! Thanks so much for watching mate!

    I just wanted to say that as a 47 yr old man, whose aging has knocked my confidence for some years, I think these exercises (and the ones for the eyes), are really brilliant. I already noticed some difference after the first few times too!!
    Thankyou for these . Just because I'm a bloke doesn't mean we don't need to use these too!

      @@PilatesByLisa To have family and a wife who helps them invest in theit future not in ways of finance, but health. Is a very fortunate thing to have and something passed down throughout generations. So that is basically becomes routine. Things like this - aswell as helping all who we meet to hopefully have a better day, or ideally a better life. Is what our time is about.
      Good on you for doing it, positively inpacting people on the other side of the world too. Mighty cool thinking about it!

    Your exercises really work! My upper eyelids started lifting after only 2 days of doing them, and my neck is much tighter. I've not seen such good results so fast from anyone else's exercises! Can you please do a video on exercises for lifting the corners of the mouth and removing marionette lines? Thank you!

    I have often problems of tension in my neck and face, due to a lot of time spent in front of the computer and to my professional activities. Many people simply ignore that, due to stress and bad life style, we tend to accumulate a lot of tension in the two areas just mentioned. I've tried your exercises and I have to say that they work really well. Many thanks for the video.

    Hi Lisa, I came across your channel because I was curious about face yoga. I admit I click on your video because I was so curious of your beautiful face. I thought to myself this is legit😅! I am doing this face lift exercise for 3 consecutive nights now. Oh my! Did I see huge change especially under my eyes?! In just two nights, my black puffy eye bags because of studying and all the stress in life are gone! This is amazing! I honestly can’t believe it. And my face too starts to have some changes. This evening, I was sitting across my roommate, I noticed that her eyes are all over my face😅. She might be wondering what in the world is going on with me why I look so fresh. BTW, I am not really into commenting, but I did it anyway because I believe you deserve to know how helpful you are to a lot of us here. I’ll keep on doing this every night. I am so excited already to see the big results after few weeks from now 🥰

    Hi Lisa, thank you for all these videos, they are really helpful. I do 2 a day. I am wondering if you can do another video on the upper face. When you say, lift your eyes without wrinkling your forehead, I can't, my forehead wrinkles no matter what. Also, my upper eyelids are getting very wrinkly.     I'm 65 I look 50s heard late 40s I'm happy to hear it..and I love your face palates, it dose wk and I see it rt away I'm under a lot of stress and this helps remove that stress on my face I'm a older guy man my person thinks I'm beyond cute and thank you for this..Lisa thx J...for Jackie

    Im am turning 34 and for the last 2 years ive been more focused on my face routine. These arw so good. Im determined to use only natural tools and products and gracefully move into aging. If you could show us a gua sha routine, that would be wonderul!

    My morning routine these days (especially because I suffer from winter depression) is: Cover my heart with my hands or giving myself a physical hug while asking myself: What do I have going today, and how would I like those things to go? Imagine my plans going well while I continue the physical hug, for a few minutes. My evening routine: Think for a few minutes of three things I am grateful for today, whether big or small, find three things I am grateful for today and with a smile, do the physical hug, for a few minutes, before turning out the light. :-)

      Hi Nadine! I like to do 10 minutes daily, and I like to alternate strengthening exercises on one day with more of a massage/jade roller routine the next. So I would recommend 3-4 times per week for strengthening exercises, alternating with our daily facial massage or jade roller routines. I am going to be filming more of both of these so that you can mix up your routine and keep it interesting...I hope that helps! xx

    Your videos are excellent and I 've seen so much improvement in diminishing the lines around my mouth and forehead and the overall muscle tone of my face. Can you do some gua-sha videos? I do this daily and I've seen much improvement with gua sha and I know you would have some great exercises with this tool. Thank you so much and please keep posting!

    Thank you for your encouragement I cry my eyes out looking in the mirror . I have hormonal condition so my skin is uneven and tends to puff nothing ever helped . I’ve been doing facial massages every day now and I feel like my face hasn’t looked alive like this in forever . I enjoy smiling more now I did mainly cheek bone exercises which helped me smile effortlessly

Regularly practicing these workouts will help promote symmetry in the face, however if just for now you would like to focus on the right brow, try spending and extra minute doing the forehead release (at around the 8 minute mark) and this will help! xxx

    New to your channel. I appreciate you doing the exercise and timing it so we could do it along with you and keep a routine. I'm going to try this for a month and hope this works for me. I get it, just like other parts of the body have muscles and can loose elasticity so can the muscles on the face. But it's gotta be done correctly. Also thanks for explaining what each exercise does and what muscles it targets. Is this a full face exercise? Thanks!

    Hello today I discovered you channel your video is well presenting and you voice so nice .Anyway I am in lates seventies I have been doing exercises before and keeping my face skin in quite good condition. This year I have lost weight all over body and face due to chronic pain in my back stress creating wrinkles around my mouth jowls, sunken cheeks .what exercises and massage will you recommend? and how often it should be done? Is there a chance to reduce the wrinkles as well my sunken cheeks etc or is too late A reply will be appreciated thank you

      Hi there! So happy you found me, and thank you for the lovely comment! I am so sorry to hear about your chronic pain, it really can be debilitating. It is absolutely not too late, alongside your face exercises, finding a healthy way to perhaps regain the weight you have lost with healthy fat foods like salmon, avocado, adding olive oil to your meals etc will also help significantly. Face exercises are really a compliment to a healthy lifestyle, and I am sure that you will see results with this! Would love to hear how you go :)

    I started doing your facial exercises and found my top layer of skin becoming more wrinkled because my muscles underneath are being tighten but not my top layer of skin. I am 66 yrs old. What exercises can you do to tighten top layer of skin?

      Sounds like you are being consistent and seeing strength results, well done! The muscles generally will not tighten to the point of atrophy causing skin wrinkles, so to me it sounds more like the upper layers of your epidermis are just dehydrated. I use a cream called QV cream and drink at least 2 litres of water a day. Pairing this with your exercises is the best way to make sure your results are balanced and even :) I hope this helps! x

      hi lovely, I do recommend using a face oil, you can use olive oil or anything else you have on hand. These exercises are no-risk, non invasive and safe for anyone that wants to try them, in saying that at your age I really want to encourage you to embrace your beautiful, youthful face! your teen years are so fleeting and there are so many changes, but one thing that older ladies would give anything to get back is face fullness (some people even pay for fillers!) so please try and embrace it, I bet you are absolutely stunning just the way you are! x

      Hi Evelyn! My top tips are exercises that target the hands and wrists and also a rich moisturiser! I have an office desk stretch routine on this channel that targets the hands and wrists that you may want to check out and try some of the stretches from.       Hi there! I recommend doing the strengthening workouts 3-4 times per week, every second day, and then every other day doing the daily facial massage/jade roller routine. x
