Dr Berg can you clarify in regards to oils like expeller pressed sunflower oil? Is that still inflammatory if it's expeller pressed or does that not make a difference? I try as best I can to avoid any of the other known inflammatory oils but it's really hard to find certain foods that don't have some type of an inflammatory oil. Sometimes I see expeller pressed and wonder if that's better. Thank you!

Same here, its a waste of time, also living with another person very often create codependency and a feeling of emptiness if they leave/die, whatever. Makes you stronger to live alone and just have a lover or a special friend. The less stress and obligations, the longer you stay young

I gave up sugar and carbs (bread, pasta and starchy vegetables) and do intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting and am now fully keto and feel like I am 21 again. I am totally unhooked from sweets and carb foods. It's so easy to do as well.

Hi I’m sorry that you’re struggling with sadness. I don’t know what is going on but I know it’s important to get it out with someone professional. sometimes we don’t know what’s making us sad. they will talk with you and you may be able to realize what the problem and how to accomplish whatever you need to feel lifted. I went so low, I almost was not here. I hope regardless of the reasons, you’ll talk to your minister, therapist, psychologist, not psychiatrist bc they’re not able to dig and help only prescribe drugs.
I also hope you’re taking VitB, C D n B12. All of these especially D will help lifts your spirits. If the problem is ongoing, help may be the best option. Make sure you get sleep with natural herbs not drugs. Sleep is detrimental for your mental n physical health.

@@redraven7739 I know it will be hard but try getting an exercise regime going like just fast walking. Do it every other day if you can't do it every day. This increases oxygen to the brain and after 2 weeks you'll feel like you've been exercising your brain too. It should make the sadness go away. I'm not a Dr, just someone who's felt the same way you described.

Dr. Berg, thank you for all your efforts to keep us healthy. Over the past two years, I have lost a significant amount of weight while fasting. Even though I've been around the sun and moon for almost 54 years, I still feel like a teenager. In the morning, I drink black coffee and break my 16 to 18 hour fast with protein. For a drink at night, I use my coldpress juicer to make cucumber, ginger, lemon, and pineapple juices. It's all about taking care of the inside before dressing up the outside - like a false advertisement! It's always better to keep things simple. Taking liquid vitamins and vitamin K2 + D3 is a must for me. Taking care of my body is like painting on a wall - you have to prep the surface before you start applying the paint, or else it won't look as good as you want it to.

B1, B2, B3, B6 (evenings - good for sleep) copper, zinc, D3, K2, MSM, silica, oregano oil, flax seed oil and/or cod liver oil, milk thistle, and just added Dong Quai to it. Sometimes I have a spoonful of ghee in the mornings.

All “dry fasting” religiously no food no drinks no water from dome to sunset.
We pray we work we cook we continue our lives normally while fasting.. it’s difficult in the beginning but it gets easier with practicing. Loads of benefits spiritually and physically 🙏🏼

I don.t even think this was really meant for gratitude to start with, the main idea behind this was for you and GOD knows what is best for you. Now are you getting any benefits from it? It is great to fast but what are you eating in your window time? Focus on that, what is something serve at night will completely mess up the purpose of your entire fasting, think about it!
