Hi Laura Rae ! You look so good without makeup on, even younger than with ! From what research I’ve done on this, it’s great for lymphatic drainage, and de-puffing under the eyes, but no scientific evidence that it helps wrinkles, or tightens skin. I still question that, because why have Japanese women been doing it for thousands of years ?! I use my Jade roller for my puffy underwear area, but may add more of a routine with my other Jade tool to help my sinuses. Have never been consistent, and if it helps my allergies, it’ll be well worth the time. Thanks for the demonstration video ! 😌

I think the "crunching" you hear is the fascia being released, not actually the muscle. I've only just started to learn how important it is to keep out fascia in good shape!

I usually just leave the oil on. It depends how my skin is feeling. Sometimes I just let it be my skincare for the night. If I have too much on I will take a cloth to remove the excess and then apply the skincare I want to use.❤️

I am 57 and am always afraid to go in a downward motion since my neck is beginning to show signs of sagging. I noticed in this video you ended with downward motion. Is this part of using gua sha for drainage? Thank you for your help!
Congratulations on starting Gua Sha. I hope you love it. Yes, at the end typically the movement is down the neck for lymphatic drainage. I just use light pressure.🥰
