When I and many of us were 8 years old, we were playing and enjoying childhood. My respects for this child, an example for many. He is not just hardworking but clean and organized with his work and you can see that he does it with love. I am speechless. His parents must be very proud of this brilliant boy. Even if he graduated and secured a job. I don't think he can make this much. As long as he is happy with his business , everyone should be happy for his achievements , and with his experiences who knows he might own franchises of his own in future. I’m over here in South Texas, we see this across the border in Mexico. When our family would cross over to buy stuff we’d see the children near the bridge selling gum, candy. Others making food, cooking corn in a cup, chips w/ hot sauce. We’d buy and give them some money. I wished this channel had a PayPal account to donate whatever anyone can to help these kids and their families out.

When we’d travel we saw and lived the hardships. Though we didn’t have much growing up, it was clear, we had a better life here in Texas. These Afghan children have it so hard, and now with the Taliban taking control, it brings me to tears! What will become of them? I’m in disbelief and shock at what I’m seeing on the news. I had a iving like this and than started school later on in years. I WOULD NOT change it cause I learned hard work early in life and now that see kids who didn't start off like me, they cry for every single thing and don't understand that we who start off like this knows what hard work is and we now apply that same ethic of work in other countries making more money than the natives and we ate happier cause our work ethic has stated early and we had time to mature that work ethic and we do not cry for any little thing. We are bosses or owners of those who come from the country we now work in and we are happier, rich, rule over and like I said MANY OF US who start off like this, work harder in life and we make more and are happier and not to mention SMARTER and know what real hard work is.

@@igncaio no one is romantiscining. Never once did I say this was okay nor is this what I want for my child. If you can save him than do so. But one way or the other, this is going to happen whether others hurt, cry or let their emotions run them. If you can stop it rather than just give hopeless words that won't change his fate of what he and so many others are facing than do so along with others who weeps yet do absolutely nothing. Cause truth be told he will get up again to do it all over again and where have all those hopeless words spilled into. That's how we felt, lots of people feel empathy but absolutely nothing was done so we paid no attention what so ever cause your words are useless.
Edit (Add in): What I am saying is seeing many ungrateful child makes me proud I went through what I did. May life was not exactly pinpoint as hard as this young kids but I sure as heck had to work young cause we didn't want government involvement to split us up so WE made the choice to get to it and suck it up, people who yell child labor made life worse cause not once did our oarent put us to work we as kids made the choice to stay together so we made the choice like so many others. What I'm seeing now a days are so many, countless even, who never even did chores or respect their elders wind up being so ungrateful ans as they get older those are the same ones screaming the loudest of unfair treatment or being picked on. This is what our world is now today and it's pathetic and embarrassing. My child alone, doesn't want any children of their own cause they are sick and tired of the crying and why myself only had one cause I refuse to add to the pitiful cries of weakness and backsliding of todays society; the way its going at least.
Many will scream child labour but you nor I know why this child is working, most cases their parents have left them or their parent is sick so whose supposed to help them, YOU? Saying it's child labor when in fact, knowing darn well all these people in the comments won't come together to see to it that this child's family will have enough for the next day and send him to school until he's grown to go to college. So put labels all you want, "CHILD LABOR " when this child could possibly be facing no parents or parents sick or just him taking care of his siblings, by "choice." Most have no choice cause they don't want the government involved to split them away from their siblings, but let those who scream child labor, step in and find this child and fix his problems and let's not forget the millions of others facing the same. I hated absolutely hated when others said sad things on my behalf cause those were the same ones who did nothing for me to fix my issues. Words of empathy have no value of worth to change all these children's live and therefore absolutely worthless and means nothing. Change his life change but trust me, there will be more children making their own decisions to work to help their Iives or family's, BY CHOICES but others screaming child labor will never step in on time to actually help without destroying their family and respecting their privacy. So hopping to other countries to point out what's normal and embarrassing them by putting on television as if the world is going to step in to actually change their lives is pretty darn low. Cause there are millions like this and will continue after this young man in another household.
I really wish this boy gets the good education to earn in future good enough..May be his family had no choice but to prepare him for this...I pray that some softhearted and sound family sponsor his education so that he could enjoy his child hood and earn better in future... Ameen..

In school for what? You learn math, how to read, how to Express yourself and the rest is basically a waste. Imagine if u started teaching a 13 yr old about idk a specific profession. They could learn the ins-outs by the time they're 18 and go on to make a living doing that. Vs learning literally the same 4 main subjects for 4-5 yrs in HS, only to then go on to spend 4-5 yrs (most of which are filled with more pointless education not geared directly towards the profession itself) earning a degree, interning etc.

This poor kid has the world's responsibility. In his mind there is one thing only to make enough money so he can take care of his family. Most likely his dad is to old /dead / missing or injured can't work automatically the responsibility falls on him at this age, and he becomes the man of the house. Living in a country where there is no system or peace you automatically you think survival. If he doesn't work or provide for his family some how most likely him and his family will be on the streets begging. Because there is no government funding. God bless him and his family
