Just random toppings. its suppose to be bigger 18-20 inches. crispy and foldable with minimal flop. This is closer to a pizza hut pizza.

It’s a Third World country. I’ve never seen anybody making street food wearing gloves. You’re lucky if they have soap and water to wash their hands. Honestly, I was concerned about all the food prep, sitting out where the flies can just land in it. Nothing is covered. But that’s street food in these countries. Hygiene is not paramount.
@@samstone936 Brasil (third world) is very diferent in this aspect. We have one of the best sanitarys law in the world. Lots of international restaurants hire Brazilians because of this. And about the gloves. The problem is that you have to trow it away every time you use it. So it would be a little expensive in the pizzas price.
