The guy said "it had been a strong blizzard all night."
Then he said that "the body had a light dusting of snow on it."
So if his body had been outside all night, he would have had just as much snow on him as the cars and other things that were left outside all night

If she meant to kill him, why would she do it in front of a house full of cops who knew she was the one dropping him off there? And if she meant to kill him, why would she return to the scene and admit she was the one who did it? It doesn't make sense.
The Prosecution's theory is so hard to believe, and they would need serious evidence to back it up. That's going to be hard, because Proctor's behavior adds doubt to all evidence that could have been planted. Technological evidence and impartial witnesses are the only things that can be trusted in this trial.

Where did the evidence of her car going x mph y distance come from? If it was her car computer then that could likely be slick road and spinning tires.
If evidence was from her phone location then couldn't the people who had her phone and doing searches also take her phone for car ride to fabricate the going backwards evidence.

Why hasn't this case been dismissed already???

    • @johndevlin
      @johndevlin 11 днів тому

It wasn’t dismissed pre-trial as, in the judge’s opinion, the fibbing during the grand jury process wasn’t bad enough to vitiate the indictment.
It hasn’t been dismissed *during* the trial because the evidence is still coming out. At the end of the prosecution’s case, the defense will make a motion for a directed verdict of acquittal, and it might work, depending on how the medical and technical evidence looks at that stage. I have no idea how they think they can prove O’Keefe was hit by a car. Maybe they’re still sitting on a bombshell, who knows?
A better question is why the DA hasn’t dropped the charges. I can only guess, but I think the answer is that he wants to find out what the FBI has on him.

I mapped that rout from Officer Saraf to the house 34 street. 1.5 miles takes 5 minutes in dry weather doing the speed limit. He did it in 4 minutes so faster that he pretended. He pretended like it was blizzard conditions and it took much longer than normal. In reality he beat the dry sunny time by 1 minute. In reality it was not 6" of snow either. Wonder if you asked him what 2+2 =? That Boston math might say 5 or 6 not 4.
Also 1.5" of snow in Michigan = 6" in Boston I guess. The visibility was well over a 1/4 mile he has bad wipers and too slow a setting but its not blizzard conditions by a long shot (that came many hours later)
Just wonder why they are so far off on the amount of snow and conditions. Seems to be a narrative they are pushing. They are not even close on it.
Also their 3D video of the scene has the body like 30 feet left (towards the house at 32 fairview Rd). Not even close to where it actually was. It was not by the hydrant or phone/box it was in front of the flag pole. between the curb and flag pole.
All of this is easily verifiable. Makes one wonder if they can't get the easy facts right can you believe everything else?

Hahahaha:::: My Man, You’re HILARIOUS. THIS IS THE PROSECUTOR QUESTIONING HIS OWN WITNESS!!!!!!!! Of course you’re not going to hear anything “sus” during THE PROSECUTION QUESTIONING THEIR OWN WITNESS!!!!! Watch the Cross-Examination of this officer, which is now posted --- The Defense Attorney has GRILLED HIM to a point where it’s OBVIOUS he added Quotes from Karen in April 2022 that he didn’t include on January 29th and January 30th reports, the day of and the day after he was found and died. IE::::: He’s trying to tell THE JURY that he REMEMBERED MORE about what she said April 2022 than he remembered on January 29th & 30th 2022. In other words: HIS MEMORY MIRACULOUSLY GOT BETTER 3 months later!!!! The Defense destroyed this cop’s testimony.

People are really unfriendly in Boston apparently. The judge is extremely without any politeness or any luxury like kindness.
I could see me shouting I hit him as an explanation if nothing else made sense to me.
Did you know when Tammy Daybell's cousin was told on the phone that Tammy was dead, it's didn't compute. She thought Tammy was too healthy. Her brain literally couldn't find a place to write such a 'truth' it didn't make sense. So her brain rejected it and she said someone else.
It took 3 times for her to be told no , it was Tammy!
With Karen, this must've been a shock for her. If she was trying to hide a murder, she certainly wouldn't respond this way. 'I hit him! ' I think it was either a question, or she just hit a bump and thought that must've been him. And she said it over and over because she couldn't make it make sense in her head.
The only reason the DA decided to over charge her was because they're really upset, they're mad and they're getting even. Now they're getting even with that group too. They don't make sense.

Northern folks are not “unfriendly.” They’re more reserved emotionally than most Southerners, but not unfriendly. As to the judge, she’s not at all “unfriendly.” She’s polite, gracious, but shows no display of emotional nonsense. Good for her!

It's Boston. Very strange place. If you haven't seen the movie Spotlight, it's worth it! They took down the Catholic Church in Boston, but everyone was networked with everyone and nobody wanted to tell on anybody even tho children were being harmed! That's how Boston is. Very insular, snobby. This judge even is hateful to defense attorneys. They aren't her people. But spotlight didn't even change the town. But for a minute. I hope this tears it down

Where did the evidence of her car going x mph y distance come from? If it was her car computer then that could likely be slick road and spinning tires.
If evidence was from her phone location then couldn't the people who had her phone and doing searches also take her phone for car ride to fabricate the going backwards evidence.

It could be he slipped hit hand on car making a noise then want in the house (hmm she heard a sound but drove away) Then he gets the snot beat out of him falls into the basement with a dog biting his right arm through thick shirt (Not bare skin) Hits head on the barbells in the basement passes out. Later is dumped in the lawn as they don't want his drunken vomit body in the basement.
He had a "Egg" on his forehead. That is not racoon eyes from a skull fracture that is from something else.
Jen McCabe seen on police video today walking into that house to warm up or something.
"How Long to Die in Cold" Searched by Jen McCabe at 2:27am then two more times at 6am.
Sector recovered wal sql files can't be faked and are replaceable. Which means yes someone did that search from that phone at that time.
