I find it very interesting. Very interesting I also saw they sold that house after this and got rid of the dog too I can't confirm whether it's 100 percent fact but it would say a lot no? He had puncture wounds on his forearms like dog bites. I've never bought this story the autopsy report does not match a cracked tail light. He was beat up and thrown outside in my opinion

I think the prosecution’s probably going to argue that Karen Read *must* have done it because the Canton Police are so incompetent that there’s no *way* Saraf would have put an incriminating admission in his report.
Not guilty.. too many police mistakes.. too much reasonable doubt.. If i seen cops all over my front yard and heard people yelling I would go outside and find out what was going on UNLESS i had something to hide.. 🫣! Didn't even search house.. 🤦♂️

But if you genuinely don’t think it’s anything to do w your household then it’s pretty silly to go outside and involve yourself. Especially if your husband was a cop, if anything you’d call him or get him to find out what’s happening..

Her tone is much like the prosecutors witness. Usually a judge does not react unless there is an objection. It is not the job of a judge to cut off the defenses case. This judge acted like she was part of the Commonwealth’s team at times.
She is close friends of the Alberts. Proven and asked to recuse herself. She refused to! The fix is in. The Commonwealth is corrupt.

A misspelled name and some incorrect information in police reports is one thing, but details matter and to dismiss that 34 Fairview was.owned by LE so various reports list multiple addresses 31 35 32 34 fairview and never approach house.. LE found to perjur themselves in state grand jury, by federal grand jury There's an Occum razor for you .McAlberts.

I didn't know anything about this case until yesterday but it strikes me so many comments claiming this lady was framed by the police so I'm gonna keep watching.
Not one first responder in that house also his boys in blue didn’t run outside to render the aid they took an oath to give? They did this to him and have shown no solidarity like police usually do when one is murdered. They did this to him! She is innocent of everything accept being quiet… she may have had too much to drink but she didn’t murder him and if she had too much to drink why did the police officers she was with her boyfriends friends allow her to drive?? They had a plan that night someone and something evil was waiting for him in that house… luckily she didn’t go in who knows what would’ve happened to her

Saraf’s testimony was devastating for the CW. He comes across as incompetent and dishonest. The biggest bombshell is Jen entering her sister’s house. That is very significant.

I think that was already known, as Brian and Nicole say (very unconvincingly, in my opinion) that McCabe came into their room in a panic and that’s what woke them up.

This host is incredibly biased, and many of her editorial comments show a contempt for the accused. Please replace this host with someone like Vin who is neutral, impartial and understands the law. The level of bias and negatively was such that I had to turn off the video.

I agree with the Court TV Host! This is an appalling coverup. NO ONE came out of the house? They did not ever consider inspecting the home? The owner is a cop. He was an ex MMA fighter and had a vicious dog that seemingly disappeared. He resurfaced his basement and sold the home. Coincidence? The prosecution is just getting started.

I think there was heavy drinking involved and there was a beef inside the cops home between O'Keefe and people inside, and somewhere along the way the family German Shepard was either sic'ced on O'Keefe, or attacked O'Keefe on his own thinking he's protecting his owner, and the dog bit O'Keefe, along with the beating he took from people inside the home. He then either left the home and collapsed, or was thrown out of the home in to the front yard, and then froze to death. But I do not think Karen had anything to do with his murder.

The fact that the parties (so far the prosecutors) are able to just object without a basis is absolute BS. I hate it so much. It shouldn't be allowed. How is the appellate court supposed to know if there was a proper basis to sustain the objection?! This case is bad enough without shady things like that. And yea, I know that some other courts allow objections without a basis and it still sucks and is shady as hell.
They should stop right now. Way too many doubts to get a guilty verdict.

@@susanwhalls6230because some of us have been following this case watching pre trial motions and hearings. Getting documents posted with the court. We are aware of the theory the defence has in place. We also know the FBI is doing their own independent investigation and have already pointed out John O’Keefe’s injuries to his body do not match with being hit by a car. The parties inside that house, police officers and others on scene are all being investigated.
??? 🤔 From those who testify, can an officer(s) lose their job based on their witness statement(s)?
If they end up being sued they will loose that and a whole lot more if

Mathew was covering for the whole clan, Hopeful John lived through this and the bad actors will be held responsible for they’re individual reactions ❤️

You have to remember that all these folks drank until the bar closed . Then these folks had a after hour party. So if music. Is playing in a house party. Lots of drinking is going on and partying. These people don't know what's going on outside their home. Now how many drinks did Karen Reed have when she was driving to that party And how many drinks did her boyfriend have.
He is lazy, weak and dismissive. Perhaps the perfect cop to send first if you need sloppy work and a guy that can easily manipulated down the road to fudge facts.

Reflects my experience with Boston area cops. Many aren't that bright or astute and look the other way when they feel like it. Kind of lazy. Not all, but lots of the good ole boy types.

@Court TV... video shows the broken taillight at 5am when Karen leaves home. If remnants weren't found there, no matter where they were... they weren't there. Therefore, the taillight was broke prior to hitting his car.
