He shows propensity for hot headed especially when there is alcohol. That night there was alcohol around and Colin has been seen at "21" bars even when under that age. I think someone said Colin was not there (as if to count him out as a suspect). There more to it as to why I suspect him, but that's enough to show it is a rational suspicion.

The name Trooper Proctor sounds like Inspector Gadget LOL . BTW is Michael Proctor still working for the state police? Why wasn't he relieved of Duty? He failed to conduct an investigation properly and not only that but was looking through Karen Reed's phone for nude pictures as he was telling his classmates and was upset he never found any! Read this below:

Her husband represented Brian Albert in the past. The Albert kids call her 'Aunt Bev' yet she didn't recuse herself from the case.. And she doesn't take speaking objections? Never heard of that in my life. Also she questions the witnesses directly which is just insane. There will be an appeal if Karen is found guilty
What an awful feeling, to think of what John’s nieces are going through being that they lost their parents and now their uncle John. Terrible tragedy and to hear of how amazing John was makes it even more saddening. RIH.

I just assumed the Commonwealth had a decent case considering they brought it to trial. Yet here we are 2 weeks into the trial and im only more confused.. They are sustained to the form of the question it's not the question is not allowed it's just it's being asked in a wrong way that's why they are not questioning it .
