It amazes me how careful a Cop is when it comes to another Cop. "I didn't have probable cause". If the homeowner was a regular citizen, the Police would've used "officer safety" and shut that house down, removed all occupants, and searched for evidence. There was a dead Boston Cop on the front lawn, but the Boston Cop that lived inside the house was more important. Politically connected. His injuries aren't consistent with having been hit by a car. They are consistent with being in a fight. The federal investigation and their accident reconstruction expert also confirmed the Commonwealth's theory is wrong. Also, her car had no evidence of damage from slamming into a 200 lb man. Not a dent.
Cops are above the law & protect each other/cover for each other. Did Brian Albert, Colin Albert, and Brian Higgins really want to spend the next 30 years in Prison? Or, would they find a patsy to go down for it instead? 🤔
A man was found deceased on Brian Albert's lawn, and NOBODY in his home at the time was ever investigated. The home was never SEARCHED. Trooper Proctor's text messages to friends revealed that the Alberts *wouldn't be investigated* because Brian was "a Boston cop." The corruption has been *_displayed on a silver platter_*
Only 5 people need to be "in on it." The 3 ppl in the house who beat John up, the brother of one of those guys, and their good buddy Proctor. Proctor has no oversight - what he says happened - happened. Nobody is looking into the Alberts because Brian and Kevin Albert are both cops. They protect one another ALWAYS.
Can't deny the rampant police corruption in Boston. State Trooper Proctor is under investigation for impropriety AT THIS VERY MOMENT because of Karen Read's mishandled investigation. The FBI is investigating this investigation because it's DIRTY.
It's too well-documented and known to everyone in the area to be in denial.

The fact tha she could tell where the body was laying, from a backseat of a moving car.
That she never ran up the house asking for answers.
That she was saying I. hit him repeatedly ..
The fact she tried to stage the breaking off her taillight, backing into his car..captured on the web cam, and where the footage from earlier that night mysterious went missing. That's gonna be an evidence bomshell!

Did Jen called somebody in the house and alerted that Karen was coming to the house? Potentially Brian Albert decided "Throw him on the lawn! We can frame Karen of his death".
    I don't think that's credible.
This is the weirdest case ever.

How can you back straight. Down a street hit a guy with the back of your car how does he go 12 feet to the side of the vehicle? And where was his hat and other sneaker?

In front of officers and emts? So why did they not arrest her then on the spot? Maybe because they heard it as she said it, did i hit him?

She must of hit him accidentally but there's more to this story John and his crooked cop friends got into a tussel then framed Karen.

No she did not say that! You love fantasy, the lack of intelligence is astounding. You really believe she just yelled, “oh my god, I hit him!” And she wasn’t arrested, there was no police report stating this, please.

I think in my opinion, Karin read might’ve hit him by an accident not being aware of it. it also could be true that the dog was outside and tried to help him or do something where the marks on his arm could be from the dogs still.

👠 What's with all the "bar hopping' & drinking??? Either way, my condolences to the deceased mother 🌸. My thought is that she probably did hit him (either on purpose or by mistake). However, that little kockammie police force / investigation will cause her to WALK . This reminds me of the OJ trial. The L.A cops were so crooked, incompetent and racisit!, that OJ's DREAM TEAM knew how to capitalize this to their advantage (and they got the acquattial) !! Her attorneys" do not have the legal minds or mindset, as Cochran, Bailey and Shaprio, but they're doing their best to plant doubt!

How creepy that the one witness said the women put their arms around Karen leaving the bar and said ‘your coming with us we have a surprise for you’ or something like that.. very foreboding that’s for sure. This case is the definition of reasonable doubt!

I havent seen anyone pick up on the fact that in an ABC interview Karen Read gave she said that she dropped him off and saw him walk up the drive to the side door. She then said in the same interview that she had said "I hit him, did I hit him?" How could she possibly think she had hit him if she saw him walk up the drive to the side door? It just doesnt add up. Unfortunately the jury is not going to get to see that interview. Her story simply doesn't add up.
