Something about the vibe of her testimony. She probably felt she had to be loyal to her husband’s family. She seemed most sad about losing a best friend to me.
I think they know about her falsely accusing him of cheating and see how she struts around the court, smiling and winking at TV cameras and they know she's an abuser who thinks she's conning her way out of her consequences.
At 12.41am on 29 January 2022 Karen leaves a voicemail on John's phone and a garage door can clearly be heard closing in the background. So she was in fact inside John's house at that time. What I don't understand is why after passing out she wakes up at 5 am and instantly panics about where he is? If all she remembers is dropping him off at an after party why doesn't she just assume he's passed out on the Albert's sofa? Her immediate overreaction makes me think she might remember possibly being really mad and backing up towards him... but the DA's case is definitely not strong enough to put her away ...
I can’t believe the police officers in the house didn’t come out of their house to see what was going on with all that noise?!! Why weren’t they finding out what happened on their front lawn - couldn’t be that much of a heavy sleeper??
Mcade went into the house whilst they were on the roadside at 6 am to wake her sister (Mrs Albert) apparently and THEY STILL didn't come out !!!! Fishy !!!!!!
You know, there may be five first responders that claim she owned it, directly or indirectly; but so far one recanted, and the others either didn’t hear the same thing (“I did it” vs “it’s my fault” vs “it was me”) or even if they heard the same words, there is still variation (she was prompted, she was unprompted, she was admonished to be quiet after, she was told she’s hysterical after). Maybe they all happened. Maybe none of them did. Maybe Karen, still intoxicated and hysterically panicking, was told by someone ELSE before responders got there that it must be her fault. I don’t know. But so far there’s enough reasonable doubt sized holes in their case to drive a KC-135 through.

She was distraught and frantic about the potential consequences of that night. Every first responder would not have been right there at the same time to hear her confessions. Their staggered arrivals and roles/positions and focus on saving the patient in a blizzard and winds made that impossible. Also the firefighter/paramedics do not have an investigative role. Nope
And who fills un their pool with concrete before selling it. Come on who cements a perfectly good pool to lower the value of your house. Its all so obvious.
Sold it for less than its appraised value during a seller’s market. Very bizarre.
And got rid of the dog
Who’s the moron that doesn’t think it’s a bad thing to let potential suspects walk off into the house where a dead police officer was found? Did he not watch all these people that supposedly heard her say I hit him get owned on the stand that she didn’t say it?!
I think it would be very doubtful that the cops/first responders didn't know who lived at 34 Fairview. A simple search in and LE vehicle would have revealed that - and who wouldn't know of the Alberts? He was 'up there' and any officer would know that. So... the question is, who decided no one should approach the home? The obviously had to bother some neighbor for solo cups and a leaf blower.
John's body was already in the hospital. The policeman had everyone's name
Remember, they werent treating it as a murder when they found his body, unfortunately.
Some of these “experts” they have on are really dim
This woman was accusing him of cheating with everyone around so I bet she thought he was cheating with a woman in that house and hit him. That's how abusers work and her messages show that's what she is.
@@madsdee7803 Right… because they always call and leave angry voicemails AFTER they run the person over. Couples argue and fight. The person that’s actually suspicious is the homeowner who sold that house that’s been in his family for generations after he dug up the basement floor, filled his pool in with concrete, and “re-homed” his dog. Not to mention his gf searching “how long to di3 in the snow” at 2:27 in the morning

Also, I forgot to document anything ever said on scene ever and no one can fact check me ever. Sorry I guess
Honestly, I feel terrible for John and his family, but I’m starting to get really bitter that his family blames Karen and continues to believe the Alberts’ fable. Like to think that you could date someone and be nothing but kind and warm to their family, and then have their family accuse you of the worst thing ever…then continue to believe you could be that evil despite all the evidence to the contrary….their faces make me sick, but I feel bad for feeling that way…but just imagine this happens, and your partner’s family turns on you when you’re a victim, too…
Well said. Agreed 100%
I can’t even imagine… but I believe truth would prevail 🙏🏽
Totally. I wonder why they believe it- have they said?
@@erkaderka3571 I tried to read up a couple days ago, and it’s just basically that they believe the police and the police’s evidence. Maybe it’s easier to blame her than believe John’s colleagues and friends would do something so horrible. To be honest, it didn’t really seem like John’s sister-in-law thinks Karen is guilty.
She was at home at 12:45 so riddle me this ….how is she doing 60 ft at 24 miles an hour at 12:45 when she’s at home ?
Who says she was at home?
At 12.41am on 29 January 2022 Karen leaves a voicemail on John's phone and a garage door can clearly be heard closing in the background. So she was in fact inside John's house at that time. Where ADA Adam Lally get's his timestamp information is anybody's guess. It seems he is just making it up to suit the alleged nararative and agenda, just the same as some of these so-called witnesses are doing.

Wouldn’t she still be inebriated only a few hours after the “hit”?
@@GrizzlyUrsusArctos Maybe? why is that relevant though?

How many people in history have been hysterical and screamed they did something and all the pieces lined up who coincidentally didn't actually do it... I mean pretty much never. Why is Karen Read being treated as a hero?! I’m confused, even if she’s innocent, why is she a hero?!
She isn't a hero and she's not acting like one. She has supporters because the community is fed up with police corruption and they want change. This case is a pathway to change. They also don't want a person they believe to be innocent going to prison.
It's worth noting that she didn't ask for or campaign for supporters. It was continually brought to the publics attention by a single reporter/journalist. Eventually others caught on, explored the evidence, then spread the word also.

Notice when she is asked directly if she did it, she doesn’t answer directly, she provides a reflective narrative and her attorney steps in and is the one to give a direct answer. That is a little troubling that she cannot directly affirm that she didn’t do it when asked directly and with no notice.
