Okay so I've been binge watching this channel the last few days, many episodes on repeat, I can't express how much joy it brings me and how much I love not only the themes, recipes but also the techniques and the wit. This should have 300 million subscribers, seriously.
My wife and I have been looking so forward to the the next 'full meal' episode ... and, it DID NOT disappoint! Loved the food, and laughed our asses off as usual! So funny, and witty!

Monkfish looks really good, hearty actually - the potatoes .. well, they are potatoes after all, the best food on the planet! This would all be good with the peas dish from the last video. Love your presentations.

Just wondering what to do with monkfish ... est voila! That's a beautiful meal. When I have to spray my pans, I open the door of my dishwasher and spray it inside. Easy peasy. Have a great spring!

Love the look of these very fancy potatoes! But… when? Was the cheese included? Did I miss it after watching a couple of times and rewinding?
If you wad up the parchment paper then smooth it out, it behaves much better.
Amazing spring dinner! Avocados are toxic to birds☠️....so put them in the compost instead😉
Just make sure your monger or you remove the blood line from monkfish. Yours look really clean.
