- We're back with the full crew and we're sending off the Summer in style! This is a feast that comes together quickly and looks STUNNING! Today we're pairing SIZZLING swordfish steaks with COOL and REFRESHING cucumber & feta salad. Dessert is a colorful fruit salad drizzled with VELVETY crème anglaise, and summery cocktails to go with it all.

The food looks yummy, but the drawing power is your wit, your vast knowledge of the kitchen, ingredients, and travel. There was a lady when the kids were small who had your energy. I hate summer too! I also live in Phoenix lol. Can't wait until mid Oct. when we start to cool off. Your veg fans would love to see some veg videos. : ) So many good things can be done on the grill. Love the cocktails. I make something similar I muddle some mint and basil and it's vodka, rio grapefruit juice from trader joe's, splash of fever tree ginger beer and a splash of campari. Literally made it up by taste and it's amazing. Have a great weekend!

I just made swordfish tonight, but I am so going to try this way and everything else! My mom taught me to run a fork down the side of cucumbers, deep, with, without, or part skin, to make a pattern when cut. When left as a circle it looks somewhat like a flower. Randy I really missed you and the whole DPT crew. It's so great to see you all again. I have a recipe for Moqueca, a Brazilian seafood stew that is SHOCKINGLY EASY and wildly delicious. How can I share it with you? I would be amazingly happy if you made it in one of your future episodes!
So enjoy learning how to cook some new things from you! I love entertaining and really want to expand my dinner party menus and this is the perfect channel to help me do that! I may have missed this but if you haven’t done a Spanish seafood paella could you do that sometime? We had this out at a restaurant recently in No Virginia and my husband and I want to try it at home along with the cocktails and appetizers that would go along with it for having friends over. Thought it would be a fun “dinner party” idea. Thank you. Love your show!

Hi dinner party tonight! Please provide captions for your videos! I've been watching for years and the amount of love you all pour into this show is evident but the lack of captions feels out of step with the rest of the production. There are plenty of services available that can do this for you quickly and cost-effectively. This would make enjoying your videos much easier for those who benefit from reading along and it would be particularly helpful as UA-cam plans to discontinue the community caption contributions (an imperfect feature anyway).

I love your videos, in fact I’m binge watching, again, today. Can you tell me if Conrad is a metal or cast iron pan. I saw one similar on your Amazon site, the lodge cast iron pan but the sides look much higher than yours. Thank you for the great videos, you are a ‘dinner and a show’ all at once!
