I have been making some pico de gallo when i have some hot dogs but this looks like a great option to change things up.

It’s got a zing of vinegar in it compared to Pico, so it should be something fun and different. Let me know what you think and thanks for stopping by, Greg!

This looks amazing. I love when natural foods are this green. You usuallly only see such vibrant green in artifically dyed stuff today.
Also, did the pickled garlic turn blue? Might just be my tv but it looked like a blue tint about halfway up the jar

I love how green it is as well! It won’t stay that bright forever but the first few days, it looks perfect. Yes, some cloves turn blue when you pickle them. It’s a common enzyme reaction that happens with them during pickling, but harmless and doesn’t affect flavor. 👍 Thanks for stopping by Tone!

I just picked another mess of jalapenos and was wondering what I would make with them. Will try out your recipe tomorrow. Looks really good and being able to freeze it is a bonus also. As far as food processors go I've got a kitchen aid. It's taken a beaten from being used a lot but is still kicking.

This looks awesome and I'm definitely going to try it. I also made your pickled garlic recipe from your last video but I haven't tried it yet. I hot canned it to be shelf stable so it's waiting it's turn in my pantry.

Thanks! I’m curious how the garlic turns out after canning. Let me know when you finally open it! I’ve been using my recent batch for cooking anytime it calls for regular garlic and have been really happy with it.

I was bored at work today and when my mind started to wander I realized I never replied to you here. This came out great. I put this on a garlic bread cheeseburger and and it was fire. I used your spicy pickled garlic recipe and and it made me sweat but I wouldnt have it any other way. The hot canned came out great.

The garlic bread sounds great for this! I’ll have to give that a try. Thanks for coming back around! I love hearing new uses, tweaks, and feedback. Hopefully someone else stumbles over this convo and gets a great idea from it.

Go heavy on the garlic butter and pile on the jalapenos and you'll be very happy. @@outdoorindoortexan
