  • Brisket burgers with Candied Jalapeño Relish
    I'm nearly disappointed that it took me this long to come up with this recipe. I combine candied jalapenos with both sweet gherkins and some dill pickles for balance.
    I also use the #JustKeepFlipping method to cook the burgers directly over charcoal for a perfect crust.
    Combined with ‪@HEB‬ 's prime brisket burger, you KNOW it's gonna be tasty.

    Dam that's weird, just last night I saw your seasonings at HEB for the first time. I picked up a brisket and some brisket pattyburgers to make for lunch. And I just saw your video a minute ago making the same burger patties. I guess carnivores think alike. 👍
