How to make THE BEST relish you HAVE to keep in your fridge!

  • This relish is a must have in our fridge all summer long. Farm stands readily have these ingredients available and it will keep in your fridge for a few weeks with enough vinegar.
    Ingredients:
    - 2 Lbs of peppers, varying varieties, ribs and seeds removed
    - 1 small eggplant
    - 5-6 crimini mushrooms
    - 1/2 White onion
    - 4-6 cloves garlic
    - 1/2 Cup vinegar
    - 1/2 Cup olive oil

    On grilled sausages, mix it into your ground meat when making hamburgers..also mixed in tunafish instead of celery. 👍🔥

    How would garden salsa peppers and jalapeno peppers do with red and green bells and banana peppers? I have more than I can eat coming out of my garden and want to experiment with a sweet and spicy relish. I've never made relish before.
