I am not big on relishes but I had the ingredients so I made up a double batch. this turned out as delicious as anything I've ever eaten and now I'm getting ready to medicate my back so I can do another double batch for this year. excellent with hamburgers hot dogs roasts anything you can put it with. I catch myself eating it right out of the jar. Old Roy in the hills of East Tennessee
