Arabian Nights: Reprise 3 | Cut Scene Storyboard | Aladdin

Here are the storyboards for the third reprise of Arabian Nights, a cut sequence in the 1992 film Disney animated film Aladdin. This story reel can be dated to early 1991. (Unfortunately, no other materials are available at this time.)
This storyboard reel features the demo recorded for the song by lyricist Howard Ashman. (The demo as heard on the release The Music Behind the Magic has been synced up to the footage for this upload.)
This reprise, as well as three other reprises for the song Arabian Nights, were originally written for Aladdin's 1988 treatment by Howard and composer Alan Menken. Only the final reprise would survive during the film's lengthy production to be recorded for the film, though it would also be cut and repurposed for the sequel Aladdin and the King of Thieves.

Actually Howard's original script has been leaked and this was to play after the Sultan accuses Aladdin of helping Jafar steal his daughter. Abu runs off to get Babcat, Omar, and Kassim to help save him. There's an article about Howard Ashman's original draft on Lost Media Wiki that talks about it an even has a link to it since it has been leaked.
