Batman vs. Green Goblin fight scene, and then a scene with Bruce Wayne and Norman Osborne having a “civilized” dialogue but with some low key jabs back and forth. Maaannn! There needs to be movie about this! Sounds awesome!😎👍
-Ultron for mister terrific -Dormamu for dr fate -Mephisto for Constantine -kang for the legion of superheros -purpleman for black canary -killmonger for vixen
Honestly a story where Kraven being the only one who figures out that Batman has no powers just from seeing his technique, and privately pursuing him based on that fact sounds so interesting.
@@self-consciousmess Yeah, at least in the early years of Batman. Basically for a long time after Batman started his crusade, he was so efficient that everyone just kinda assumed he had powers or was some sort of monster or something. That’s also why a lot of people didn’t even believe he existed for a while, he was basically just a rumor at first. The only people who knew anything about Batman were the villains he fought the most, and Batman wasn’t exactly the most open book with them.
Funnily enough, I have a Spiderman/Green arrow fusion universe and he's paired Onomatopea, who's known as a hunter of unpowered heroes, which would fit someone like Kraven so he's not randomly hunting spiderman instead of some other heroes
@@deffientllynotjalenbutler1736that Superman will obliterate him less than a second, doom cant even defeat Kingpin, brain cant defeat brawn if brawn can move multiple times the speed of light lmao
You could still put in eddie brock's backstory with it too. He could still Claim his neighbor was the Sin Eater, and MM as detective john jones find the real guy and eddie gets disgraced. Then the suit finds him and he learns all about the symbiote/martian conflict, as well as who john jones really is. Then, instead of negating the spider sense, he could be immune to his telepathy.
I like the tying in of their backstories. That said, wouldn’t you have to SEVERELY nerf MM to make Venom anything close to a credible threat to him? EDIT: There’s always ways around that though. You could tell some cool stories with those two
@@brandoncrockett9266 unsure of too much about venom but isn’t he able to constantly adapt to things? maybe he isn’t a match for MM at first, but he slowly manages to get around his weaknesses at each encounter and eventually proves to be more than a match for MM
@@emperortoho Unless there’s been a recent change with Venom in the comics, then I think the character you’re thinking of with regards to adaptability is Doomsday. Venom can shapeshift, but the symbiote would need a host MUCH closer to MM’s power-level to match MM’s output
Imagine Kraven's hunter's trying to take out Batman on a rooftop, but turns out Batman was expecting them and then takes them out instead. Kraven would realize that he would have to be a little more discreet.
Kraven could try and establish himself as a threat by going after Bane before hunting Batman. If he can defeat the “Man who broke the Bat,” he can defeat Batman.
Oh, and Kraven could try to hunt down Gotham’s other animal-themed heroes and villains: Robin, Batgirl, Catwoman, Batwoman, Killer Croc, and Man-Bat, but then he doesn’t bother with Penguin.
@@tyrellmultimedia Yea cuz Charles Xavier, who main ability is telepathy is his half brother or stepbrother or something like that and professor x, Jean grey , and other telepaths use that a as a main way to attack him cuz, mental attacks is Juggernaut’s main weakness, which is why he wears the helmet…
After you mentioned the Green Goblin for Batman, I immediately pictured Goblin giving Batman the same speech he gave Spider-Man in the first Sam Raimi Spider-Man film, and it was awesome.
Goblin would be a way greater threat to batman than Joker could ever hope: For one, he’s friggin superhuman, whereas Batman is not. If plot armor didn’t exist, I’d doubt a fist fight would even be close. And whilst Joker waits for Batman to come to him, Goblins seeks his targets directly. Osbourne would no doubt deduce Wayne’s big secret, so he’d definitely take full advantage of both aspects of Batman’s life and gradually knock him to his lowest peg, mentally And physically
@@masternoob9673 So true, if only we could get a real storyline with them in a crossover comic. Like, a what if about Spidey and Batman swapping villains or something.
@MrSchizoid405 If The Joker did more damage to Batman and Gotham, do you honestly think Norman won't be at the same level? Norman is stronger than Bane, smarter than Riddler, has more resources than Penguin, and is just as chaotic than Joker; if it weren't for plot armor Batman would've lost multiple times before he even gets to walk.
From looking at the title: kingpin as a batman villain, Dr doom as a wonder woman villain, Galactus as a superman antagonist (i remember seeing aidea about him devouring krypton.)
Dr Doom as a Wonder Woman villain is actually brilliant dude. It would give Wonder Woman her own rogue that could be a reasonable threat against the JL and help there. Dr Doom being a self centred egotistical male dictator would be a perfect foil to Wonder Woman too, plus he actually backs up alot of the reasons for him to be that way. The stories would be so good between them.
Fisk would be an interesting player in Gotham because depending how you write Kingpin he would almost immediately find common ground with The Penguin, Falcone and Black Mask, three of the most influential crime figures in the city. With Fisk being the new glue bonding them together, imagine the four of them joining forces in one huge mafia war against the other mob bosses and probably the Court of Owls. That would be an insane fight.
Oh, OH, here's a pair... Arcade and Fin Fang Foom for Billy Batson aka Shazam. Arcade's twisted way of turning childhood entertainment into something lethal would make him one of Billy's most personal foes, especially if he targets Billy's peers, friends, foster family, etc... and Fin Fang Foom is zany magical might that can challenge Shazam!
I'd like to add Bullseye for Green Arrow. He'd also make a great Batman villain, but I think it would be more interesting to see Green Arrow go up against someone with his same skill set but is far more versatile and unhinged.
@@MrSchizoid405Bullseye would honestly be more interesting than Deadshot though to be fair with how versatile he is, he can make literally anything into a weapon just about, and he is at least trained to fight in hand to hand as well. Plus being just below Hawkeye in comics, he is a helluva impressive shot.
@@FreakingSpiesyeah but we’ve already got a bunch of hand to hand combat martial artists who are very good with guns and all kinds of other weapons in Batman’s rogue gallery already. Green arrow needs someone who is on equal ground with him and someone who can force him to be resourceful
@@AM_61102 Bullseye doesn't use guns a lot of the time.. he uses common objects like toothpicks and cards. He can use almost ANYTHING as a weapon and is incredibly resourceful, AND on top of that he's extremely good at hand to hand Combat, the only person better than him at that is Hawkeye, and its been proved that Hawkeye is the equal shot and better archer over Green Arrow due to them having similar feats hut Hawkeye doing it with a harder bow, and with much better strength. Plus Hawkeye can use just about anything you put in his hands as well. Which is why I don't think Bullseye would be a good fight for green arrow, since he might honestly just be better sadly since he can ALMOST keep up with Hawkeye, but if he fought Batman it would be cool seeing him plan against someone JUST as resourceful as him.
Now I’m just imagining Thor having to find Loki every time he creeps on WW and Thor shouts out, “THOU SHALL DRINK THE ELIXER OF RESPECTING MAIDENS”, than of course Thor apologizing to Diana for his brothers behavior towards her.
Considering where modern Loki in the comics is at these days, I think he/she wouldn't really be a villain, but still a fantastic anti-hero-esque addition to Wonder Woman comics. An almost Constantine-like interloper, who's always one step ahead of the problem Diana is dealing with, but waves her off with games and riddles, leading to even more drama and intrigue. Of course, the fans would ship them like crazy, but that's the fans' fault.
I think Ultron would be an interesting Wonder Woman villain. Ultron is very clearly patriarchal but with no humanity at all, so an absolute contrast to Diana's ideals and values
@@SuperGamerCatholic457 Is Greed really Wades primary emotion though? I feel like a Black lantern ring would be better since he is in love with the literal embodiment of death. I could also see him being able to resist the mind control since he can literally break the 4th wall and knows he's a comic book character
@Zechariah_Mathieson1871 I was jk around. It's not that idek about every lantern corp(s) I was just joking around because that was the 2nd closest ring I could see Deadpool wearing because of him being able to not die. Not necessarily because of greed itself.
Here’s my choices if it were the other way around Spider-Man: Bane and Parasite Iron Man: Lex Luthor and Abra Kadabra Thor: Black Adam and Mongul Daredevil: Deathstroke and Ra’s Al Ghul Hulk: Doomsday and Brainiac Scarlet Witch: Klarion and Eclipso
I personally think, that the vast majority of the X-Men's enemies would make for great Superman villains, the reason being their ideologies of "us vs them" in regards to mutants/metahumans perfectly clashing against Clark's unconditional kindness and immigrant status, which would allow for more complex stories charged with political themes and imagery (if done right) about immigration, cultural identity, prejudice and discrimination. Just my 2 cents on it.
This has got me questioning why Marvel's never made a mutant Superman. Like, they already have 4 Superman pastiches, why couldn't one of those be a mutant?
Plus mutants would probably resent humans more because they’d rather accept an alien from another planet then the mutants who were born on earth. It honestly would say a lot because Superman would be loved by mostly everyone while humans would hate mutants
@@ProjektTaku Namor actually began as one of the Original Superman Pastiches, but Bro was so popular that DC made their Fish Guy. Go check out Namor's Original Outfit with the Cape
Magneto would fit pretty well as an enemy of Wonder Woman or Superman since they have the opposite views of humanity. Though Magneto could be great for the Justice League as a whole.
He could also have a connection with the Justice Society as since both of them were alive during ww2 the jsa may have been the ones who liberated him from the concentration camps.
I think Kang versus flash has a lot of potential. The idea of Kang taking interest in flash and messing around with timelines would be absolutely fascinating.
Kang probably works the best, Barry's constant screwing with timelines is pretty much all the set up you need to motivate Kang and Kang's own abilities to manipulate time and his hyper advanced technology put him as a very credible threat to Flash.
@@blumusprime2900Thanos without the gauntlet is already very much like Mongol, boasting incredible raw strength + advanced tech and weaponry. And if we took a page from the MCU for Thanos’ origin, it would be an interesting dynamic between the two; both lost their homes to their respective species’ arrogance and negligence against a planetary catastrophe. However, where one fights to protect his new home and honor the love of his family and friends, the other conquers other worlds to fulfill his dark “destiny.”
I’m a Marvel fan that recently discovered your channel and when you described Emma Frost and Flash as having a Batman/Catwoman dynamic I jumped because it actually makes so much sense. The best way I could explain it is Emma Frost works in a lot of ways as Professor X or Magneto, her primary concern will always be the safety of mutants and while she’s an X-Man she is one of the few who is willing to play dirty if it ensures people’s safety. I could easily see them clashing on the intellectual and morality level, more than the physical which would make for great tension and character relations.
That works very well, it helps that Shocker is way more powerful than people give him credit for. He'd be the great fight for the Flash. I do wonder how Flash's vibrating phasing would work against Shocker's vibrational force field.
The villains I’d give them: Batman - Hellfire Club Superman - Mojo Wonder Woman - Loki and Moonstone Flash - Modok/A.I.M. Green Lantern - Annihilus Aquaman - Roxxon corp and Mr. Sinister
This is a really cool concept. I don't have much to add in terms of Marvel villains and DC heroes, but I did have some ideas for the other way around... *Iron Man vs Doomsday* It would be an easy choice to put Doomsday against a heavy hitter like Hulk or Thor, but what makes Doomsday unique isn't that he's strong, it's that he can't be killed the same way twice, so he's a great villain for someone known for their ingenuity. You could have other Marvel heroes fighting Doomsday to subdue him and/or keep him away from civilians, but Tony would be the one who has to ultimately find the new way to kill him each time. *Captain America vs Vandall Savage* Two men from another time. You could give these two a very long history where they had run ins in WWII and continue to cross paths today. *Thor vs Zod* Two godlike beings who were exiled from their home world, with the main difference being that Thor learned from his mistakes and found redemption while Zod didn't. *Hulk vs Joker* Joker is known for his "One bad day" philosophy that anyone can become a monster if pushed far enough, and Bruce Banner is a walking example of this idea. Banner would struggle to break free of Joker's manipulation, as Joker could easily stress him out enough to turn him into the Hulk whenever he wanted and could just as easily switch him back with his Joker toxins. *Spider-Man vs Mr. Mxyzptlk* Spider-Man is someone who Mr. M would love messing with, as he's just serious enough to be bothered by his antics, but also relaxed enough to go with the flow once he gets used to it. Spider-Man's also known for his wit and would have a field day exploiting Mr. M's weakness. *Fantastic Four vs Clayface* I imagine Reed would have a similar relationship to Basil as he does to Ben Grimm, but more bitter. He is somehow responsible for Basil's condition, and tirelessly tries to find a cure, but this isn't good enough for Clayface, who doesn't believe Reed will ever find a cure and just wants revenge. The FF and Clayface both have a versatile powerset, so the fights would be very fun, whether it's a 1v1 with one member, or a 4v1 with the whole team. *Black Panther vs Black Adam* Both have powers based in magic (Black Adam more than Black Panther) and both rule a fictional country in Africa. *Punisher vs Catwoman* Punisher is known for believing all criminals deserve to die, and Catwoman challenges this mindset, as she's fairly tame by comic book villain standards. A rivalry between these two would blur the line between hero and villain and leave the readers questioning who to root for. *X-Men vs The Elite* The Elite is a team that fights against Injustice but slides into villain territory for being too ruthless in their pursuit, this is similar to X-Men's main rival team, the "Brotherhood of Mutants", and so would make a fitting rivalry. There's also the fact that both teams are led by a telepath. *Guardians of the Galaxy vs Lobo* You had Lobo as a contender for a member of DC's version of the Guardians, but he'd work even better as a rival to them. He represents how the Guardians used to operate before they became heroes and would have a similar relationship with them as the Ravagers do.
These are actually VERY interesting picks.. *Iron Man vs Doomsday?* (And not some other character like Lex Luthor?) *Punisher vs Catwoman?* (And not some other character like Deathstroke or the League of Assasins?) *Hulk vs Joker?* (And not some other character like Bane?) It seems like your picks actually focus on their dynamics instead of the powerset, which is always a joy to see. However, more obvious match ups should not get ignored that easily.
These are very interesting picks (not that I entirely agree with all of them but The Elite vs the X-Men is inspired!) and I do hope we'll see DC Villains menacing Marvel Heroes in the future! I'd also like to add Luke Cage vs Killer Croc, and Dr. Strange vs Dr. Destiny. The first would be like Mister Fish and Cottonmouth but just kinda better. Killer Croc would envy Luke Cage for being able to pass for normal AND stronger than him. And an invulnerable rival would force Waylon Jones to showcase his smarts, which go underutilized in media. As to the second, Dr. Strange could fill the role Martian Manhunter played in Justice League when needing to rescue Avengers from Dr. Destiny's manipulations, or Morpheus' role in the Sandman when Dr. Destiny got a hold of the ruby. He's just powerful and versatile enough to present a challenge to the frankly OP Dr. Destiny.
@@maxjohnson6502 Eh, between Bullseye and the Jester, or something, Daredevil has both the homicidal tendencies and clownish dress sense covered already. I haven't thought of anyone for the Joker before but... hear me out: Wolverine. In this case, Joker is reimagined as part of a a crude imitation of the Weapon X program, which went horribly wrong, much like Deadpool. He's got some military training and an affinity for chemical weaponry. He's distinctly hard to kill, immune to his own toxins, he might be semi-immortal like Logan. They hate each other on principle, and Logan's desire to uncover his past is directly tied to Joker's compulsion to keep his true past buried so it can remain 'multiple choice'. EDIT: Needless to say this take on the Joker would borrow more heavily from the grungy Ledger aesthetic rather than spats-and-suit from B:TAS or the grill and face-tats from the Leto fiasco. To fit with a drifter, lone-wolf Logan type of story.
In a bruce vs crime boss way I can see it, but in a fight kingpin gets clapped. People think because kingpin is strong that means he can hold in there with batman need a reality check. Batman regularly beats 100 tonners easily.
@@MrSchizoid405 I agree with you 100% Batman would beat Kingpin senseless. Turn him into the police and then Kingpin would walkout of the station 30minutes later a freeman, because he has bought all the Judges. I see it being kinda like Luthor in that sense.
@@MrSchizoid405To be fair Batman can absolutely demolish a lot of his non-super human villians. Riddler, black mask, and joker. It's really only because they are smart and have a scheme that they are a threat.
I for one think Shocker would be a phenomenal Flash villain Shocker is already the Spidey villain that always seems outclassed, that's the point, Shocker knows that he shouldn't punch above his weight class and is happy to fight Spidey and Daredevil since he knows they know that he's only in it for the money and doesn't hurt people he doesn't need to, that's... the exact philosophy of Flash's Rogues, those guys would love him, especially for his raw power that they don't really have
This is so random but it's hilarious to me that at 0:21, whoever was designing this spread where they were matching the Marvel and DC counterparts, decided that the best counterpart to Plastic Man is the Wizard
We need more channels like you that souly focus on DC. I’m glad this Channel exists. Too many are just all about marvel or Star Wars and nothing else but for one to be JUST about DC is 👌🏻
Thank you! I felt the same way when first starting this channel. There aren't too many dedicated DC channels. And even the times where I do involve Marvel or something else, DC is still heavily focused.
List of Marvel Villains that would make a great for Justice League Members: 1.) Hammerhead and Kraven the Hunter for Batman. 2.) Bastion and Abomination for Superman. 3.) Doctor Doom and Red Skull for Wonder Woman. 4.) Ronan the Accuser and Annihilus for Green Lantern. 5.) Doctor Octopus and Mysterio for the Flash. 6.) Attuma and Hydro-Man for Aquaman. 7.) Super-Skrull and Pyro for Martian Manhunter.
I personally think Hammerhead would be just as good a Green Arrow villain. Idk if it's just me but he kinda reminds me of Brick almost as much as Tombstone.
Fun Fact Batman Beyond features a Kraven like character who appears in two episodes, his name is Stalker and he’s an African game hunter. He hunts Batman in the first episode and in the second a captured Stalker is forced to team up with Batman to hunt down another villain!
Here's my list (1 villain per hero and different from yours): Chameleon (Batman)- One way to avoid the world's greatest detective is to confuse him by framing dozens of people for many crimes. Mojo (Superman)- Mojo would take Superman and use him to boost his rating by putting him through tough challenges. I feel that a villain who admires the hero is an interesting curveball as well. Loki (Wonder Woman)- Loki would annoy the living hell out of Diana and I'm all for it Kang the Conqueror (The Flash)- I feel like he could be a Justice League threat too, but it would be an interesting challenge for the Flash to take out an entire council made up of the same guy. You could even have Barry team up with Reverse Flash to beat this guy. Eobard would accept because this guy is threatening his own temporal power. Ego the Living Planet (Green Lantern)- The Corps would fight a planet. I've said enough. The Mandarin (Aquaman)- He would try to get his hands on Atlantean tech, and would try to take over the kingdom, but Arthur would fight to stop him. Honestly, Mandarin could even pretend to be an ally at first before betraying Atlantis. SOME OTHER HEROES/TEAMS: Kingpin (Green Arrow)- Maybe Oliver is running for mayor alongside Fisk while he also fight his as Green Arrow. M.O.D.O.K. and A.I.M. (Teen Titans)- This team is always very lighthearted and this might be the silliest villain out there. Perfect antagonist while they're just beginning to work together as a team. Galactus (Justice League)- It's interesting to see how the Justice League would try to convince Galactus not to eat Earth, and when it doesn't work, how they'd beat him. Mephisto (John Constantine)- Both would annoy each other in an endless cycle of petiness. Cable (Booster Gold)- Cable would hunt Booster for his time travel crimes. Red Skull and Hydra (JSA)- I know you used it for Wonder Woman, but I think the JSA makes even more sense. They're usually based during World War 2, and it would be fun to see them take on a huge threat of an organization such as Hydra.
Cable would probably be the reason he went into the past in the first place. I wouldn't doubt that Booster Gold was an uncaring bystander for The Mutant X-Termination.
@@omegaminoseer4539 Something to mention about Booster Gold: Only a very small number of individuals know what he is actually doing (keeping history on track). To most people he is just a joke like he was when he was a member of The Justice League. He has to maintain that reputation and keep his real mission a secret so he doesn't get eliminated from existence. It is the same reason that Rip Hunter (Booster's son) has hid his real identity.
Actually, Juggernaut is the Avatar of Setorak, e interdimensional demon who give him the crimson gem of Setorak, a powerful mystical device capable to give unlimited strength and force shields around his body, so his that suit that he has is just looks, he also is most incapable to die. This is a really fun concept! I like a lot of your picks, though i think you're really underestimating Spider-Man and the Green Goblin, and Magneto for Hal sounds a bit too similar to Dr Polaris for me. On a constructive note, someone like Arcade or Mojo would be fun for the Teen Titans
Not a "villain" but green lantern having to deal with the skrull/krees war and its consequences over the galaxy would be awesome. Tbf every galactic marvel villains would be great villains against green lanterns
@@tyrellmultimedia No, it's not. Krypton's hubris is the reason they could not save their world. Having an extrinsic cause like Galactus erases that meaning and is off-brand. Galactus is about bringing about sacrifice, not hubris. Krypton ignores its oncoming destruction. You can't ignore a giant in a chair. Also, you have to build story infrastructure when building a reality, not cheap trivia.
Spider Man - Joker and Scarecrow Punisher - Deathstroke and Deadshot Wolverine - Bane and Killer Croc Ghost Rider - the Black Flash and Man-Bat Daredevil - Penguin and Riddler
Top notch!! Some alternative ideas i had while watching: Superman - Galactus/Silver Surfer and Surtur Flash - Kang and Magneto Green Lantern - Apocalypse and Ronan the Accuser Wonder Woman - Mephisto and Dark Phoenix Martian Manhunter - Venom and the Skrulls Teen Titans - Dr. Octopus/Sinister Six and Ultron The Question - Mysterio and Punisher
Batman:Kingpin/Muse Superman:Galactus/Thanos Wonder woman:Loki/The mandarin Flash:Bullseye/Elecktro Green Lantern: ego the living planet/ nightmare Aquaman:Namor/The Lizard
Doctor Doom is more similar to Black Adam character wise. He is a villain that wishes to rule the world but ultimately is motivated by noble reasons (you can argue) as opposed to pure greed.
Awesome video. Especially pitting Venom against Green Lantern. Like that’s genius iwould be a very interesting Marvel DC Crossover. Also Wonderwoman against Gorr would be a very interesting story. You know what I think these 2 storylines could be one and the same as Gorr necrosword is actually a symbiote which was Made by Knull who created the symbiotes.
I love this as a premise for a video and agree with all your picks. Here are a few other options I want to mention. I think Sandman and MoleMan would both be good villains for Aquaman. Sandman is made of the earth and MoleMan leads an army of underground creatures, so they both work almost as symbols of dry land that contrast against the king of the ocean. I think Dr. Doom would be just as good of a villain for Wonder Woman or Aquaman as he would for Superman, mainly because he is the leader of a country, so a rivalry with Diana or Arthur would go beyond a one on one fight and escalate to full on war. Thanos would be a good Green Lantern villain. He could actually be a Justice League level villain, but I think he’d especially be a good villain for Hal, since his whole thing is collecting cosmic weapons, which the Lantern Corps in particular would have an interest in stopping. I know you only focused on the main six DC heroes, but Kraven would also be a good villain for Vixen or Beast Boy, since his Hunter theme would match well against heroes with animal powers.
It would be interesting to see Thanos attempting to covet all the lantern rings or the Anti-life equation. Either way he would certainly come to blows with all the Corps
Martian Manhunter vs Mystique could be interesting. Both of them shape shifting, Mystique trying to accomplish her own goals as J'onn is trying to investigate and figure out who she is and what she's trying to accomplish. Both trying to avoid the other figuring out their true identity and powers.
For MM, I think a good villain could be someone like Vulcan. Also for Superman, Wonder Woman, or Greens Lantern, Uranos the Undying could be a great villain
So, Emma Frost gets typecast as an antagonist often because she does kinda have that vibe, but she hasn't been an actual villain for a long while. Whenever she's working for the bad guys, it's usually as a double agent for the X-Men. I do agree she would be a great match against the Flash, and she would absolutely love the guy. Emma has a weak spot for morally strong guys.
Mysterio is perfect for flash specially bc of the traps and how he could trick his illusions. A better villain for flash than emma would be Kang, literally both travel through time and kang could see him as a threat from the future and then trying to end flashes own history. That would be an insane and epic narrative ngl.
Well she started off as a villain in the MCU,Joined the Avengers for one Movie then went Incognito on everyone til Thanos came and went, then she Took over a whole Towns Minds to fulfil her delusional desires then came back from that and went full Evil and Killed a Bunch of Heroes from Multiple Dimensions and timelines and Was Doctor Stranges Villain and chased him thru all sorts of dimensions to try to kill him and Chavez for her selfish desires of having a family or whatever so yea ,I'd class her as more of a Villain or an Anti Hero before I class her as a Full on hero ,Keep in mind the biggest reason she even helped the Avengers against thanos is cause Vision was a target for Thanos and it was a world ending threat
So, here are some other choices I thought of: Batman: Sabertooth Superman: Michael Korvac Wonder Woman: Apocalypse Flash: The Chameleon or Mystique Green Lantern: The Mandarin
This is too good, holy shit! Every villain was on point with their connection to a hero, Mysterio and Flash?? Kraven and Batman?? I wish there weee stories with these cross overs
14:57 I like the GL vs Venom fight for very different reasons. From a character standpoint you’re looking at two men derive their powers from alien sources, and are often tested to be “more than” their power source. Forgoing all the Corps and Symbiot baggage, I’d love to see a fight like that which ends in a fight between Hal and Eddie just as men who have different perspectives on the concept of power.
Great video. Unless it changed since I last read a Marvel comic, the Juggernaut’s helmet is only here to protect him from telepaths. (Although it also physically protect his head, even if de doesn’t really need it.) That said, his strength being magically acquired, it might play a part in how effective he would be against Superman. (And how effective Superman would be against him.)
Now correct me if I'm wrong. I just watched Apocalypse the other night (getting my girlfriend to watch all the X-Men films) isn't Apocalypse powerful enough to be a "Thanos" level threat to the Marvel universe?
@@tyrellmultimediahe is, probably more so cause he can’t technically die especially with is death seed and his power levels would be major threat even to the whole justice league
@@tyrellmultimedia agreed. With that being said WW is stated to be on the same or near power level as Superman and Martian Manhunter. Both of them would EASILY be an Avengers-level and Thanos-level threat. In all honesty, Martian Manhunter and Superman are more powerful than Thanos.
@@tyrellmultimediaHe technically is, but so is Gorr, and multiple Wonder Woman villains too. I feel like Thanos or Galactus are more problematic as villains for individual heroes, because they are the premier team and cosmical villains in Marvel.
Best Video ever, Can you do a video of DC Villains perfect for Marvel Heroes ? What about if Batman and Spider-Man switched Villains ? I'd love to know which Batman Villains Spider-Man can take on and which Spider-Man Villains Batman can take on
I know he wasn’t on the list but I feel like the dynamic between Nightwing and Kingpin would go hard. Although Nightwing has Blockbuster who is fairly similar to Fisk.
Magneto and Green Lantern is such a good pairing, but i feel like you need to tie in his disdain towards humans to that match-up in order to get the most out of it. For Aquaman, Attuma is a really good choice, but Namor when he is an antagonistic role is the best bet
Considering Emma Frost's recent appearances, I believe she'd have a deep respect for the Flash once she delves into his mind and tries to understand his desire to be a hero despite all the losses and suffering he has already endured. A running theme with Flash's rogues gallery is their subtle respect for the way he chooses to conduct himself despite him being their enemy.
Ideas for Part 2 Martian Manhunter: Molten Man (Spider-Man foe) and The Leader (Hulk foe) Shazam: Electro and Mole Man (Fantastic Four foe) Blue Beetle: Whiplash (Iron Man foe) and Baron Zemo Doctor Fate: Nightmare (Doctor Strange foe) and Apocalypse (X-Men foe) Constantine: Mephisto and Zadkiel Swamp Thing: Justin Hammer (Iron Man foe) and Sandman
Superman fighting Sentry would be cool because I feel like Clark more than most would hate fighting someone so broken. Superman is all about saving people and positivity, while Sentry when in an antagonistic role is the exact opposite. Superman would really not want to hurt him but eventually might be forced to put him down. A similar concept for Mangog because Mangog is basically just the tormented souls of an entire species that was the victim of Odin’s genocide. Yes he’s closely tied to Asgard in particular but Superman fighting a victim he sympathizes with would make a really good conflict for him.
I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't only obvious choices ! Some characters are more complicated like Wonder Woman because, as you said, she has specific types of villains. I guess that's why she's not much beloved for her solo adventures.
For Batman: I agree For Superman: I half agree, the Red Hulk should be the other choice. For Wonder Woman: I agree For Flash: I think it should be Mr. Sinister and Kang the Conqueror because of the Flash's heavy association with science and time For Green Lantern: Super Skrull and Ronan the Accuser would be good choices because imagine the GL corps in an intergalactic conflict with the Skrulls and the Kree. For Aquaman: I totally agree! Imagine him fighting a rival to the throne as well as a man that can control the very thing he needs for his power.
A variant of Red Hulk that is actually General Sam Lane (More Personal) or General Wade Eiling (Maybe too close to when his brain was implanted into Shaggy Man) instead of General Thaddeus Ross might also be interesting.
hulk's rogues as a whole really mesh well with supes. they're like the other side of the coin for the "1950s sci-fi & americana" aesthetic clark usually has, where that optimism for scientific advancement and exploration is contrasted against these atomic horrors.
I have 100% believe that the ENTIRETY of the Fantastic Four’s rogues gallery fits Superman very well. And perhaps vice versa to an extent considering characters like metallo are a very specific villain to their hero.
1:20 little bit of a fun fact most of Batman’s Villains and Spider-Man’s Villains are so closely similar to each that both sides can swap one for the other. Kraven (Depending of which version comic or Insomniac) and Green Goblin are perfect villains for the Dark Knight to encounter. 4:24 For Superman I can see Dr. Doom as a Luthor with the same mindset and I would select the Absorbing Man as a parasite like character. 7:09 the demi-goddess amazon Wonder Woman I can see Amora the enchantress as the Circe for her to battle against and yes I can see the red skull/Hydra being another foe for her to fight, another fun fact to is at one point the mighty amazon and the Star spangled Avenger would have been together if a trade did happen between Marvel and DC back in the day.
Batman is capable of matching doom with prep. Especially after we saw the same stat batman become a multiverse threat when he was infected with the joker toxin and stopped holding back. Or zur batman who is just a spilt personality of batman not holding back who built failsafe who took out the jl easily.

Dr doom would be leacay villain and fight the JL
Don't think for a second that even Superman would stand a chance against Galactus.

Bullseye, Hammer Head, and the Enforcers.

@@FreakingSpiesyeah but we’ve already got a bunch of hand to hand combat martial artists who are very good with guns and all kinds of other weapons in Batman’s rogue gallery already. Green arrow needs someone who is on equal ground with him and someone who can force him to be resourceful

I like to think that Loki would 100% simp over Wonder Woman, frequently scheming to make her his bride like Darkseid in Super Friends.

Batman: Green Goblin (obvious)
Superman: Thanos
The Flash: Sandman
Wonder Woman: Loki

Galactus is my idea for the enemy against the Green Lantern Corps
I’m a Marvel fan that recently discovered your channel and when you described Emma Frost and Flash as having a Batman/Catwoman dynamic I jumped because it actually makes so much sense. The best way I could explain it is Emma Frost works in a lot of ways as Professor X or Magneto, her primary concern will always be the safety of mutants and while she’s an X-Man she is one of the few who is willing to play dirty if it ensures people’s safety. I could easily see them clashing on the intellectual and morality level, more than the physical which would make for great tension and character relations.
Shocker as a Flash villain always made a ton of sense to me. He has that same jobber working-class villain vibe that a lot of the rogues give off.
That works very well, it helps that Shocker is way more powerful than people give him credit for. He'd be the great fight for the Flash. I do wonder how Flash's vibrating phasing would work against Shocker's vibrational force field.
The villains I’d give them:
Batman - Hellfire Club
Superman - Mojo
Wonder Woman - Loki and Moonstone
Flash - Modok/A.I.M.
Green Lantern - Annihilus
Aquaman - Roxxon corp and Mr. Sinister
The Aquaman vs. Roxxon Corp is a truly genius melding of the two houses! A villainy so on brand for the Defender of the Seas!
Deathstroke as a daredevil villain hired by kingpin could be so interesting
He will be the John Cena of the story then infront of Rock/Brock winning eventually
Martian Manhunter fighting Super Skrull would be a dream come true
That's what I also came up with. Their powers match extremely well.
Also Venom
This is a really cool concept. I don't have much to add in terms of Marvel villains and DC heroes, but I did have some ideas for the other way around...
*Iron Man vs Doomsday*
It would be an easy choice to put Doomsday against a heavy hitter like Hulk or Thor, but what makes Doomsday unique isn't that he's strong, it's that he can't be killed the same way twice, so he's a great villain for someone known for their ingenuity. You could have other Marvel heroes fighting Doomsday to subdue him and/or keep him away from civilians, but Tony would be the one who has to ultimately find the new way to kill him each time.
*Captain America vs Vandall Savage*
Two men from another time. You could give these two a very long history where they had run ins in WWII and continue to cross paths today.
*Thor vs Zod*
Two godlike beings who were exiled from their home world, with the main difference being that Thor learned from his mistakes and found redemption while Zod didn't.
*Hulk vs Joker*
Joker is known for his "One bad day" philosophy that anyone can become a monster if pushed far enough, and Bruce Banner is a walking example of this idea. Banner would struggle to break free of Joker's manipulation, as Joker could easily stress him out enough to turn him into the Hulk whenever he wanted and could just as easily switch him back with his Joker toxins.
*Spider-Man vs Mr. Mxyzptlk*
Spider-Man is someone who Mr. M would love messing with, as he's just serious enough to be bothered by his antics, but also relaxed enough to go with the flow once he gets used to it. Spider-Man's also known for his wit and would have a field day exploiting Mr. M's weakness.
*Fantastic Four vs Clayface*
I imagine Reed would have a similar relationship to Basil as he does to Ben Grimm, but more bitter.
*Black Panther vs Black Adam*
Both have powers based in magic (Black Adam more than Black Panther) and both rule a fictional country in Africa.
*Punisher vs Catwoman*
Punisher is known for believing all criminals deserve to die, and Catwoman challenges this mindset, as she's fairly tame by comic book villain standards. A rivalry between these two would blur the line between hero and villain and leave the readers questioning who to root for.
*X-Men vs The Elite*
The Elite is a team that fights against Injustice but slides into villain territory for being too ruthless in their pursuit, this is similar to X-Men's main rival team, the "Brotherhood of Mutants", and so would make a fitting rivalry. There's also the fact that both teams are led by a telepath.
*Guardians of the Galaxy vs Lobo*
You had Lobo as a contender for a member of DC's version of the Guardians, but he'd work even better as a rival to them. He represents how the Guardians used to operate before they became heroes and would have a similar relationship with them as the Ravagers do.
These are actually VERY interesting picks..
*Iron Man vs Doomsday?* (And not some other character like Lex Luthor?)
*Punisher vs Catwoman?* (And not some other character like Deathstroke or the League of Assasins?)
*Hulk vs Joker?* (And not some other character like Bane?)
It seems like your picks actually focus on their dynamics instead of the powerset, which is always a joy to see.
Destiny.
Joker would be better suited for Daredevil, I think
I think Batman vs Kingpin could be an interesting dynamic. Sort of a what if Black Mask was Competent scenario.
In a bruce vs crime boss way I can see it, but in a fight kingpin gets clapped. People think because kingpin is strong that means he can hold in there with batman need a reality check. Batman regularly beats 100 tonners easily.

Fun Fact Batman Beyond features a Kraven like character who appears in two episodes, his name is Stalker and he’s an African game hunter. He hunts Batman in the first episode and in the second a captured Stalker is forced to team up with Batman to hunt down another villain!
Here's my list (1 villain per hero and different from yours):
Chameleon (Batman)- One way to avoid the world's greatest detective is to confuse him by framing dozens of people for many crimes.
Mojo (Superman)- Mojo would take Superman and use him to boost his rating by putting him through tough challenges. I feel that a villain who admires the hero is an interesting curveball as well.
Loki (Wonder Woman)- Loki would annoy the living hell out of Diana and I'm all for it
Kang the Conqueror (The Flash)- I feel like he could be a Justice League threat too, but it would be an interesting challenge for the Flash to take out an entire council made up of the same guy.
SOME OTHER HEROES/TEAMS:
Kingpin (Green Arrow)- Maybe Oliver is running for mayor alongside Fisk while he also fight his as Green Arrow.

As long as Superman doesn't throw him like Gladiator it should be a great fight.
Namor as a villain for Aquaman would be brilliant
Your Wonder Woman choices are genius
Thank you!
Superman has already faced Dr. Doom in his second crossover with Spiderman.
Loved that one. Superman fights Hulk, and Spiderman saves the day against Doom. Perfect dialogue for everyone involved.
Wonder Woman fought Juggernaut though.
Namor vs Aquaman would be crazy imo
Then:
Superman - The Dark Gods
Batman - Taskmaster
Wonder Woman - Enchantress
Flash - Speedfreak
Green Lantern - Deathurge
Aquaman - Tiger Shark
Martian Manhunter - Count Nefaria
I think Ultron would be a villain capable of mass atrocities, I’d like to see him against Flash, Batman, or Cyborg, maybe even green lantern
Doctor Doom and galactus are perfect for Superman. Galactus being the one who destroys krypton and doctor doom being replace by Lex.
Galactus destroying Krypton is a cool concept.
I put Doctor Doom in my Superman biography video called Superman vs Kang wherein I give a biography of Superman in a DC Marvel mashup world.
Actually alla f4 villains would be perfect for superman, same as thor/cap villains for ww and daredevil/spiderman villains for batman
That seems like a huge downgrade for Galactus though, I think he should be at the very least a Justice League villain.
Dr. Doom and Superman would be an epic clash.
Norman being a threat to Bruce more than batman could be really interesting
Spider Man - Joker and Scarecrow
Punisher - Deathstroke and Deadshot
Wolverine - Bane and Killer Croc
Ghost Rider - the Black Flash and Man-Bat
Daredevil - Penguin and Riddler
Naw penguin and two face instead
Trigon instead of Man-Bat ( as he will the pain in the S for him )
Spider-Man and Mr Freeze would be great
Top notch!!
Some alternative ideas i had while watching:
Superman - Galactus/Silver Surfer and Surtur
Flash - Kang and Magneto
Green Lantern - Apocalypse and Ronan the Accuser
Wonder Woman - Mephisto and Dark Phoenix
Martian Manhunter - Venom and the Skrulls
Teen Titans - Dr. Octopus/Sinister Six and Ultron
The Question - Mysterio and Punisher
Batman:Kingpin/Muse
Superman:Galactus/Thanos
Wonder woman:Loki/The mandarin
Flash:Bullseye/Elecktro
Green Lantern: ego the living planet/ nightmare
Aquaman:Namor/The Lizard
Doctor Doom is more similar to Black Adam character wise. He is a villain that wishes to rule the world but ultimately is motivated by noble reasons (you can argue) as opposed to pure greed.
I think BlackAdam was retconned because of Dwayne the Rock Johnson they probably make him a ruthless villain again.
@@rossjones8426 No...? He's been a pseudo anti-hero for a long time
Don't forget, Juggernaut's powers are also based in the mystical which Supes is vulnerable to (again, vulnerable not weak)
Kraven would love to go after someone like Beast Boy for sure
It would be interesting to see Thanos attempting to covet all the lantern rings or the Anti-life equation. Either way he would certainly come to blows with all the Corps
Unique choices.
The symbiotic taking batman’s mind is a cool concept
Martian Manhunter vs Mystique could be interesting. Both of them shape shifting, Mystique trying to accomplish her own goals as J'onn is trying to investigate and figure out who she is and what she's trying to accomplish. Both trying to avoid the other figuring out their true identity and powers.
Great pics for all, but I especially like the Wonder Woman and Flash villains!!!!
Batman - taskmaster kingpin
Superman- Apocalypse abomination
Flash- kang mr sinister
Wonder woman- Hela zemo
Green lantern - super skrull Galactus
I think Emma for Flash and Magneto for Green Lantern dot really fit, but this is a great video
Bro the idea of Venom vs GL is so cool
Now this a video worth watching!!
Scarlet witch for Wonder Woman would be one hell of a match up
Is Wanda even a villain most of the time?
So, here are some other choices I thought of:
Batman: Sabertooth
Superman: Michael Korvac
Wonder Woman: Apocalypse
Flash: The Chameleon or Mystique
Green Lantern: The Mandarin
This is too good, holy shit! Every villain was on point with their connection to a hero, Mysterio and Flash?? Kraven and Batman?? I wish there weee stories with these cross overs
Maybe I'll make some original stories about these characters interacting one day!
Doctor Doom and Mister Sinister are perfect for Batman. Apocalypse would be great for Wonder Woman. Thanos and Annihilus for Superman.
Depends on if he has the stones or not.
Venom is a Klyntar, snd Klyntar are living darkness made to kill The Gods and all the light of life. They’d make one helluva fight for the Lanterns
Best Video ever,
Can you do a video of DC Villains perfect for Marvel Heroes ?
What about if Batman and Spider-Man switched Villains ? I'd love to know which Batman Villains Spider-Man can take on and which Spider-Man Villains Batman can take on
Batman would have a tough time against 90% of Spider-man's villains, but Spider-man would have an easy time against 80% of Batman's villains.
I know he wasn’t on the list but I feel like the dynamic between Nightwing and Kingpin would go hard. Although Nightwing has Blockbuster who is fairly similar to Fisk.
3:13 Spider-Man wasn't wearing the symbiote at the time, he was just wearing a cloth version of it.
Ahh gotcha, thanks for the info!
Magneto and Green Lantern is such a good pairing, but i feel like you need to tie in his disdain towards humans to that match-up in order to get the most out of it. For Aquaman, Attuma is a really good choice, but Namor when he is an antagonistic role is the best bet
I know it's not completely in your ballpark but a version of this with "Capcom villains for Marvel" would go hard af
Morlun vs Animal Man would be an interesting matchup, actually I could see Morlun wreaking some crazy havok in the DC universe
Ideas for Part 2
Martian Manhunter: Molten Man (Spider-Man foe) and The Leader (Hulk foe)
Shazam: Electro and Mole Man (Fantastic Four foe)
Blue Beetle: Whiplash (Iron Man foe) and Baron Zemo
Doctor Fate: Nightmare (Doctor Strange foe) and Apocalypse (X-Men foe)
Constantine: Mephisto and Zadkiel
Swamp Thing: Justin Hammer (Iron Man foe) and Sandman
Superman fighting Sentry would be cool because I feel like Clark more than most would hate fighting someone so broken. Superman is all about saving people and positivity, while Sentry when in an antagonistic role is the exact opposite. Superman would really not want to hurt him but eventually might be forced to put him down.
A similar concept for Mangog because Mangog is basically just the tormented souls of an entire species that was the victim of Odin’s genocide. Yes he’s closely tied to Asgard in particular but Superman fighting a victim he sympathizes with would make a really good conflict for him.
Superman Vs Magneto , no city will be left standing after that battle !
I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't only obvious choices ! Some characters are more complicated like Wonder Woman because, as you said, she has specific types of villains. I guess that's why she's not much beloved for her solo adventures.
I love the picks for The Flash
Doctor doom is more of a Justice league threat. He’s one of those few marvel villains that’s powerful enough to deal with the Justice League
For Batman: I agree
For Superman: I half agree, the Red Hulk should be the other choice.
For Wonder Woman: I agree
For Flash: I think it should be Mr. Sinister and Kang the Conqueror because of the Flash's heavy association with science and time
For Green Lantern: Super Skrull and Ronan the Accuser would be good choices because imagine the GL corps in an intergalactic conflict with the Skrulls and the Kree.
@@AngryGodzillaBirds1 Yes, and the Red Hulk would be a good antagonist for Superman because he can challenge him as a human and as a monster.
I have 100% believe that the ENTIRETY of the Fantastic Four’s rogues gallery fits Superman very well.
And perhaps vice versa to an extent considering characters like metallo are a very specific villain to their hero.
Excellent upload. The choices for Batman were perfect. The others were unusual but were explained very thoughtfully.
Mysterio is a perfect flash villain, great pick
Can you imagine a team up with them fighting Hydra propped up by Ares back in WW2?
Enchantress fits, but it's unclear if Wonder Woman is still a demi-goddess, her powers are definitively still divine though.
Namor the Submariner vs Aquaman, including both of their extended casts would be like an Atlantean Game of Thrones.
Mr.Negative would be an interesting Batman villain for use of light and shadows.
Martin Lee is a lot like Bruce Wayne in alot of ways.
Dr Doom with prep time is actually what Batman Stan's think Batman is capable - from a guy who loves and is Batman.
Batman who laughs and failsafe enter the chat.
Batman is capable of matching doom with prep. Especially after we saw the same stat batman become a multiverse threat when he was infected with the joker toxin and stopped holding back. Or zur batman who is just a spilt personality of batman not holding back who built failsafe who took out the jl easily.
Venom after snapping Batman's neck with two fingers:
"Prep time your way out of that."
Batman would probably throw a fire grenade or make the batmobile play a really loud sound or any sht like that
A very cool concept:D
This is my version but with 3 different options
Batman: Crossbones, The Wrecking Crew, Chameleon
Superman: Hyperion, Terrax, Absorbing Man
Wonder Woman: Baron Zemo, Enchantress, Ares
Green Lantern: Super Skull, Supreme Intelligience,
Flash: Speed Demon, Boomerang, Azazel
Aquaman: Namor(as a rival kind of), Tiger Shark, Krang
Here's 2 for Martin Manhunter 1. Ronan the Accuser, he might mistake M.M. for a new kind of Skrull. 2. The Kingpin, in his Detective John Jones identity M. M, gets a murder case that eventually leads him to Wilson Fisk.
