Nice. Had to do this on my Vauxhall Corsa 5 years ago and it is still holding together. Had to do some more repair work but this time i found it easier to use a Hot Glue gun. Made just as good a job but was easier.

Use of cotton plug is good idea. Other wise only Super glue is not so much satisfectory.

Hai fatto un buon lavoro ma temo che la seconda soluzione contenga errori piuttosto grossolani. La plastica non è tutta uguale e quella che stai riparando è una miscela di plastiche a base di polietilene con abs ed altro e non puoi sperare che il cyanoacrilato possa darti molto aiuto. Ancor meno se usi la carta vetrata che impedisce che il cyano abbia a disposizione due superfici adiacenti cui provare a far presa. Il cyanoacrilato non è un adesivo strutturale e creare sottosquadri con la carta vetrata non farà che peggiorare la situazione. Ottima invece la soluzione di rinforzo con cotone idrofilo e cyano. Anche se forse avrei preferito vederti usare un mix di bicarbonato e cotone. Ma l'importante è che tenga.

I use heavy-duty paper towels, especially blue with super glue. They give great results for they have little flex, without breaking
